Dimash sings in so many languages that noone can understand them all. When listening to Dimash I prefer to look up the lyrics first and then just listen to the song or listen first and check the lyrics afterwards. DImash is so good at bringing emotion when performing so even if you donæt understand the language you feel the song, reading the lyrics when listening will also take away the attention from his performance and they are worth watching as everything he does is intentional. Dimash is now WORLD FAMOUS. He is never dull and every song is different and he still surprises me after 4 years. I would recommend sticking to Singer 2017 through the 14 songs. You will get to know Dimash. Then watch his first Concert, Bastau. It is incredible. Dimash won concert of the year for this one. He performs in China for awhile then Russia heard him and grabbed on to him for awhile. Now he is focusing on his world tour and has been in London, Paris, and in December of 2019, just before COVID he had his first US Concert in New York at the Barclay Center. there were people there from 60 plus different COUNTRIES and all but 5-7 U.S. states. Jeder hat bisher völlig sprachlos darauf reagiert und war fasziniert von Dimash. Ihre Reaktion ist die erste seit 4 Jahren wo ich nicht diesen Effekt erkennen konnte. Jeder andere hat Dimash danach sofort in seine Playliste aufgenommen und mehr und mehr Videos von ihm gezeigt, jeder hat feststellen können, was das für ein großes Ausnahmetalent ist. Ja es ist ein Sänger Wettbewerb wo er 2017-2019 teilgenommen hat, insgesamt 12 Titel kenne ich davon. Jeder der ihn einmal gehört hat, will immer wieder etwas von ihm hören. Ganz besonders gut kann man sein Talent, seine Präsenz sehen, auf seinen Konzerten , er ist ein hervorragender Performer und live Sänger sowieso. Wie gut er singen kann, wie sauber er singen kann, hört man bei S.O.S. beim Tokio Jazz Festival 2020. ich denke bei dieser minimalen Technik, der Akustik dort, würde fast jeder Sänger baden gehen. Ich glaube nicht einmal Mariah Carey würde ihre Songs mit so wenig technischem Aufwand , was die Stimme betrifft, so sauber und perfekt singen. Und über 90% würden da völlig versagen, weil heute die Studiotechnik so weit vorangeschritten ist, das fast jeder sauber singen würde. Live nur live macht sich ein Talent bemerkbar. Selbst da wird heute viel geschummelt. Ich bin aus Italien und zwar an der deutsch sprechenden Minderheit nahe der Schweiz. Hier sollte schon im letzten Jahr ein Science Fiction Film starten Across Endless Dimension so der Titel von Dimash Song auf dem Soundtrack Creator - The Past. Leider hat sich der Start bis Ende 2020 verzögert wegen dem Corona Virus und aktuell ist wieder alles dicht. Dadurch ist er auch in Europa einem breiten Publikum bekannt geworden. Leider ist auch das geplante Konzert angesagt worden. Nun hoffen sehr viele Fans das das im Sommer 2021 hoffentlich nachgeholt werden kann. Dimash ist ein Multitalent, er singt in 12 Sprachen, spielt 8 Instrumente, ist in Asien ein Superstar. All seine Konzerte sind ausverkauft und die Bühne, einem CBS Konzert mindestens gleich. I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength Dimash had invested into it, to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning and imitating. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition. The thoughts that I will be sharing below is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me. I like this music because it reminds me the Truth, Realities and Precariousness of Human Life particularly Suffering and Death) SONG FACTS: The song is from French Rock Opera called Starmania. Originally it was sung by Daniel Balavoine who had a sudden death in a helicopter accident in 1986, who is known of his beautiful voice. Later, it was covered by Gregory Lemarchal, a young French singer who inspired Dimash to sing “SOS d'un terrien en detresse” who at all odds won the 4th series Reality TV Program Star Academy, despite his failing health and became an overnight success in France but had a shorter career, for he died young with his unusual illness of Cystic Fibrosis in 2007 at the age of 23. Recently it was unbelievably covered by Dimash and from time to time Dimash sung it in memory of his great friend Denis Ten an Olympic figure skater from Kazakhstan who was stabbed after a dispute with people who allegedly tried to steal a mirror from his car in his home city of Almaty. He died of massive blood loss from multiple wounds at the age of 25 in 2018. The song has sad lyrics: “a soul’s plea for help or an earthly being in distress” because it is a human being who is in anguish searching for the absolute. MY THOUGHTS AND OPINION OF THIS SONG (REF CCC): Suffering and death is one of the realities of human life. It is important that we should know the basic truth about it, so that it will not cause us fear and distress in our human life’s , but rather to remind us all of our ultimate destiny as people of faith. For me, there are 3 kinds of suffering we experienced in life: 1st suffering that God allows, 2nd suffering which is the results of our own choices and decisions and 3rd is the suffering which is cause by other people to us. In whatever forms of suffering we are experiencing, know that, if it is discerned well it will gain us eternal merit. Note that, it is not important how much and how long we suffer, or who cause us to suffer, but how is our attitude towards it when it comes into our life…? All of these three can be an opportunity of grace that we will grow in virtue, when we accept it with humility, discernment and faith in God. Our usual human tendency is, if we can, we try to avoid any kind of pain and suffering in our life. However we can’t deny also that life is mixed up of many learning experiences both in joys and in difficulties and I supposed we need it both, because it contributes and helps us mature and grow over time in many aspects of life. Suffering and death may seem contrary to our own human thinking or world’s way of thinking but in it, there’s a certain wisdom which is richer and deeper that no one can fully understand. Suffering reminds us the real fact that we are all fragile human beings; that we are limited and we are not God. Sufferings are human reality and consequences of sin that affects us all. It helps us see the real worth and value of things and meaning in life. It sharpens our awareness that this earth is not our permanent and true home. We should remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth”. Suffering purifies and refines us of any life’s superficiality into an authentic one. Though no one really is actively searching for suffering in his / her life, but honestly truth compels us to admit that sufferings do have a great value in our life and by experiencing it personally in reality, you will never be the same person. But through the original sin that enters human lives, our nature has been wounded, and is now subject to suffering and death. This was not part of God’s original plan, but now is already part of our human lives reality. Death for us is a frightening mystery because we are being stripped off of all our attachments to this world; our body lies corrupt; our immortal soul goes to meet the Lord. We will see the whole truth of our lives, and we will face God’s judgment. Death creates in us a feelings and emotion of fear, separation, sadness and pain. Many times we evade this reality and we try to question and even argue with God why…? But all our efforts failed because whether we like it or not at the end, we all die. Death comes in our life anytime anywhere. No material things, good health, young age can guarantee of its extension. The truth is… in front of death we are all poor and powerless. If this life were the only one we had, death would definitely be the great tragedy. Death is such a peaceful, joyful event in our life, if we die reconciled with God and at peace with others as well. Death is unknown to all of us, therefore, it is best that we should prepare at all times. I am a Dimash "Dear", which is what he calls his fans. He is an amazing young man who has spent his whole life studying and working on his art. He has his Masters in music and is currently working on his PhD. He still practices daily with a coach. This was recorded when he was 23 years old and believe it or not he has gotten better and better. Now at age 26 his vocal range has increased and he has developed the most beautiful lower register. Dimash sings in so many languages that noone can understand them all. When listening to Dimash I prefer to look up the lyrics first and then just listen to the song or listen first and check the lyrics afterwards. DImash is so good at bringing emotion when performing so even if you donæt understand the language you feel the song, reading the lyrics when listening will also take away the attention from his performance and they are worth watching as everything he does is intentional. Dimash is now WORLD FAMOUS. He is never dull and every song is different and he still surprises me after 4 years. I would recommend sticking to Singer 2017 through the 14 songs. You will get to know Dimash. Then watch his first Concert, Bastau. It is incredible. Dimash won concert of the year for this one. He performs in China for awhile then Russia heard him and grabbed on to him for awhile. Now he is focusing on his world tour and has been in London, Paris, and in December of 2019, just before COVID he had his first US Concert in New York at the Barclay Center. there were people there from 60 plus different COUNTRIES and all but 5-7 U.S. states. The USA Fan Club has the statistics. It was my first concert and and we flew in from Arizona to New York. He sings in several languages learning English and Mandarin while he was on the Singer. Dimash is the best vocalist in the world. This is the "I am Singer" contest in China, but not like Voice etc. Only famous, established singers are allowed to participate by invitation. It stands at a high artistic and musical level and lasts 4 months.
Dimash is from Kazakhstan and appeared on the Chinese competition show "Singer" in 2017. Wie gut er singen kann, wie sauber er singen kann, hört man bei S.O.S. beim Tokio Jazz Festival 2020. ich denke bei dieser minimalen Technik, der Akustik dort, würde fast jeder Sänger baden gehen. Ich glaube nicht einmal Mariah Carey würde ihre Songs mit so wenig technischem Aufwand , was die Stimme betrifft, so sauber und perfekt singen. Und über 90% würden da völlig versagen, weil heute die Studiotechnik so weit vorangeschritten ist, das fast jeder sauber singen würde. Live nur live macht sich ein Talent bemerkbar. Selbst da wird heute viel geschummelt. Ich bin aus Italien und zwar an der deutsch sprechenden Minderheit nahe der Schweiz. Hier sollte schon im letzten Jahr ein Science Fiction Film starten Across Endless Dimension so der Titel von Dimash Song auf dem Soundtrack Creator - The Past. Leider hat sich der Start bis Ende 2020 verzögert wegen dem Corona Virus und aktuell ist wieder alles dicht. Dadurch ist er auch in Europa einem breiten Publikum bekannt geworden. Leider ist auch das geplante Konzert angesagt worden. Nun hoffen sehr viele Fans das das im Sommer 2021 hoffentlich nachgeholt werden kann. Dimash ist ein Multitalent, er singt in 12 Sprachen, spielt 8 Instrumente, ist in Asien ein Superstar. All seine Konzerte sind ausverkauft und die Bühne, einem CBS Konzert mindestens gleich. Seine Eltern sind ebenfalls über Kasachstan hinaus bekannte Musiker. Sein Vater begleitet ihn aber seit einiger Zeit immer auf seinen Tourneen. I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength Dimash had invested into it, to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning and imitating. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition.
The discipline, dedication and high ideals in pursuing his career the best he can is worth imitating not only in our individual professional fields but also in living out our day to day life. His hard work for years is indeed bearing good fruits in abundance. And so my heartfelt congratulations to Dimash and his family and all others who supported him all the way through as a musician. For me as a public listener it counts a lot the personal disposition of the artist and the good content and message of its music.
The fact that, he is able to sing his music at maximum or more than 6 octaves with ease and comfort in different languages and in various voices is really amazing. But some others also cannot handle and cannot even believe the power, the strength and the heights of his voice…and they said Ooh… is Dimash human..? Alien..? Etc, I think It’s just a natural reaction that people wonder and be surprise by it or cannot even believed it at all, it’s because it is beyond human expectation.
I believed that Dimash 21 year’s cultivation of his voice and talents is no tricks and no magic at all; though he is gifted by God with grace for music but his years of hard work of practice and experiences proved it to us and to the world … that indeed it is possible. My other concern whenever I listen to music is that, I usually ask: WHAT MESSAGE THIS MUSIC BRINGS ..? TO THE WORLD..? TO PEOPLE..?
Although Dimash music are very good, full of content and meaning but I like most this music, because for me it speaks a message of truth, values and realities of human life. I feel that, it is not just enough to give my thumbs up to like this music, but I’m deeply moved to share something more about the richness and deeper meaning of it.
With due respect to the composers, writers and singers of these music for whatever their purpose and intention would be, will always take precedence. The thoughts that I will be sharing below is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me. I like this music because it reminds me the Truth, Realities and Precariousness of Human Life particularly Suffering and Death)
SONG FACTS: The song is from French Rock Opera called Starmania. Originally it was sung by Daniel Balavoine who had a sudden death in a helicopter accident in 1986, who is known of his beautiful voice. Later, it was covered by Gregory Lemarchal, a young French singer who inspired Dimash to sing “SOS d'un terrien en detresse” who at all odds won the 4th series Reality TV Program Star Academy, despite his failing health and became an overnight success in France but had a shorter career, for he died young with his unusual illness of Cystic Fibrosis in 2007 at the age of 23.
Recently it was unbelievably covered by Dimash and from time to time Dimash sung it in memory of his great friend Denis Ten an Olympic figure skater from Kazakhstan who was stabbed after a dispute with people who allegedly tried to steal a mirror from his car in his home city of Almaty. He died of massive blood loss from multiple wounds at the age of 25 in 2018. The song has sad lyrics: “a soul’s plea for help or an earthly being in distress” because it is a human being who is in anguish searching for the absolute.
MY THOUGHTS AND OPINION OF THIS SONG (REF CCC): Suffering and death is one of the realities of human life. It is important that we should know the basic truth about it, so that it will not cause us fear and distress in our human life’s , but rather to remind us all of our ultimate destiny as people of faith. For me, there are 3 kinds of suffering we experienced in life:
1st suffering that God allows, 2nd suffering which is the results of our own choices and decisions and 3rd is the suffering which is cause by other people to us. In whatever forms of suffering we are experiencing, know that, if it is discerned well it will gain us eternal merit. Note that, it is not important how much and how long we suffer, or who cause us to suffer, but how is our attitude towards it when it comes into our life…? All of these three can be an opportunity of grace that we will grow in virtue, when we accept it with humility, discernment and faith in God.
Our usual human tendency is, if we can, we try to avoid any kind of pain and suffering in our life. However we can’t deny also that life is mixed up of many learning experiences both in joys and in difficulties and I supposed we need it both, because it contributes and helps us mature and grow over time in many aspects of life. Suffering and death may seem contrary to our own human thinking or world’s way of thinking but in it, there’s a certain wisdom which is richer and deeper that no one can fully understand.
Suffering reminds us the real fact that we are all fragile human beings; that we are limited and we are not God. Sufferings are human reality and consequences of sin that affects us all. It helps us see the real worth and value of things and meaning in life. It sharpens our awareness that this earth is not our permanent and true home. We should remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth”.
Suffering purifies and refines us of any life’s superficiality into an authentic one. Though no one really is actively searching for suffering in his / her life, but honestly truth compels us to admit that sufferings do have a great value in our life and by experiencing it personally in reality, you will never be the same person. But through the original sin that enters human lives, our nature has been wounded, and is now subject to suffering and death.
This was not part of God’s original plan, but now is already part of our human lives reality. Death for us is a frightening mystery because we are being stripped off of all our attachments to this world; our body lies corrupt; our immortal soul goes to meet the Lord. We will see the whole truth of our lives, and we will face God’s judgment. Death creates in us a feelings and emotion of fear, separation, sadness and pain.
Many times we evade this reality and we try to question and even argue with God why…? But all our efforts failed because whether we like it or not at the end, we all die. Death comes in our life anytime anywhere. No material things, good health, young age can guarantee of its extension. The truth is… in front of death we are all poor and powerless.
If this life were the only one we had, death would definitely be the great tragedy. Death is such a peaceful, joyful event in our life, if we die reconciled with God and at peace with others as well. Death is unknown to all of us, therefore, it is best that we should prepare at all times.

Consider you are an American watching a Kazakh kid sing in French at the Chinese Singer competition. He brings the world together. He was invited as a wild card and became famous in China overnight after this first performance.
Since then he has sold out performances all over the world, including the Barclays Center in NYC in Dec 2019.

Dimash is the best singer in the world!!! 6 octave range, can sing in many languages, great stage presence, humble, patirotic , generous . You can watch any of his music and be blown away. He has studied music since age 5 and currently working on his doctorate!!
I am a Dimash "Dear", which is what he calls his fans. He is an amazing young man who has spent his whole life studying and working on his art. He has his Masters in music and is currently working on his PhD. He still practices daily with a coach. This was recorded when he was 23 years old and believe it or not he has gotten better and better. Now at age 26 his vocal range has increased and he has developed the most beautiful lower register. I look forward to your journey should you decide to continue following Dimash.

The show is a 12 week contest for mid-career professionals, typically very savvy with established deep fan bases. Dimash was brought in as a wild card after he performed for the Chinese president at a Kazakhstan diplomatic event. He'd already won quite a few international contests but wasn't known in China. It was 2017, and Dimash was 22 - the youngest performer they'd ever had on the program. (That year the others ranged from 30- 60-ish, and the ultimate winner was Sandy Lam, a 52 yr old national treasure.) They expected the audience to vote him off after the second performance. Instead, Dimash opened with SOS, won the vote for that episode and the track went viral overnight with millions of views. He literally woke up the next morning a Chinese superstar, complete with body guards. He sings EVERYTHING. Loves rock, trained in both opera and contemporary. (Has a lush, resonate deep voice). Every song you listen to will surprise you for a long time... so much talent, so many different skills that only show up now and then. Oh... his range? Can't be contained by a grand piano. His highest notes are past the end of the keys...
