EFOIL to FOIL TOWING | My experience, impressions and future thoughts

First things first: Thank you John for making this happen! I was having a blast!
I recently made an interview with John Lammers from EFoilWorld ( • Relaxed interview with... ) and he offered me to tow me on my regular foil board with his SiFly Efoil. It was such a great experience and I think the footage speaks for itself. It's was not about radical turns but far more about the glide and exploring the potential and new territory. Waves would have been a nice addition but this was hopefully not my last session.

Pumping was so nice as I could see my frontwing and the water was so glassy ..... could have just pumped for hours....

How did you attach the rope to the efoil?

We just tied the rope to the mast very close to the board. Not the best solution but if you make sure the rope is on tension before you start towing it does the trick.
