    I can't imagine exterior topical spray stain coating in our Southwest States without thinking how the Sun bakes out most any color exposed to it. UV color protection on labels of the most recommended surface sealers and products really don't last. Even stucco with infused stain powders begin noticeable bleach out exposed with Sun exposure sometimes within a month

      That's what I thought, but I found that it will last up to 20 years.
