  • Official microphone for 2016 / 2017 Asia Beatbox Microphone. MM-59B is designed specifically for beatboxers. It has detailed clarity, plenty of bass and most of all, able to handle high sound pressure level.
"For beatboxers, the beatbox microphone should be able to sustain an extremely high SPL, otherwise when we make a drum sound effect, the high pressure will result in a cracking sound. Besides, the frequency response should be extended in high frequency as much as possible, thus helping our vocal percussion techniques can be heard clearly. The MM-59B dynamic microphone completely satisfied our requirements! "─Mic Lee, Coordinator of TWBEATBOX.com
"Based on using beatbox microphones for decades, I have to admit that so far the MM-59B is definitely the best beatbox microphone in the world."─Double, Chinese Beatbox Master
"MIPRO MM-59B is really amazing for beatboxing because it captures a lot of details of the sounds and especially the fullness of the bass. Also it's very convenient to clean the dome of the mic compared to other mics. I highly recommend MIPRO MM-59B." ─Dharni, 2013 / 2014 Grand Beatbox Battle Champion
"As a technical beatboxer, a microphone should create very clear sounds and the low frequency are very important too. The MIPRO MM-59B has this clearly sound and lows, also the way it handles the high frequency is awesome." ─Zede, Beatbox Battle World Champion 2009
"I’m so happy. Only this mic for my performance!!!! The best!" ─Pe4enkata, Beatbox Battle World Champion 2012
"MIPRO MM-59 is definitely one of the best beatbox microphones right now!" ─Skiller, Beatbox Battle World Champion 2012

Hey MIPRO, what kind of mic should I get for beatboxing and singing alike? (Condenser, Dynamic, and what brand). And can the zoom h5 take the recordings you make via sd card, and be transferred into an mpc live, which also has an sd card slot, and be chopped and looped on there? That's how you can get your recorded vocal tracks to where you need be right?

MM-59B or MM-59, as you see in this video, is a dynamic microphone. MIPRO's condenser mic, MM-90, is also great for beatboxing, singing and recording. It depends on what sound you like. However, condenser mics need phantom power. Connect the mic to Zoom H5 or H6, the recordings will be saved in the SD card. Then it turns to the recordist's job. That's what we know. Hope this helps.

He makes the bass sound because he is a beatboxer. A "beatbox" microphone means it is designed especially for beatbox. Referring to what a beatboxer said, "for beatboxers, the beatbox microphone should be able to sustain extremely high SPL, otherwise when we make drum sound effect, the high pressure will result in cracking sound. Besides, the frequency response should be extended in high frequency as much as possible, thus help our vocal percussion techniques can be heard clearly.”
