Breguet is maybe in my opinion the best quiet luxury watch brand
Stealth wealth isn't about the hyped brands and models. Especially in all gold. Stealth wealth is moser, parmigiani, Breguet classique, laurent Ferrier, moritz grossman, Romain G., Roger Smith and so many others....
These guys are si funny. And this is not a compliment.

Going way out of bounds here, but I think the Swatch Tresor Magique deserves an honorable mention... looks like it's a $15 swatch watch, but has a mechanical movement and a solid platinum case.
JLC is the epitome of stealth wealth / quiet luxury
WAS...until folks like Jay-Z took an interest in it. Now its one of those, "Oh, you don't have a Jaeger?" types of watches they less than quietly flex.

The word ‘Flex’ is horrific, it actually makes me feel nauseous. You are ‘showing off’ for your own ego, nothing more, nothing less. Nobody outside your head gives a $hit. The people who do, aren’t worth bothering with.
People with real money are usually embarrassed to show it. Real wealth isn’t material. It’s your life experience and relationship with others.

It has a platinum case, hand painted white porcelain dial, and a beautiful back view of the highly accurate top of the line seiko/credor movement, at a price of + 50k$

I wear a $3K Seiko MM300 I know that’s not an outrageous amount. But, it’s definitely a “if you know you know” piece. There’s always levels
I just bought a 2K Monta. I’m not a watch guy, so it’s more than I would normally spend. Having said that, I love it. High quality, looks amazing. No regrets. Low key, yet announces itself in a classy way.

I found the white gold oysterflex Daytona with silver dial to be a nice subtle wearable watch that isn’t too out there
For me the following are the stealth wealth…A) Patek ref 5033 [minute repeater,annual calendar made in titanium case] B) Rolex split seconds chronograph ref 4113/stainless steel. C) AP royal oak ref 6009BC white gold with khanjar signed dial. Though there are many,even a lifetime isn’t enough…thats what watches are all about!!❤ its good to come up with topics like this…those who know will only know….🎉…keep on bringing up stealth wealth topics quite often..Thank you😊

Can yellow gold and rose gold watches particularly rolex ever be a stealth quiet luxury watch? No chance.
To your point, a yellow gold daydate is not a discreet flex (regardless of year, dial etc), it is still a daydate. Stealth wealth is wearing a Phillipe Dufour duality platinum. Not a royal oak or a daydate.
The Glashütte Model has a porcelain dial from Meissn (Meißen) wich is one of the best porcelain manufacturers. You can recognise them by the blue logo at 6 o'clock
One of my best friends is from the Main Line area outside Philly. Old money central. His mom is a DuPont. If you met him, you’d never know that’s where he came from. Just a regular dude.

All were absolutely great watches, but the three that stole the show for me were the AP Royal Oak, Patek 5074r and the Urwerk.

Ultimate true stealth wealth watches with a strictly IFYKYK sensibility = independents such as George Daniels, Roger Smith, Philippe Dufour, Rexhep Rexhepi, etc. Basically any AP (particularly Royal Oak), Patek (particularly Nautilus), or Rolex (particularly Daytona) isn't remotely stealthy - it's a pure flex attempt (which is fine, but it is what it is).
I’d say the Gérald Genta Disney inspired watches would fit the stealth wealth category!

@roman the Glashutte Original with the Meissen porcelain dial 🔥… you can tell the age of Meissen by the design of their crossed sword logo… Meissen since 1710 and GO are an amazing partnership of ultra high quality elegant luxury.

My Favorite collaboration was a Rolex Daytona with a Cartier stamp. Sold by Cartiers Paris maisson.
12:20 this is co-branded with the Meissen swords. Meissen is a prestigious and very traditional porcelain manufacturer from Germany.
You need to be familiar to this kind of things. This is definitely a "if you know you know" kind of watch.

Daniels, Voutilainen, Minhoon Yoo, Dufour, Smith, I would class as the ultimate in stealth wealth. Rolex and Patek are fine. In this video, im not seeing stealth wealth. Im seeing well known watch models by very popular brands. Most people dont know what a Dufour is. Thats what makes it stealth wealth. A rare day date is still a day date. Its recognisable. Other than the anti magnetic patek, the others are very high profile watch models. Starwheel is weird and rare so gets a mention.

Universal geneves older watches, simple, even inside the bubble not so recognized, in a really affordable range and only you or some geeks know whats on your wrist without braking the bank😉
I don't think gold ( except white gold ) fits in the category of 'quite' luxury. Because yellow, rose, pink, or red golds are very 'in your face' type of precious metal .

I love meteorite dials and have a few in my collection but boy can they vary. I have seen Rolex's with absolutely horrible looking dials and I have seen budget brands with beautiful meteorite dials. Meteorite dials are something you really need to see in person before you buy them.
