Low-budget issues aside, I found this film fun, entertaining, original, and adventurous!
I really thought this was going to be a bad movie in the beginning but it turned out to be very entertaining and somewhat funny . Thanks for the upload .

Wow! Fantastic! Cool flick! A twist on the "Wizard of Oz"! There is Dorthey, the tin man, the cowardly lion, the scare crow and a witch, all on a collision course with Star Gate. I am about to watch it again.

Excited out last night tired and semi-bored but, this film kept tugging at me today. By mid-film I was on edge, expecting action that didn't even happen, and trying to guess the next outcome. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS FILM ! Didn't expect that but, it now a recommendation and a fav of mine !

I really like this movie. I saw online that it did not get very great reviews, that is really too bad because this movie is imaginative and has some very good scares! I thought it was terrific!
Better than expected, worth watching. Towards the end, where the rescuers are ready to storm the keep, there's an homage to Monty Python, "The French Taunt". Made me chuckle!
There was a homage to The Wizard of Oz as well, with the "What a world!" Line the witch delivers before falling from the tower.

Back in the good old days if she had been guilty, they would have confiscated all her property and that of her family. Being innocent her family kept everything.

Chuckles, and a fun, imaginative story. It was a graphic novel with people and theatre in the frames It's adorable.
The stories these accused could tell being tried as witches . They could shed some light on who the real evil people were . Justice would be served !

My sister lived in Pungo, Back in 1988 I loved Virgina beach, VA.
I find that dark dreary music comforting for some strange reason. Makes me drift off to childhood days 🧐🤔

I am a senior citizen now. When I was a little girl, my father taught us how to shoot black powder guns in 4-H. Even in the 1960s, black powder guns were considered to be antiques that most gun collectors kept in display cases. Now, looking back, I am finally understanding how blessed I was to be taught how to use something that was very much a part of the United States history. He used to make the lead balls in the kitchen. After melting the lead on the stove top, he poured the lead into molds for making lots of little lead balls. The same thing our pioneers did if they had the money to do so. Poorer pioneers would use nails and other stuff inside the black powder guns for defending themselves. When hunting, I presume the lead balls were the best and more appropriate. I truly enjoyed the movie. I was a victim of domestic violence in my younger years. I got a laugh when Grace's spirit got rid of the boyfriend quickly.
An old neighbor of mine used to make all of his bullets in the basement. It was underground and stayed cold year round. I've never seen so many guns in one house in my life!

Because every once in a blue moon an elderly human with a kick-ass backstory pops in to share a bit of their life. Thank you. Love hearing living history/ also sorry the other bit happened to you. Far more men need to be taught emotional regulation and self-control.

Oddly reminiscent of the old Hammer Horror films from the 1960s & 70s... Not particularly good or bad, and just entertaining enough that you'll watch it all the way through.

A very adorable and fun campy low budget movie that entertains. Even though the low budget is obvious, they did well with this one. Its fun, and engaging. Thats what a movie should be first and formost. They did a good job. Worth a watch! Awesome for free on youtube.
Low budget films annoy me, this one didn't! Maybe because i wasnt expecting much, but whatever! Watch it and have fun!

After she drowned, they should have dunked the people who accused her. That would be a kind of justice for her death and the loss of her family.
I did enjoy the movie. In the beginning Grace's lines as a character throw me off. It is 30-40 mins in and the movie takes on a whole different world of some great fantasy realm. A movie I would see my older teens as liking. A masterpiece no, entertaining yes.

As cheesy as this was, I think the dialogue was very believable. As in, saying what you need to say at the moment. Which did not seem staged at all. Although the deliverance may have been cheesy the reactions were believable. I enjoyed it

Ambitious for a low-budget indie and remarkably a lot of fun. It's a light-hearted horror/fantasy adventure with a Tremors meets the Wizard of Oz vibe.

Its so sad to hear about the tales of all these women who were killed either by burning, hanging or drowning just on the suspicion of witchcraft. Even in my country it was occurring in the past, it has been quite in recent years.

OK people, listen up. This movie is unapologetically quirky and DEFINITELY worth watching. The main actress, Cathryn Benson, did a fantastic job in her double role!
