    Thank You, Jen, for these great tips. I have noticed that my balance is off and I have also noticed more pain in my knees. I have also noticed that my gate is off when I walk. I don't feel graceful, but awkward and clumsy. I used to figure skate in my late teens an early to mid twenties so I am very aware of when something is not right with my body. I hate that awkward feeling. I am going to discuss going to a physiotherapist with my doctor thanks to you. Keep up the good work and God bless you.

      Hi! Thank you so much for your video suggestion. I have not had any patients with this condition so I wouldn't do a video on it as this stage as my clinical experience hasn't included it. So sorry. Jen
