Yes you can ! But for office work if you work online its good ! If you have too much of Ms word or Excel work, then i wont recommend this ! For high coding or heavy softwares or synthesisers, this isnt the thing ! For light coding or online things this is best

No. Video editing app can be installed from play store. But for pro editing you'll need windows machine or a mac. Although, chromebook can handle some basic editing, but not recommended for pro.
