I wash my hair every 10 days and pre-poo with the aloe juice from the actual plant I deep condition every time and leave in conditioner I do not moisturize daily, but I do oil my ends 3+ times a week (the key is keeping your ends from drying out) I keep my regemine simple and this has been working for me at least 4 months now. Also, taking care of 4C hair is not a one size fit all. It depends on what works for you.
I agree. When I first cut my hair I wore it out & it was full and grew faaaaaast. Now I’m always styling it and she looks so tired 😩😂 But I’m starting over and she looks great
I’m on my natural hair this year thanks for the tips very important information 👍🥰every product that was shown.I have in my stash for the my hair journey too much protein from strengthening products which cause serious damage and had to get a complete short cut. But gonna do better this time around that’s ❤😢 15:26
I think if you’re really trying to grow your hair out, you shouldn’t but you have to (busy life) than absolutely deep condition and maintain daily to keep length retention and keep it moisturized!
Hey beautiful thank you so much for this video ❤ my favorite growth hack during these cold months is the greenhouse method where you wear a shower cap under your bonnet to bed it acts as sort of a steam treatment. I just combed out my locs not too long ago and I had no idea how to care for my hair now that it's loose again and on top of that I'm having a baby soon which will make me a mom of a 8 year old and a newborn aka busy af lol last time I had a new baby I ended up neglecting my hair and I paid for it dearly I really want to grow my hair out any suggestions on keeping my hair healthy with a busy lifestyle? Ty ❤❤❤
@@moonhoneymami i have a busy life as well so I would definitely dedicate one night or day to do daily maintenance OR 1. Protective Styles: Opt for low-maintenance protective styles like twists, braids, or wigs to save time while keeping your hair healthy and moisturized. 2. Simplified Wash Day: Stick to a consistent, streamlined routine with a moisturizing shampoo, deep conditioner, and leave-in to keep your hair hydrated without taking up your whole day.
@KMILAN thank you so much! So my wash day is super simple I reverse wash with a moisturizing DC (Leche de cabra) to help detangle rinse then wash with black soap x2 and then deep condition with a protein/moisture balanced deep conditioner (emergencia) then I add my leave in/heat protector, blow dry my hair so I don't have to deal with SSK's I used to not blow dry but the knots led me to cut a lot of hair off. I twist my hair with whipped shea butter in chunky twists and that's all for the next 2 weeks. Does that regimen sound promising for retaining length? 💕
Let me know if yall want more hair videos like this! Any recommendations? Love you! 💕

@@moonhoneymami try not to blow dry too much! Your hair will break off less but that sounds perfect!
