Very underrated ride at a very underrated park. I enjoy Six Flags America just as I do any other park and though I'm not a big fan of smaller coasters this one is pretty solid. I really enjoyed this one.
Super painful roller coaster. The turns hurt my legs and I kept hitting the side of the metal car and there was nothing to dampen the impact. Needs more support. A fun ride that needs improvement.
On May 29, 2004, a 52-year-old ride mechanic from Zion, Illinois was killed by a roller-coaster car from the Ragin' Cajun as he attempted to cross the tracks. Suffering from a traumatic head injury, he died at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.
This was 1st roller coaster i rode last week when i went there. I love the ride but it super painful. It whips your body around like crazy. And when it goes around the sharp turns it feels like the whole car is tipping over. If you can withstand a little pain this is a very fun ride.
I don't love coasters like this because they really swing you around on every turn. You are guaranteed to bump into the side of your cart quite a few times lol
The other coaster that was relocated that is the same model of coaster is Rockstar Coaster at Fun Spot USA and it was originally located at Legoland Florida as Galaxy Spin. :-)
It still weirds me out that this year will mark the 10th anniversary of the Two-Face accident that caused it to shut down for a whole year and ultimately be removed from the park. It feels like not that long ago when I was riding Two-Face at the park.
oh snap i remember that! is that why it's gone?! well geez they really hit the irony button by replacing it with another coaster known for injuring and killing people lmfao
Hmm, I have never seen a roller coaster that spins the cars around like that while they are moving along the track. Are there any other coasters like that?
When I was at Six Flags Great America in 2013, I stood in line for this ride but got out because it took too long. But if I had known it would be it's last year at the park, I would have stayed in line.. Oh well. At least it will be here next time I get to this park.
this ride was removed from chichago after causing minor injuries to riders the iron wolf was removed from the park for similar reasons I can tell you that this ride is very painful at times after coming off I had a fue bumps and a bit of what felt like whiplash
The other one is the rock star coaster at fun spot USA. Which was originally at cypress gardens adventure park before Merlin bought the park and turned it into legoland florida
They had to put something in the spot of the Two Face. I was on the Two face the week before the Hydraulic blew and ulitmate closed that death trap of a ride for good. It would break down everytime I would stand in line for it, and the last time I rode it, Hydraulic fluid was dripping down on to us and the staff didnt care about it when we mentioned it. Havent been back to the park since then.
Chad Hembrock I know what you mean! the park has decent rides. But the staff can be very unprofessional and ghetto. They seem not to care.We were on the drop tower and we had to make sure we had our seats locked down by ourselves! The staff remembered just before she it the button and was like "oh yeah uh have a great rides" What?! I'm surprised a law suit hasn't happened yet.
The ride is like any ordinary ride. It jerks when it turns to the side and the first drop just gives you this weightless feeling for like about a second which is then followed by a bigger drop. When it gets to the lower level it starts twisting an d spinning around every turn with a slight jerk till the ride comes to a stop.
I was crying and screaming on this. My chest felt like exploding. Plus! The one i rode was wayy faster My 10 year old friend and my 9 yr old sister looked at me as if i was crazy.
Kyle Johnson Cheetah Chase or Sand Serpent, as it's now called, at Busch Gardens in Tampa was relocated from Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. However it's a Mack Rides classic wild mouse, not a Zamperla spinning wild mouse coaster.
This is why Six Flags America won't amount to anything....ALWAYS settling for less. When are we going to get another big coaster instead of getting little childish leftovers from other Six Flags parks? Six Flags Great America is getting rid of these rides to put something better in place in their space. It feels insulting that we get the most boring and useless rides from other parks, but can't build a massive one of our own. Why can't we look at how Six Flags Great Adventure does their coasters? We haven't had a brand new coaster of our own since Batwing was built back in 2001. That was 17 YEARS AGO! Anything to save money Six Flags...right?
Very underrated ride at a very underrated park. I enjoy Six Flags America just as I do any other park and though I'm not a big fan of smaller coasters this one is pretty solid. I really enjoyed this one.
1:56 - "Well, that wasn't so bad."
1:58 - *THUNK* "Owww!!!"
XD
Bob Schneider I rode this I shouted Sh*t
lol
Jinx
@@idksomeguy9331 Me too
When I heard the little noise the sound makes I felt all the memories. :( I wish it was still at SFGAm
Super painful roller coaster. The turns hurt my legs and I kept hitting the side of the metal car and there was nothing to dampen the impact. Needs more support. A fun ride that needs improvement.
My butt cheeks hurt after riding this thing
@@kossur10 💀😭 slay gurl 💅🏻😭
My cousin and I rode this ride, WE LOVED IT. We did it OVER and OVER. :)
1:47 I thought the thing flew off the tracks lol
I love the spinning wild mouses! I love the name to this one, it's more original. Ragin' Cajun. If I ever come back here I'd definitely ride this.
I've been on this ride before and it was fun this was my first time riding a roller coaster.
I rode this and it hurt so bad on the sharp turns and when u r spinning down the drop it feels like u r falling off omg
KK1989 sameee I rode thattt
It's a "Crazy mouse" coaster, which is similar to "Wild mouse". Which are types of coasters that take tight and flat turns.
t h a t s t h e p o i n t
Yea true it hurt that bad that I am sticking to steel roller coasters that dont spin
World's best station.
its ok I am going to six flags to

Got on this yesterday! Its surprised me.....love it. Very jerky ride👍
This ride is so fun. This is my favorite ride at six flags America. The best part is the end where you keep going up and down but spinning.
Aw I remember going on this! I wasn't really into roller coasters when I was younger, so this ride started me on them. I was so sad when it closed!
I was also sad when v2 velocity was closed every other day
Literally same!
It’s still open
@@legacyoffom4646 shut up

Fun fact: this exact ride used to be at six flags great America
What's the difference between a reverchon and a zamperla spinning wild mouse?
The other coaster that was relocated that is the same model of coaster is Rockstar Coaster at Fun Spot USA and it was originally located at Legoland Florida as Galaxy Spin. :-)
man i miss Opa the building is so empty without it
This ride is INSANE if you ride with someone a lot bigger than you. You spin sooo fast!
It still weirds me out that this year will mark the 10th anniversary of the Two-Face accident that caused it to shut down for a whole year and ultimately be removed from the park. It feels like not that long ago when I was riding Two-Face at the park.

Your the only person who does good at recording roller coasters love your channel
Hmm, I have never seen a roller coaster that spins the cars around like that while they are moving along the track. Are there any other coasters like that?
Nice . . . . . but I preferred Two Face: The Flip Side (that was on this exact location from 99-07)
DukeofColumbia you know people flew off that ride right ?
I don't remember Two Face ever being in the Illinois Six Flags Great America. The closest thing SFGA had was Deja Vu.
Wow
I live only 20 minutes away from this and i missed you guys
The speakers on the lift are a nice added touch. Too bad it didn't get a nice facade like at Great America though.
I love six flags America as well as Rajun Cajun!
THAT WAS AT GREAT AMERICA IF SO I MISS IT I WAITED SOOO LONG TO GO ON IT NOW ITS GONE THANKS ALOT SIX FLAGS FOR RUINING MY DREAMS
This looks EXACTLY like Primeval Whirl at Disney World's Animal Kingdom, but a suckier version 'cause there's no theming to this one whatsoever.
You should come back to our six flags we have a new ride called the bourbon street fireball
They stole this ride from six flags great america(my home park) and I want it back really bad!!! I'm going there this summer though
Did you steal it back?
When did they get rid of it?
I'm sooooo mad they took it out of Six Flags Great America! I LOVED this ride! :(
team doodle it’s exactly the same as dark night but instead this one is outdoors. Try that one!
When and where did they steal it from and also all the six flags in the world are working together so get that mind straight boi
When I was at Six Flags Great America in 2013, I stood in line for this ride but got out because it took too long. But if I had known it would be it's last year at the park, I would have stayed in line.. Oh well. At least it will be here next time I get to this park.
The park looks cleaner and prettier here than when I went in 2011
I have a question why did they moved it from Six Flags Great America to Washington DC? I loved it.
Idk they wanted America to get a new coaster
this ride was removed from chichago after causing minor injuries to riders the iron wolf was removed from the park for similar reasons I can tell you that this ride is very painful at times after coming off I had a fue bumps and a bit of what felt like whiplash
oh ya and the death in 2004
+lpsraven sparks what death?
kawaifu look hard int the history of the ride an you wll find it
The ragin cajun isn't even there anymore. They took it down and nothing is there anymore. Never knew why it got taken down
So that way they could relocate it to
Six Flags America
This was my favorite coaster at Six Flags for the duration it was installed there.
wait it got removed?
This is the exact same as the wild mouse....
THAT WAS IN GRAET AMERICA I WAS SO READY FO RIDE IT THEN IT WAS GONE THANKS ALOT :(
tears this was my first coaster when it was in gurnee but they moved it sadly ;-;
Holy crap. This ride was terrible. I bruised my ankles on this thing.
Leave it to a wild mouse to do that to you
It's actually really fun but that airtime hill thing is painful XD
this was a fun coaster but damn was the queue long. I'm pretty sure you could ride raging bull twice in the time it took to get on this once.
I've ridden one at a carnival in northern New Jersey. Called the crazy mouse
This was my first coaster!! I wish it was still standing 🥺
It's still open
Like team doodle said you did steal that ride from six flags great America
The other one is the rock star coaster at fun spot USA. Which was originally at cypress gardens adventure park before Merlin bought the park and turned it into legoland florida
Cool
This Ride uses the same layout as Primeval Whirl, if so, Disney must be furious with Six Flags.
Ragin Cagin came first so how Ragin Cagin came to great America in 1995 primeval at Disney animal kingdom didn't open until 2002
On the website it says that this is full of fast turns while this looks like it’s moving at 5mph
My Dad and brother liked it, my Mom and I did not while at Great America.
RIDE IT SOBER. oh god ride it sober. i know theres a bar nearby. RIDE IT SOBER this sht is insane
I went to this ride two times today
Cool Ragin' Cajun POV! I have ridden this on my two Six Flags Great America visits (Summer 2012, September 14th, 2013) and that was PAINFUL!
No one cares ffs!
+Random Guy On RUclips Obviously you do if you care enough to reply XD
Firebird is the same as the apocalypse
This is exactly the same layout and car style as Twister at Lightwater Valley - the first like this.
my little sister had me on this ride it was pretty fast n scary overall a fun tine of laughter and bliss
I was laughing so hard on this 😂. Becuase i was soo scared
Looks like fun.

Chad Hembrock two face was only a "death trap" cause six flags didn't take care of it right. it was a good coaster, I rode it too.
TheCoasterDoctor Invertigo’s have always suffered downtime.
I miss this coaster, it was at gurnee last...
I feel like one of these rides would look awesome if they were set in a level of water under the tracks.
I had a bruise from this bad ass ride. Never again
Why did they love this from great america to america?
someone died in it when it opened but they kept it running for almost 10 years after so idk
it cause small injuries
Isn't this also the same model of Exterminator @ Kennywood? I can't tell seince exterminator is in the dark
Wasnt this also in Great America?
Did it operate at SFGAm in 2013? or was it removed earlier for renovations first?
Rct3andCP It operated at Six Flags Great America in 2013.
I ride this before at the same place and it was my favorite ride
This is the only coaster I get on at this park
can you tell me how was the ride because I never been on that ride and I wish to go but it's not there anymore 😢😢😢😭😭😭

Wdym Front Seat? There’s only one seat
It's like Ratón Loco from La Feria de Chapultepec in México.
I was crying and screaming on this. My chest felt like exploding. Plus! The one i rode was wayy faster
My 10 year old friend and my 9 yr old sister looked at me as if i was crazy.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how much does this make you feel like you're going to puke?
+Lela Trainer For me, about 3 or 4 (and I have a weak stomach). If you can handle the teacup ride you'll be totally fine!
do you just sneak a camera onto rides?
stampycatfan01 No. EastCoasterGeneral, who films most of our videos, gets permission to film on the rides from the parks beforehand.
oh.
It's stupid how it doesn't spin half the ride
If the ride began spinning after the lift , it would stress the cars.
It also wouldn't be a spinning wildmouse, which it is meant to be. Half spinning coaster fun, half lateral neckbreaker.
Well, does it say “Spinning Cajun”?
I went on it today it hurts sooooo bad
Ride one wild mouse, you've ridden them all. And gotten permanent kidney damage.
Not until you ride the wooden wild mouse.
Lol #SoTrue
Tommy Carr I haven't ridden a wooden wild mouse. Would I need to get on a kidney donor list first?
That looks like a yellow replica of Goofy's Dky School minus the fact that it spins
Olivia Munoz i think you mean Primeval Whirl at Animal Kingdom
I hate getting the edge seat on this ride
Idk I'm guessing cheetah chase or sand serpant now at busch gardens only because the beginning is the same
Kyle Johnson Cheetah Chase or Sand Serpent, as it's now called, at Busch Gardens in Tampa was relocated from Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. However it's a Mack Rides classic wild mouse, not a Zamperla spinning wild mouse coaster.

the top part shook my skinny ass around
This thing beats me up
I went there on Monday and going there tomorow
In my sixflags they had that ride but they took it away and gave it to a nother park
it's the same thing as the Crazy Mouse tbh
Six flags is still open?!?!
KookiMonster No. Six Flags America is closed for the off-season and they still haven't announce their 2015 opening day.
Oh..
Replaced into two face the flip slide
i went on this ride
that ride is no longer there sad
That kinda looks like Mr Six's Pandemonium.
No, it's not similar to Pandemonium.
Its simalar to Primeval whirl at Disney Animal Kingdom and Opa at Mt olimpus
The music is so snazzy 😏🙂
It was pretty chill...till it started spinning O_O
Luna Park or Six Flags New Orleans?
Scott Holder lol @ six flags new orleans, that park got wiped out by Hurricane Katrina. You're 12 years too late buddy.
My fav
I went in 2014 and it wasn't there....or wasn't open.
MissAquaGamer what park? six flags GREAT america, or six flags America?
Timothy Betley's awesome chan Whichever one is in MD/D.C.
Timothy Betley's awesome chan Also this is two years old so I dont even know what my comment was about lol
sorry but wildmice will always be fun
I think ragin cravings is better
Why was it moved?
it was causing minor injures I had it happen they arnt that bad but they Still hurt
+lpsraven sparks if it was causing injuries at one park wouldn't it still cause injuries at another park?
+George Chlada exactly what I always think but I think they try to fix it and take it away from the part to another park
