retroKat, a 20s-something marketing professional, reacts to the Commodore VIC-20 for the first time, enters a "hello world, BASIC program, and then follows up with the famous 10 PRINT BASIC program. It's a blast to watch my daughter experience my very first computer and many of her reactions are the same I had back in the 1980s.

Loving that fact that someone who is already tech-savvy is enjoying beginners' BASIC.
I think she'd try more given a little more encouragement and time.
Itβs so cool seeing a young person go to town with the ancient stuff, we GenX saw as the leading edge of technology

But you are true hardcore retro, so a well deserved sub, are you familiar with Retro is the new Black? Wolfgang is also a great retro-tuber and a great individual as well. Itβs cool that retro is in again.
