Sooooooo those Beats head phones. I used them for running and seriously they didn't last long. I loved the way they fit and sounded but the quality is not good for working out. FYI I now use JLab and they are awesome. Supposed to be good for running even in the rain. Just thought I'd pass on. BTW .. LOVE this video!

You should try using coconut oil to remove your makeup too! It works a gem and makes your face so bloody smooth

Actually, coconut oil is not really good for oily and acne prone skin... it usually causes break outs
i think bcs she removes her makeup before working out which means it will be not comfortable to leave your face with coconut oil on, i personally use coconut oil to remove makeup too but only if it's at night as i'll be cleansing my face with my cleanser,but if i wanted to do my workout routine at night then i'll just use wipes too hahahaa.

from one sweaty gym person to another, i lived off my beats as they are super good sound and noise cancelling however i had the exact same problem as every 8 months like clock work one the the earphones just stopped working, i honestly think its just not for any cardio purposes more weights/ everyday. i switched to plt earphones about a year and a bit ago and honestly they are amazing! noise cancelling and good quality around the same price and they come with a charging pack, cus you know thats the only downside with bluetooth speakers! deffo should give them a try, i highly recommend
Sarah you should do a video where you actually track the calories and macros in all of your food for the day. This would show people that you do not have to eat super low calories to lose weight. You can lose weight by eating Whole Foods.

Stole some of my mums micellar water once to try it out turns out I’m allergic too it 🙄 as with most wipes so I wouldn’t even bother I use Arbone to remove my make up
