Awesome video! My question is why some females dont have the saddle, and are not barried either? I just bought 10 orange shrimps, Im pretty sure many of them are female but none of them have a saddle. They are large. I guess I need to just wait and see.

Hi Linda. Depending on the age and colour. If very datk orange where you cant see internally look at the belly bend rather. If they are still young you will have to wait a while also.
