  • My drinking problem is solved by making a coffee table from scrap.

Oooo ! Nice starter collection of hammers!
Good to see another "believer in the art of gentle persuasion" in action 👍
I really must try TIG as it looks like soldering for the big boys....

Tig? Your description is very accurate. It IS much like soldering - heat up the metal and melt in the solder.

Very nice industrial/rocket side table. I see rustoleum STILL hasn't made a fan nozzle for their 2X paint. Apart from that issue, it's a great choice of paint for your project. I always enjoy you videos so keep em coming mate.

My drinking problem is easy to understand but a tough decision needs to be made. Here it is. I have two hands and only one mouth! So do I need to lose one of my hands? Or do I need to go all in with a big investment in the addition of what may be a first time endeavor of a functional second mouth? I'm leaning towards the 2nd mouth. Mainly for that would be a nifty upgrade that would come in handy at eating contests. Whadya tink? Can I get a 👍Hell yeah!?¿‽

Wow. My faking has really escalated, friend. Lived on the Outer Banks for a good while mate. Google Earth it. Terrain mode. Was Buxton. 'Twas about aboot a half klick North of the famous Hatteras Island Lighthouse in Buxton. Moved to Arizona to escape the hurricane seasons, and landed smack into haboob, monsoon season, valley fever and COVID-19 variant b. As Dundee said in the movie, love to blow the suds off a few with ya.

Cool man, but i'm afraid that "big heavy top" might be cast iron, we all know welding that without preheat and controlled cooldown, will make cracks in the weld. I only noticed when I watched you welding that top part to the tube, you see the reaction? Tig is suppose to be inert. Be careful with the table man! :)

Sorry. But “we all don’t know …”. That may be true if you are welding a crack, which I wasn’t.
There will be no problem with this.
