There was a time around 3.0 where all the recoveries were overpowered and so the games took longer than melee, so some to's decided to use 3 stocks. iirc.
when armada pulls several stich faces you could have clipped all the pulls in the game instead of only relying on the commentary. it's not like we're tight on video length.
