Kuiil's death really crushed me when I saw this episode way back when. He worked his whole life to be free of the empire but ended up being killed by its remnants. In a sense, he never really was free of them. May his selfless sacrifice never be forgotten. RIP Kuiil.
Still breaks me seeing it once more. Gone but never forgotten 🫡
Din’s parents were actually killed by a Separatist Alliance B2 Super Battle Droid if you were wondering. That’s the origin of his droid phobia.
Fun fact, when the imperial remnant surrounds the mandalorian and crew, they didn't have enough stormtrooper costumes for this scene. Dave Filoni reached out to the 501st Legion (the star wars cosplay community) and invited its members to film the scene
Cara Dune was from Alderaan. All she needs is a mention of The Empire and she is in no matter what. Understandable concidering she lost everything she knew when The Empire blew up her home planet.
A strand-cast is an artificial life-form that's been genetically engineered. Mando was wondering whether The Child was one since he ages so slowly and he's never seen a being like the Child anywhere else.
Of course, we know that to not be the case, with The Child simply being one of whatever Yoda's species is called. We don't know much about the Gene-Farms Kuiil said he worked in - this episode is the only place they are mentioned, but I guess he knows a Stand-Cast when he sees one.
This is one of my favorite episodes of this season, but I’m also saddened about Kuill. Hearing his backstory struck a chord, and he went out doing something he felt mattered. I have spoken.
Episodes 7 & 8 of this season are a 2-part pair. I am so excited for you to see the conclusion in the next episode. It is truly worthy of being the season finale.
4:27 no he overheard what they said and he was trying to control the ship to take it someplace else. He didn’t want to go back to Navarro. 5:08 they’re talking about clones. Basically said she was born in a clone farm. 7:20 I wonder how much of Mando’s ship did Kuill take apart for the Baby Yoda’s Pram.
These last two episodes were epic. Such a great ending
You are going to love season 2
It's so cool you're watching mandalorian. I liked watching your reaction to andor.
You will love season 2
Kuill loves his blob things.
Awww,you are funny😂
I love how ridiculously intense anything Werner Herzog says is. He could narrate a phone book and it would sound dramatic.
What a great episode! Really excited for your reaction to the season finale, it's going to be wild!
Your reaction is spot on Emme.👍❤️
I've been watching a lot of your reactions lately but this is the first one I've commented on. It was necessary to applaud you leaving in the moment when you had a joke forming and then realized it wasn't going to work, so you bailed on it. I do that all the time because jokes are my default in every situation and some of them just don't develop in time for them to be relevant or funny in the moment. I also loved that you use knackered. Great word so seldom used. Keep up the good work.
HEY EVERYONE EMME JUST UPLOADED !
I can’t wait for you to watch the rest of this show. It’s awesome
The extras playing Imperial Stormtroopers are from a group called the 501st Legion, a fan group that dresses up. They're amongst the best cosplayer groups.
Force healing is a rare ability used by Jedi. Just to let you know
“And that’s the end? I am just gonna have to wait or something?” Television summarized
emme: i have reacted to another mandalorian episode.
me: *i would like to see the baby.*
Emme on thumb represents my real reaction when watching this episode at launch
You are almost at the end of the season, Emme! Don't worry, season two is even better!!!🏆🏆🏆🏆
RIP my Ugnaught Kuiil
Interesting that you're still on season one. I just finished watching season three. ;)
Mando is going to go through some major attitude changes next episode. It's a good finale.
Fun Fact: the troop carrier we saw was actually a toy that was released for a short time after ROTJ, if memory serves.
This is the way!
Make sure you watch the book of boba fett after season 2 of the mandalorian, it falls in between season 2 and 3
that's good to know! thank you!
yeah lets get into this cuz this is epic stuff ...
This is the way! I have spoken!
The troops in black are dark troopers.
There's no such thing as a bad dog, just bad owners.
5:15 No. He was comparing her to an extremely well-made product (ie. calling her a work of art).
7:35 Yes. Din was orphaned during an invasion by the CIS (droid army) during the Clone Wars.
12:25 Yeah... Beskar is one of the strongest and rarest metals in the Star Wars galaxy. Comparable to Vibranium/Adamantium from Marvel.
1 Galactic Credit is worth around $1.44. Mandalorian armor suits weigh an average of 65 pounds. And according to a Legends source, a suit of Mandalorian armor costs *at least* 30,000 Credits, or $43,200 (equating to at least 462 Credits or $664 per pound as armor). Depending on how complete the Mandalorian's armor setup is, it can weight between 50 to 80 pounds in total.
How in the heck did they come up with that estimate?
@@Caseytify Generation Tech did a video of it.
Moff Gideon his dark light saber
Strandcast and farming are cloning terms, fyi. 😊
❤
A strandcast is what Snoke was in the sequels. It's kind of like a Frankenstein-esque combination of different strands of DNA from various creatures.
She hasn’t watched the sequels yet @JNeumy
You don’t have to wait long just long enough to go to the kitchen and get snacks.
Strand Cast. like genetically engineered out of a strand of DNA. And you had to wait a hot minute. We had to wait a week to find out what happened. I have spoken.
Emme, I want to start to make my own reaction videos. Can you help me? What should I do?
Moff Gideon that’s he’s a bad guy don’t give him the child
How can you doubt Kuil's reprogramming work?!
i mean he is an idiot...... he was just waiting on top of a hill for the word to retreat back to the razercrest? why wasnt he already in there protecting the baby? because the plot needed the baby to get caught.... ah i see
4:27 no he overheard what they said and he was trying to control the ship to take it someplace else. He didn’t want to go back to Navarro.
10:25 .. i still laugh
The galaxy is filled with droidists. Even some heroes are droidists. Han Solo for example.
Thanks, Emme! 💥 So much yet to come on this journey. #EmmeReacts #StarWars #TheMandalorian
Yesterday Season 3 Final today this
I just wondered if you think baby Yoda is cute? Just wondering. You didn't give many clues.
So funny as a dude way beyond the tiktok age to see someone who only knows things as a tiktok sound.
He has spoken :/
I hope when you learn the child's name you call it that instead of Baby Yoda. That term just bothers me since he has no known relation to Yoda.
You mean aside from the fact that they're the same species?
@@beppo2814 yes. There no explicit connection otherwise. It’d be like calling Gungi “Baby Chewbacca” or Bo Katan “female Boba Fett” just because they’re the same race.
The irony. You went on a tangent speculating why Grief Karga killed the two bounty hunters over the entire scene where he flat out explains why.
That’s why it’s not a good idea to talk over movies/tv
There’s no Darth Vader in this one he Anakin Skywalker but last week there’s a lie and cheat person. Who’s a bad man moff Gideon
