    Well worth the time and effort. "Rewilding" after completion will be the icing on the cake here.

    I think the term we're looking for is "divisive" - from a technical perspective, it's an incredible piece of work. From other aspects, it's an abject waste of money, more so for those who had their land taken from them forceably, only for the project to be cancelled for that area.
