It amazes me how it seems like every square inch of Japan is laid off so neatly and precisely, inside and out. I find that so appealing. Your apartment is so spacious compared to others I have looked at.
What an awesome apartment, and it's probably the best one I've come across so far, as well! Hope you're enjoying your stay in Japan, and best of luck to you! :D
i'm an English as a Foreign Language teacher at a private language school. the rent is 55,000yen a month, but its a small town so the cheap rent in not the norm.
it all depends on what company or school you contract with, but from my experience it isn't that complicated. a lot of paperwork but that's to be expected.
This is one of the nicest apartments I've seen, and your commute to work is non existent. Very nicely done! Is this through the JET Program? One more question! What part of Japan is this?
Your place is soo spacious and nice. Looks like such a great place to live. Maybe if I get to live in Japan in the future I'll find a big place like this :D
i've only been in this apartment for about 3 months, but i've lived in japan for a little over 2 years. i'm not great at japanese. i know enough to survive but not enough to hold a conversation.
i don't know if i'll upload any other japan videos. i have plenty but, who knows. i will probably do an apartment update after a year. i don't have another channel and the school i'm working at is small. it has 2 locations and thats it; family owned. the school, as with most eikaiwas, runs on the immersion principle so we speak in complete English all the time.
to teach English in japan ( as far as i have experienced) you must have a bachelors. i don't know of any programs that hire non-native English speakers but it wouldn't hurt to look. TEFL certifications don't hold much weight- here it's all about college degrees. hope that helps :)
i'll try and upload some of the other random japan and travel videos i have when i get the chance. i have a bachelors degree in elementary education and a TEFL certificate. for most jobs in japan you need a bachelors degree but it doesn't necessarily have to be in education. i got this job from gaijinpot. its a good site for jobs in japan. i enjoy teaching, but i'm not a big fan of the school i'm at now. its very unorganized and starting to drive to crazy. 6 students max a class.
oh Lord! your apartment is sooo sooo soooo awesome!! and huge!! and the rent is so affordable, boy i want such an apartment when i come to japan!! and the area itself looks so homely also, like there's families living there as your neighbors, i prefer that always! one thing, it comes furnished, right? with the stove and washer and telly and fridge and the couch you folded out as your bed (?) and microwave? what about internet? included in the rent? thanks for the video, i just found you out! wicked!
awsome video by the way not sure if you know can you still use old anaglog tvs in japan or is it dead there to as well I just wonderd cause i noticed you had a older type tv and is cable free there thats what many tell me and if you dont know its ok to thanks for showing us your japanese apartment id love to try living in japan a short time.
the rent is really good for that size of the apartment :D I wish I could get a job in Japan after I graduate , were the procedures hard and slow ? when u were going to Japan
its not JET its a privately owned eikaiwa in Hikone. i would actually like to be further away from the school. that was i wouldn't have to hear the kids on my days off, and the parents wouldn't park right in-front of my door.
wow. you place is really cool. so are you an tefl teacher in japan ? do you know if there's any chance for someone that isn't a naive english speaker but still has good english (ielts and tefl certificate) to get a job as a teacher in japan ?
i'm a teacher, but my school doesn't pay my rent. its cheaper because i live in a small town. if you live in a big city like Tokyo you have to pay 3 times a month to live in a closet with 7 other people.
Me and my friend are starting to look at apartments in japan for when we move in 3 years , this really nice one what kind of site did you find this on ? i would love the help ^^
Sorry if I missed it but do you say how much your apartment is? It seems that going to a town or smaller city can be a much better deal than moving to tokyo
i don't know if you can get free cable, not that it really matters because japanese tv is shit. i just use my computer to watch all the shows from back home.
It amazes me how it seems like every square inch of Japan is laid off so neatly and precisely, inside and out. I find that so appealing. Your apartment is so spacious compared to others I have looked at.
Wow! This is really large for a Japanese apartment, I was surprised when you opened the door. You're so lucky
What an awesome apartment, and it's probably the best one I've come across so far, as well! Hope you're enjoying your stay in Japan, and best of luck to you! :D
This is awesome. I will be studying in hikone this year.
Huge apartment for Japan and also reasonably priced !!
Look at all that counter space!!!! What a nice apartment!
You have the Japanese first apartment I've ever seen on RUclips with a three burner stove. Your apartment looks really nice as well.
I love your apartment. It's one of the best I've seen yet.
i'm an English as a Foreign Language teacher at a private language school. the rent is 55,000yen a month, but its a small town so the cheap rent in not the norm.
This apartment looks badass.
You lucked out with a nicer apartment than what I've seen from other people who've put Japanese apartment videos on RUclips.
Waw !! What a really nice and spacious apartment you got ! You're really lucky.
DUDE! That is one kick ass apartment! So clean!
it all depends on what company or school you contract with, but from my experience it isn't that complicated. a lot of paperwork but that's to be expected.
You keep it very nice & clean!
Very nice 👌 and beautiful apartment, Sorry to say we Indians buy unwanted stuff alots for home and too much unwanted decorations in home.
A very nice apartment, well planned.Good.
i've only been in this apartment for about 3 months, but i've lived in japan for a little over 2 years. i'm not great at japanese. i know enough to survive but not enough to hold a conversation.
lovely apartment
Wow, that's a pretty huge apartment! You're very organized. :)
i don't know if i'll upload any other japan videos. i have plenty but, who knows. i will probably do an apartment update after a year. i don't have another channel and the school i'm working at is small. it has 2 locations and thats it; family owned. the school, as with most eikaiwas, runs on the immersion principle so we speak in complete English all the time.
the first floor is either a music school or a kareoke bar, not sure. but no one is ever there so it doesn't really matter.
Thank you for responding back. I was always curious about that.

nice apt; the best one ive seen.
i just vacuum them and make sure i don't spill anything on them. you can buy cleaner but since i've never had a problem i don't bother.
I love your apartment but what kind of neighborhood do you live in for your bike to sit in the front unchained and not stolen?
its actually really reasonable. i'm not in a big city so that helps.
i'll try and upload some of the other random japan and travel videos i have when i get the chance. i have a bachelors degree in elementary education and a TEFL certificate. for most jobs in japan you need a bachelors degree but it doesn't necessarily have to be in education. i got this job from gaijinpot. its a good site for jobs in japan. i enjoy teaching, but i'm not a big fan of the school i'm at now. its very unorganized and starting to drive to crazy. 6 students max a class.

Interesting. Your apartment looks like it is part of an actual huge sized home. Where does the middle door go?
I think the part of the toilet that shoots out water is to fill the toilet back up with new water...
Very nice! Your place is SO big and spacious! iina~! haha
thanks
awsome video by the way not sure if you know can you still use old anaglog tvs in japan or is it dead there to as well I just wonderd cause i noticed you had a older type tv and is cable free there thats what many tell me and if you dont know its ok to thanks for showing us your japanese apartment id love to try living in japan a short time.
Aww the apartment is so pretty ;)
is it Second floor?
or is it First floor...
which floor is the first floor?
because every elevator confuses me
the rent is really good for that size of the apartment :D I wish I could get a job in Japan after I graduate , were the procedures hard and slow ? when u were going to Japan
its not JET its a privately owned eikaiwa in Hikone. i would actually like to be further away from the school. that was i wouldn't have to hear the kids on my days off, and the parents wouldn't park right in-front of my door.
your apartment is big !! It must cost a lot
thanks :D I really wanna go to Japan for University , but my father is making a big deal out of it , idk why :(
Very nice video. :-)
wow. you place is really cool. so are you an tefl teacher in japan ? do you know if there's any chance for someone that isn't a naive english speaker but still has good english (ielts and tefl certificate) to get a job as a teacher in japan ?
Incidentally, I understand tatami mats can mold and get bugs. How often do you clean your mats?
when you go to different apartments where do you put your old things cause this has new furniture and stuff???
MsYugiboy the furniture belongs to the apartment, so i can't take it with me.
i'm a teacher, but my school doesn't pay my rent. its cheaper because i live in a small town. if you live in a big city like Tokyo you have to pay 3 times a month to live in a closet with 7 other people.
Love ur nails ....ur apartment is very cute n clean :-)
Me and my friend are starting to look at apartments in japan for when we move in 3 years , this really nice one what kind of site did you find this on ? i would love the help ^^
So cool for so little 😭
the apartment was supplied by the school so i didn't find it anywhere. sorry i couldn't be of any help.
Sorry if I missed it but do you say how much your apartment is? It seems that going to a town or smaller city can be a much better deal than moving to tokyo

I love how your apartment looks! Where do you live?

Hi, may I know what camera you used for this video? Thanks! :-)
Cam quality for 2012 was amazing must’ve cost a bomb
hey , what's ur job ? :D and how much is the rent for this apartment ?
how much do you pay for this each month? It's really nice
Your apartment is just £320.38 a month!?
So how many dollars.
you dont need to lock your bike in japan... people are very honest
yes you do! bikes get stolen all the time in japan!
Where is this?
how much is the rent ?
Hikone
55000 yen a month
i don't know if you can get free cable, not that it really matters because japanese tv is shit. i just use my computer to watch all the shows from back home.
it is locked.
I honestly think this place is to big
It’s a nice spacious house but I don’t see any personality....
Hikone
