I happen to be a Parkinson's specialist who practices functional medicine and nutrition. I am a licensed occupational therapist and had a successful private practice in Washington state that I was forced to close for mot complying with the Jab mandate October 15, 2021. My patients stay in contact and I have returned to being an employee of a broken healthcare system to sustain myself but I take every opportunity to teach patients who are willing to change their diet. Here are a few gems: •Eliminate all grains (even oatmeal) and starches; •replace sugar with Stevia, monkfruit, erythritol (Swerve brand), allulose, xylitol. Do not believe that honey, molasses, and pure maple sugar or raw sugar are healthy replacement; •Eliminate ALL dairy except for grass-fed ghee for cooking; •stop snacking! Try intermittent fasting for 1 healthy meal a day; •eat healthy fats such as avocado, olive, and coconut oil, supplement with MCT C8 oil on your salad, or drizzle over food; •MAKE YOUR OWN DOPAMINE by doing cardio/aerobic exercise for 15 minutes, 15 minutes prior to your scheduled medication (dopamine agonist meds) or at the first sign of meds wearing OFF. the more you do this, you will push back the OFF symptoms, hopefully to the point of not needing frequent doses but you need to let your MD know you are not experiencing the OFF symptoms as often as before so she/he will officially lower your frequency. *beware of doctors who do not want to adjust your neds because usually, their end game is brain surgery for DBS implants, which is where they make their big money! •esrablish a healthy sleep/wake schedule and schedule daily activities such as stretching, weight training, balance, and movement classes such as LSVT-BIG and LOUD. Feldenkreis is a great complimentary treatment; • Stay hydrated throughout the day. •If comstipated or have night time anxiety, take magnesium citrate in powder (Natural Calm available at Costco) every night. Give it time to work, cut back if stools are watery; • if you are low of energy, take 300 MG of Ubiquinol at the first slump of the day and take again if needed before 4pm but do jot take if you are on blood thinners. I love Barbara! She inadvertently saved my husband’s life. He was slowly deteriorating in his health and we couldn’t find the source of the problem until I watched one of her presentations. Wheat! Thank you so much for your wonderful ministry and may God continue to bless you in it ❤

Over a 5yr period we noticed that he was experiencing widespread pain, which he said was like a burning sensation in his limbs. He lost muscle mass in his limbs, couldn’t sleep at night because of the pain and had frequent falls, resulting in him having to use a cane. Drs couldn’t find the cause and he was diagnosed with ANCA vasculitis with granulomatosis polyneuritis and even underwent chemotherapy “to put it into remission” this didn’t work. We went completely plant based. No processed foods. My health (which was good) got even better but my husband was still in pain. We watched Barbara’s post about wheat and he immediately stopped eating bread. The result was truly amazing. He was on 8 different medications. He’s now off them all. He’s pain free and walks without aid. I have my husband back and I’m truly grateful for this miracle. Food is medicine! 🥗

Just because a person writes a book using two words does it mean that those two words out of their title can never be used perhaps Barbara picked up on this when reading the book and felt it was a good message? Following a vehicle accident, they wanted me to do a physical assessment. The doctor asked me to get off the cot without any railings. I felt sonething on my right side. I fell in the shower and it got more painful. I have a buldge on my roght side, below the breast. What can I do?

I love Barbara and her videos are the best things I've listened to in a while! As far as faith, its so important, I'm a Roman Catholic and proud of my faith and its teachings, but in my own life I have experienced that loved ones who pass don't stay in the ground. The transition of the soul to Heaven or the other side is immediate. The soul begins its eternal journey immediately with more lessons to learn, a job to do and eternal life with God and Jesus. Thats why it's so important to be on the right side of things and lead a clean life.

her remedies are proven and tested for me! i have this Ra problem since i was in my teenage years when it recurs it took 2 weeks or more before the swelling and pain goes away for i am nit taking any meds but when i tried her ginger poultice i just add castor oil to push the effect more deeper only two time i applied the poultice and its gone it havent recurred yet

She has so much great information! Wild yam has been so amazing for me! Pharmaceuticals are made to keep people sick, I still take them because I need them because I’m chronically ill but use a lot of supplements, meditation, and diet to avoid surgery and biologics from this awful disease.
I’m in the same boat. I do every thing to be healthy but I have chronic pain and feel like the pharmaceuticals are preventing me from being healthy but don’t know how to get off of them.

Yes, my husband and I have watched lots of her lectures on RUclips and learned so much. He started showing me things on FB advertising products that made it look as if she was making them. We discussed it and decided not to buy anything since we had never heard Her mention anything but natural food and water.

Following a vehicle accident, they wanted me to do a physical assessment. The doctor asked me to get off the cot without any railings. I felt sonething on my right side. I fell in the shower and it got more painful. I have a buldge on my roght side, below the breast. What can I do?

I love Barbara and her videos are the best things I've listened to in a while! As far as faith, its so important, I'm a Roman Catholic and proud of my faith and its teachings, but in my own life I have experienced that loved ones who pass don't stay in the ground. The transition of the soul to Heaven or the other side is immediate. The soul begins its eternal journey immediately with more lessons to learn, a job to do and eternal life with God and Jesus. Thats why it's so important to be on the right side of things and lead a clean life.

her remedies are proven and tested for me! i have this Ra problem since i was in my teenage years when it recurs it took 2 weeks or more before the swelling and pain goes away for i am nit taking any meds but when i tried her ginger poultice i just add castor oil to push the effect more deeper only two time i applied the poultice and its gone it havent recurred yet

She has so much great information! Wild yam has been so amazing for me! Pharmaceuticals are made to keep people sick, I still take them because I need them because I’m chronically ill but use a lot of supplements, meditation, and diet to avoid surgery and biologics from this awful disease.
I’m in the same boat. I do every thing to be healthy but I have chronic pain and feel like the pharmaceuticals are preventing me from being healthy but don’t know how to get off of them.
