I’m 25, but when I was a little kid, I would go to sleep wondering why my dad was crying laughing every night and hear the theme song while I was going up to bed. Now I’m older and I watch this hoping my own kid will wonder why his dad is laughing so hard when he’s going to sleep🤣🤣🤣
That's priceless haha
😍😍😍
Seinfeld is truly a show that keeps on giving! 🥰
It was the last great TV sitcom. Those days are gone. They were such fun!
I watched Seinfeld way later than it was released but when I watch this i go back to 90s instantly ...needless to say i love 90s n i was also born during that time..
Having Seinfeld on as background ambience is the most homely cozy feeling ever, ahhh~
Factz😌
Yessss
Both of those adjectives were used by nearly all the women who rejected me....
home·ly 1. (of a person) unattractive in appearance.
It makes me happy too
"Jerry it's Frank Costanza, Mr. Steinbrenner is here, George is dead, call me back."
Such a succinct yet powerful line is what makes it so hilarious. It makes it even better that Jerry Stiller says it.
fd
Jerry seinfeld even says it's his favorite line.
He blasts Steinbrenner for trading Jay Buhner minutes after the news lol
Jerry Stiller's manic delivery (his own initiative) defined the character
Pops totally ignored the bad news and talked about the trade. 😂
Jason Alexander is by far the strongest actor in the group. George Costanza absolutely makes the show!
duh..
Kramer was the most serious actor. Difficult part.
All them four together makes the show.. they complete each other's
Yes, love his acting and only saw his brilliant song the other day that opened the Friar's Club roast of his 'father' Jerry...he really nailed it, with so many words to remember.
Lord of the idiots
Gotta love how petty George is. It’s always hilarious when his schemes predictably backfire.
KO! KO! KO! KO!
Never fails lol 😂
@@seekerofsouls74 Right!? 😃😄
Remember, George is playing Larry David. This is the prequel to Curb Your Enthusiasm
I tried the opposite George scheme and it also backfired 😂
The actor playing Silvio the landlord with his comb-over is just terrific!😂
He played Gideon in the Crow
Look at ME!! I am so PREtty, love ME, want me!!!!
Jon Polito, RIP!
Oh shit I just realized that was him,Jve recognized him in other parts but the accent threw me off somehow. It’s clearly the same guy but it went right over my head for years🤦🏻♂️
He was good on blankman
Jerry "Aren't you going to tell your parents you're still alive?!"
George "Nooo! They could use the break!"
Lmao!
My Grandma loved this show. She watched it all the time and still would call it "Steinfeld!"
Now when I think of it she was the perfect Seinfeld, (Steinfeld) fan.
RIP Grandma Lucy
Rip grandma Lucy
"We cant grieve forever, we gotta get back to business." - Mr. Steinbreiner
@@Metrowhite 😂 😂
Your grandma was awesome, my own grandmothers found Seinfeld too edgy.
“Steinfeld” would actually be the perfect title for a spin-off sitcom starring Larry David as George Steinbrenner.
You would only see the back of his head on screen even though he was the lead.
My grandma loved the show as well
One of the greatest shows of all time. Even after all these years I can still come back to it and the jokes still feel modern.
One reason for that is they didn't rely on a lot of pop culture humor, but rather social customs that don't change much from generation to generation.
@@HamSandwich-xk3om Same as human behavior. 🤣
@@technoir2584 yeah, the same goes for curb your enthusiasm. Except for certain technologies, it is hard to tell whether the shows were a week ago, a year ago, twenty years ago, etc. Whereas if I'm watching something else with a younger friend, they don't get half the jokes. I feel like I have to make a checklist of all movies and/or song references and make sure they get it, lol
I was thinking the same before reading the replies. The human condition doesn't change and there are always funny human traits in all of us that reflect the exaggerated characters on the show to some degree. I don't say it's a show about nothing, it's a show about everything.
They poke fun at the folly of the human ego with all its silly desires and failures. George's character in particular embodies that. Even when he's succeeding in life he manages to sabotage it. The genius is that the writers made all of this calamity so hilarious rather than tragic. When Susan dies from the toxic envelopes is a perfect example. George gets out of the marriage he never wanted but look at the aftermath with Susan's parents and "The Foundation."
I seriously don't trust anyone who doesn't like Seinfeld. For me it means they can't laugh at their own shortcomings.
15 years later and I still watch this at 11pm-12am
God is dead and no one cares
"Trust me, Kramer: given the legal opportunity, I WILL kill you". 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 Just one of the many, many unforgettable lines from the most brilliant show in history.
😂😂
My fav line," But I don't wanna be a pirate"😂😂😂😂😂
The funniest show ever on TV. I NEVER GET TIRED OF IT. GENIUS COMEDY. BRAVO JERRY SEINFELD.
Seinfeld it’s love of my life .. When I’m so low all Can i do is watch them and start to feeling okay in somehow.. I’ll still watch this show until I get old and die in peace
I totally get ya.
Yeah, me too.
Serenity Now!
Same here ❤
Me too have Adhd diagnosed in my 50s...Seinfeld is my security blanket 😅
Watched this show when it originally aired on NBC back in the 90s.... I can still watch it and love it ... Never gets old for me.
Same, I watch at least 1 episode a night before bed.
My life is incomplete without Seinfeld, my absolute favourite comedy show ♥️♥️
Facts 💯. Need some George
Cassus Belli
Go outside and play.
@@calsavestheworldit’s okay to love both.
Fancy Boy 🤠🍺🍺 🐶🎃
9:15 - That woman in the background does nothing but her presence is incredibly hilarious! Especially Kramer's reaction when he sees her.🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's a manikin.
@@EarthSurferUSA Hey, kinda like the one of Elaine wearing lingerie.💋
@@happyface3937 Also, it's "mannequin", lol.
Larry David is a real treasure,
Seinfeld, the cast, the stories have got me through some hard hard times,
Laughter really is THE best medicine,
Old friends that’s what they feel like to me an Iv never met them,
Larry your a genius.
It’s impossible to be depressed while watching Seinfeld
@@johndardi1334 And it ages like a fine wine. Grew up watching it and now that I'm well into my 30's, I relate to it even more haha. I don't know if that's a good thing.
@@Novastar6 Well I’m 51 and I remember telling my parents about the new sitcom that’s getting ready to air called Seinfeld lol. I’d seen Jerry on the tonight show a few times and was excited about it. My dad said..”Oh yeah I’ve seen that guy on tv..lol That show won’t be on long.” I was 18 at the time or something like that and I can tell you it’s just as funny now as it was then and it never gets old. Every actor chosen for every part was PERFECT. It’s the greatest sitcom in television history. Did you know Rosie O’Donnell almost got the part for Elaine? Imagine that 😕
@@johndardi1334 ....Wow, I didn't know that. Thank God that didn't happen because JLD was amazing in that role.
@@Novastar6 Somewhere in a far distant alternate universe Rosie O’Donnell is Elaine lol.
9:11 - his double-take at that woman just sitting and staring behind him freaking kills me.
Boy can that woman ever act!!
It’s the little things on this show that are so impressive.
Hilarious 😂😂
Before I check the time stamp I'm gonna guess it's the woman at the Cuban Embassy when Kramer was trying to get cigars.
@@peterbaruxis2511You would be correct sir, lol
They should have called him Furious George.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!!!
Brilliant...absolutely BRILLIANT writing and acting!
Facts 💯
When Kramer breaks up with George and goes "Oooo, I'm sorry!" Then the resulting meet up conversation at Jerrys, is classic amazing comedy!
Thanks for another Power Hour....and to the memory of Estelle Harris and Liz Sheridan, two of the greatest mothers in sitcoms!
Making another one soon
It’s funny they stole a TV but didn’t take the remote. Back then a universal remote didn’t exist, so the TV would be useless without the remote. 🤔
Amazing comment.
They would have to get up off the couch and... 😂😂physically move 😂... to change the channel. 😢😊
❤️
Back in the day, if I bought a good decent size screen TV really cheap because it was stolen I could deal with getting off the couch to change the channel
They could buy another for the brand in question or just manually change the channel. Not that hard my guy😂☠️
I sleep when this just plays in the background. Best comedy of all times .❤
Frank Constanza is a legend, the head of Yankee team goes over to tell his parents that George died. Frank talks about baseball.
You don’t know what the hell you’re doing!! 😂
How could you trade Jay Buhner!!!
Newman should be called Noir-man. His delivery always sounds like it’s straight from *film noir* !
I miss the 90s so much. Life was much more simple. I wish I could go back in time. The world now is so trash how did we get to this point?
By watching too much Seinfeld, with shallow stupid self-centered people.
The left. All their social policies and cultural influence have led us to this point.
Social media and politics..
Pornography has become mainstream but is still in the second place to social media.
@@barnabasthecat7329 Social media is mostly run by the left and the most destructive politics at the moment is all left leaning stuff.
Best show EVER! Best to fall asleep to, like having a fan or whatnot.
If only we could all go back to the 90's. Seinfeld was life at the time.
"These pretzels are making me thirsty!"
You really couldn't have found a better cast for a show about nothing

Never fail to laugh whenever I watch these clips. Back to a time when television was WORTH watching.
George and Kramer were hilarious. They were my favorite characters on the show. This show had a great supporting cast.
That's how it all started. The show was the love of my life and spoiled me for everything else to come. I can't enjoy any other sitcom after this. Damn you, Seinfeld.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
@@Michael_HuntNo it isn't. It rains and even snows there, surely ? I'm not from Philadelphia or even the US so I don't know too much about the city. Except that, I think they filmed Rocky there.
Most rewatchable show EVER!!! Been watchin this since the original airing of season one back in??? What was it? Like 91' or so? Damn I AM GETTIN OLD these days... i saw the bosco episode the other day and almost pissed my pants laughing so hard 🤣

This show never gets old. When I'm doing sidework in my garage, I always have DVD's of Seinfeld going. The comedic genius of this show can never be outdone. That's gold, Jerry! Gold!

Ha ha same here.
Cake break at the office..
Get, well, soon, we want you to get well
And Kramer
get boosted!!
the idea of kramer finding a niche market for his 1950s jackets in the Cuban embassy because Cubans drive 50s cars and have lots of old 50s stuff since the embargos , its so insane lol

Seinfeld - the 8th wonder. Thanks for this.
You're welcome 😊
I love how Kramer is buying a hot dog from the man who wishes him dead. And that man gives him change back. Lol
I love how George immediately lost his nickname
Kramer- I don't argue with the body. That's an argument you can't win
Kramer's double takes are the best.
I literally watch this every week! Soon as I come home from work, I have it already set on my screen. Such a classic sitcom!

@Antinio.G
What do you know about the 80s and 90s🤔 How old are you❓
the reverse peephole part is an absolute Riot!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Seinfeld is truly brilliant, but you never get the full picture of it unless you follow it up by watching THE WHOLE of the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" episodes. It then all add up to a mind blowing artistic work of comedy genius.
A hole-in-one 😜🤑
I don't know if anyone cares but "Casus belli" means roughly "cause of war".
Cool beans 😊
Hahah George is the kind of guy that would think the g-spot is a myth.

It’s kind of heartwarming that all his friends call him the nickname

Seinfeld isn't funny because of one thing. Its not just the writing or acting or characters. Its the entire package that fits perfectly together. Even Jerry being a terrible actor and cracking in so many scenes makes it even funnier. Everything about this show is perfect
20:28 yelling it up to the window was comic genius 😆
Many many great lines but, "Does your girlfriend have to be here?!? "Does yours?!" As camera pans to Jerry!!! LMAO!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😁😀😃😄🤩😍

I'm 27 and I started watching Seinfeld when I was 14 on TBS and only got into it more and more throughout the rest of my teenage years
Yea this show definitely grows on ya
Happy birthday to Jason Alexander One fourth of the fantastic four of comedy. When the future studies the nineties, Seinfeld will be on the course list
Well yes, but unfortunately they’ll be dissecting it for all the reasons it’s “problematic”. Hell, they already are. There’s countless articles online whining about just that. The PC cancer has spread deep.

Appreciate these power hour videos. I have a better understanding of why my father loved this show. I remember growing up watching the 2 hour block of Simpsons and Seinfeld with him and my brothers. Brings back great memories. Thanks for all you do!
That's awesome 👌
Nowadays parents have to worry their kids will think they’re racist, sexist, homophobic bigots if they show them (so-called) “problematic” classics like Seinfeld, Married With Children, or even early Simpsons. The same obviously goes for plenty of other wonderful shows and movies. The PC cancer has fully infected society and it’s truly sad.
Love Silvio, he shd have been a recurring character. What a combover it’s gold. Best sitcom ever!!
You should have a rule where every time Jerry says, “Hello, Newman…” you have to do a shot!
I like it

Nah all equally good. Elaine and Seinfeld for me and Frank 😅
