So, events in the movie take place before the series, right? That would explain a lot. Her first husband, how she got into the house. I watched the series a few years ago and now I want to re watch them all over again. Such a good story. It really gives you so much warmth and makes you feel good.

It is amazing how they were able to rehire the same cast years later. Plus they gave them a refreshing feeling to their characters. Never knew George was so removed from Cassie. He is the father of her husband’s late wife. Yet George took on being apart of the family. Not many father in laws would be so harmonious with the new wife of his son in law.

hi sirens, this is a very good movie. catherine bell is very hot she looked even better in her marine uniform. ok the reason for my reply to you is because you need to watch the first five seasons of "my three sons". it's pretty much the same back story the wife passed and the wife's father moves in to take her place. the wifes father does all the things his daughter does to help the husband raise the three boys. it was a very good show. i prefer the black and white episodes of the first five seasons.
I had 2 mother-in-laws that I got along with after my divorces. It's not so strange that George would get along with Cassie, especially since his own daughter had died. Cassie was good to his grandchildren. Why shouldn't he like her?

I was at a friends house yesterday and this show was on their tv. The person had back to back episodes, and being a fan of Catherine Bell, I got hooked. So now I am going to (over time) watch the entire series. Yes, as a guy in his 60s, I have lots of diverse interest.
I know if my partner was alive , He would have enjoyed the movie too. Catherine Bell is stunning and a wonderful Actress. You became under Her Spell like I did. Lol

i remember watching the seasons on netflix a few years back and recently finished the most recent seasons. (6 and 7) rewatching the series on netflix gave me such nostalgia that i had to do more research on this franchise, only to find that there is a line of movies that i can watch. i probably should've watched the movies before the seasons, but oh well. im excited to binge watch these movies and truly embrace all the joy good witch has brought. there's definitely that small town charm and i will never get sick of watching it. something similar to gilmore girls, i love the coziness and warmth.

Found this movie to have everything a great movie should have. Just love love loved it. Steered my emotions from fun to tears, it was very very sweet movie. I can only highly recommend it. If there is more like that, I want to find them, please :D

Do you want to know what was so great about Cassie? She never forced her beliefs on anyone else. She would smile and make suggestions, but never told anyone how to behave or expected them to conform to her standards. That is what we all should strive to do.
Watched the series and loved it. Wish it was still ongoing. Catherine Bell just gets more beautiful every year.

I'm 70 years old and all I've been watching is at a condom monster movies the giant squids a lot of people die but I happen to see this and I thought what the heck watch it it was absolutely incredible what a moral story I almost started crying at the end and I'm not ashamed to say that it was such a fantastic story

Anyway, until then, I work with a manual labor employee do, continuously (although, am not yet losing my HOPES for the degree I'm holding on with our own parents back then, strong determination & worthy advised ... Truly LOVE this movie 💖
I've finished watching it today. Even if it has Halloween theme, I think it can pass for a Christmas theme too. I've never watched the series. But I think this is soothing. Cassie is the kind of calm I want to always achieve. 😊❤

I've never seen the movies, only the television series because my mom is a fan. Honestly, it's good to see where the show had its beginnings. And I'm glad some of the characters in this managed to make a comeback in the show.
Although it's so strange to see Cassie Nightingale like this, I know she's supposed to be a witch but I'm so used to her personality in the show. And I'm glad Martha Tinsdale became of her closest friends.
You need to see all the movies so you can see how Cassie eventually won Martha over. It took a while, but they did come to be friends.
