Cab wale cancel nahi karte hai. Feedback note kar lia gya hai... No action. Bas yahi hota hai

i regularly use ola and uber , and this has happen to me as well...
but there's no need to call customer care..u can just go to help and support section and select driver refused the ride .. and with in no time u will get the refund ,I usually follow this process..😊

Hi, this did happen with me but the cancellation charge is not showing on the cancelled ride but when I tried to book new ride it's showing 50rs cancellation fee.
Also i have given the feedback that driver has cancelled the ride still got no refund.

It happened to me while i was in dire emergency, thus i uninstalled ola an uber, without paying Rs.25. Then on, i started using local taxis, its a bit hectic but way cheaper and reliable.
I literally got blocked permanently from ola for the driver cancelling my ride. Infact, my mum and sister’s account were also blocked within a day. Such a poor customer dealing, shame on ola!

Next scam is, they send you a voucher of 50rs for cancellation charges and not refund back to the original mode of payment.

When we order multiple items from amazon by adding it to our card so it shows a delivery charge for one time but recently I purchased 2 products and I had to give ₹40 each time because it came at different times

It’s silly, just make sure if the cabbie wants to cancel, ask them to cancel, yes it will lead to delay but if that is something you can accommodate then yup no issues

I make sure to redeem the cancellation fees as soon as they charge it to avoid drama later.
Just to let you know... Bla Bla Cabs is an actual company that operates in North India, at least in Delhi and Chandigarh for sure. Don't want you to get in any trouble for that.

This also happened to me when I booked cab at late night while returning from pet hospital with my pet. Driver refused to start ride after reaching location because I have pet with me. Uber charged me 50 but cancellation was made by driver and not by me. I had to wait a lot for nxt cab🙃

Ye channel bhot chalega. Kyunki itihas gawah hai scams sirf badhte hai ghate nhi. Aur itni creativity scams mei dekhne ko milti hai.

मैडम लगता है आपने कन्जयूमर कोर्ट केवल सुना है ,कभी गई नही है,जिस दिन पाला पड़ेगा ,सच्चाई पता चलेगी।
केस नम्बर 1- एमपीईबी से 8 साल में भी अपने आदेश का पालन नही करा पाई,हमारी कन्जयूमर कोर्ट।
केस नंबर 2--टीवी कम्पनी से 11 साल में टीवी नही सुधरवा पाई ,हमारी कन्जयूमर कोर्ट।😢😢😢😢😢

Mere me 2 cancel charge lagi hai ek 15 ek 19 jabki maine cancel ki bhi nhi. Mujhe 2minute 52 sec aise ghum ghuma ke 20 minute laga ke cancel kr diya kya kru samajh nhi AA rh aye video dekh ke bhi samjh nhi aaya😢
