This is how my grandmother prepared breakfast for me as a child! 2 favorite sandwich recipes!
Ingredients:
Recipe 1:
Baguette
Sausage 100 g
Two tablespoons of ketchup
One tablespoon of mayonnaise
One tablespoon of mustard
170 g cheese
Mozzarella
Tomato
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of tomato pesto sauce
Dill
Chives
Salt, black pepper, oregano
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes
Recipe 2:
One slice of bread
120 g salami sausage
One large mushroom or several small ones
Tomato
Red onion
150 g mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Garlic
Olives
Oregano
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes
