That's kind of what the scene is about. Jerry and Larry would have talks like this and one day -George- _I_ _mean_ _Larry,_ would suggest that they try and make a show about their usual back and forth, essentially about nothing. The difference is that he didn't pitch to Jerry the idea while in a coffee shop. According to Jerry, he thinks that it happened sometime while they were in some kind of store buying stuff.
Jason Alexander was nominated for 7 Emmy's but was always beat by Michael Richards? Who doesn't love Cosmo Kramer? To me, the depth of character in George Costanza, outshined Richard's Kramer.
There were 2 years where Jason was nominated and Michael Richards was not. Michael Jeter of Evening Shade and David Hyde Pierce of Frasier won those 2 years. And there were 2 years where they were both nominated but David Hyde Pierce won again, and Rip Torn won. Michael beat Jason for 3 of his 7 nominations.
George's entire social life revolved around Jerry and if Jerry starts hanging out with a different guy, Elaine and Kramer have no reason to be friends with George. Jerry has a range of contacts and associates in the industry, Elaine has her poker school gals and Kramer has Lomez, Bob Sacamano, Jay Reimenschneider etc. George was not only a deeply disturbed individual, he was nothing without Jerry, NOTHING. :)
By the later seasons Elaine has no female friends left. She even tells Susan ( George's fiance) to accompany her. Only Kramer has different friends. More than half of Jerry's friends are George's friends too.
@@senorromantico7723 This argument is valid for Jerry too since Jerry also shares all about his social life with mostly George. Jerry is very much dependent on George, he even uses George's adventures or stories in his act in the early seasons.
I hope this is just a Part 1. There's quite a few missing, like the cold opens: The cannibal discussion, the alien abduction discussion, the what book would you read on a deserted island talk, flying cars, Jerry and Elaine talk about "Lets all go to the lobby" song at the movies.....
Seinfeld isn't about nothing. It's about friendship and relatability. These two overanalyzing trivial social interactions is pure entertainment and is the main appeal of this show.
Mayonnaise? I wonder how they gauge that. Unless they go by mass production...they always put too much on at restaurants... especially sandwich shops, or fast food places. I have to ask for it sans mayo, because they don't understand what "easy on the mayo" mean.
George: “What is Holland?” Jerry: “What do you mean, ‘what is it?’ It’s a country right next to Belgium.” George: “No, that’s the Netherlands.” Jerry: “Holland *is* the Netherlands.” George: “Then who are the Dutch?”
Making spending the night optional is a huge mistake. It's even worse than making it required. You'll both be wondering why the other made the choice to stay or to go.
yeah, most of the cold opens are missing. "Say you're abducted by aliens..." and "Say we're flying over the Andes and our plane goes down..." "Why is the box of Raisinettes eating Raisinettes?".. "No, he bought them for his Pepsi girlfriend!" "What 5 books would you bring to a deserted island?" "I have to READ?"
Can someone verify if Tom's Restaraunt, the Seinfeld Cafe, and the song Tom's Diner by Suzane Vega are all the same restaraunt? I have a sneaking suspicion it is.
I think your theory about government intervention with New Jersey Christmas drone issue is spot on. Why are we not seeing these drones in less populated areas? Seems to me that our government may be up to something nefarious. Hope your wife is doing well.
The chats between George and Jerry were some of the best moments on the show, their chemistry was unmatched.
Two idiots sitting around talking = $1 billion.
I could be a character
IMO that was the best moments, The Switch for example, brilliant.
@@SoFloCo-ne4rk Idiotic historians? Ohk.
35 minutes of Gold. Gold Jerry, Gold!!
Gold is a scene when George flips out
You dont get it@@VINTAGELIKE
George..."I can sense the slightest human suffering" Jerry..."Are you sensing anything right now?" 🤣🤣🤣
Seinfeld is a sitcom you can pick up anytime and have a laugh 👌
My wife said to me, "My God, you've seen every episode 10 times" My reply was, "I've heard Stairway to Heaven 1000 times and it's still great"
Except the blatant racism?
I don’t understand how someone can not find this show hilarious….
Best of the 90s! 😂
It's impossible for billions of people to like / appreciate / understand the same things.
“If my parents had a mantle, I might be a completely different person” 😂
I wonder how many of these conversations were real chats that Jerry had with Larry David
Many many conversations
all of them

All of them. Lol
See, this should be the show.
That's perfect 💯
It is the show😂
@Lyddiebits Yes, it is 😀
The "reunion" in The Race episode is always the best
Love when they start making fun of each other!
George making fun of Jerry's act is amazing
To me, this is what the show is all about. George and Jerry chatting about nothing. Pure comedy genius.
Theres a good reason this is and will forever be my favourite show EVER

Thanks for the info!
😊😊
"Well you really went bald there, didn't you?" might be my favorite line from the entire show.
pretty much sums up George's life :)))
The shift into complete aggression is so funny. I also like, "Boy, you've really built yourself up into something, haven't you?"
My favorite quote from the show: "Everybody's doing something we'll do nothing"
I loved how they ended Seinfeld on the button comment from the first episode.
These conversations about nothing were my favourite part☺️I really miss the show🥲
George's ability to lie wildly on the spot is legendary
George: 'I can sense the slightest human suffering.'
Jerry: 'Are you sensing anything right now?'
Makes me laugh even after seeing it so many times.
15:58 That expression from George is perfect! 😂
Loved this part of the show. Thank you for sharing.
1:21 *The birth of the greatest running gag on Seinfeld*
I like how the conversation of the show within the show is meta before that was a thing
28:15 “Do your thing there.. where you lie to everyone..” 😂😂😂
The best dialog in TV history was between Jerry and George.

@@huzaifshah2139 But Jerry has friends and acquaintances off screen. The only one we hear George mention is his friend Adam whose head is like a cube.
great compilation from one of the very best of sit-coms...thanks for the upload...
Little did we expect AI to follow the chat on Nothing Forever
They don't put salsa on the table because it needs to be refrigerated.
Right? I don't think "salsa" had even caught on at this point. I remember "picante dip" being the big thing before salsa.
Then the selzter...
A compilation with just George and Jerry? Yeah. Thats right.
8 ball 😂
The laughs per capita for the “George wants details“ scene is incredible, a testament to some of the best comedy writing of all time
I hope this is just a Part 1. There's quite a few missing, like the cold opens: The cannibal discussion, the alien abduction discussion, the what book would you read on a deserted island talk, flying cars, Jerry and Elaine talk about "Lets all go to the lobby" song at the movies.....
29:27 - I just see you in Berlin in 1939, goose-stepping past me. "Come on, Jerry, go along, go along" 😂
Writing and Playing improved over the years.. but still always always funny.
You know how about nothing george and Jerry's talks are when one of these revolved around picking your nose 😂
"I guarantee you Moses was a picker!"
Or shrinkage.
I was in the pool!
It was a scratch!!!
I love the Clint Howard cameo. Funny dialogue with the characters.
I could watch this all day.
I can watch this 35 minutes video for whole day.
best of Jack Klompus please
15:16 😂 the Iron Man joke aged well…virtually no one thought about Iron Man in the mid-90s, now he’s Iconic
Or the Aquaman on land joke, even less people thought about him, let alone saw him out of the water.

George carries this show.
So, the basics of Seinfeld were to do a podcast, before they existed! Interesting
It's gold,baby
I'm watching the Flintstones. Dino thinks he is being ignored. 🦕
The details George was hoping for were positions
I think that episode was before Jerry taught him "the move".
Something he could use later on.
