These are the best tutorials, Stan! I love how they get right to the point. Most drawing tutorials on RUclips are like 20 mins of unedited BS.

I started watching your videos from your 'draw the head from any angle' I rewatched them so many times till I could do it without the need of your video and I progress through each of them. I am finally able to sketch/draw a head from any angle, front view and now side view. onto extreme angles!
you make it so much fun to learn how to draw better, I've learnt so much within these 7 months of being serious about getting better. thank you :)

The first one is the oldest. So it has had time to gain more views. Same as the second.
Can you NOT figure that out? Do you think a video just gets all it’s views at once?

Before stumbling upon your videos, I felt like no one could teach me a thing about art. I excelled in every art class I ever took, but it was just because of what I taught myself. Nothing ever presented improved my ability to translate anything I saw to paper. The part where I lacked the most was ability to draw something I couldn't see. Proportion and anatomical accuracy was my biggest obstacle. You have taught me so much when it comes to drawing my favorite subject, people. I honestly cant thank you enough. I cant believe this is free, I will me suggesting these videos to my old art teachers and professors.

I read this comment and it legitimately made me feel like i was reading my own mind.
How good are you at drawing anatomy and proportions, six years later, if you dont mind me asking? I'm stuck in exactly the same boat and wondering what i can possibly do to improve. Even the beginners in my art class have better proportions than me, even though i can shade hyper-realistically.

This is the best tuition in drawing I have ever seen! It does actually show you how to do it, most books etc just shows someone drawing with no explanation of how it's done. Well done Stan!

Life drawing in college was great and all, but I have learned more from your first 3 videos about facial proportions than I did in all of those classes. There is probably a bit of growing up I have done in that time to be able to absorb the material taught better, but the presentation here and simplification is by far amazing.
I love these tutorials for this and greatly appreciate they were made, no matter how old they may be. Thank you!

You're officially my favorite person on RUclips! I have been working on learning to "draw" for a while but have had to trace a lot of the main structure of the head/faces. I have been watching tons of videos trying to find one that really breaks it down enough for a beginner to easily follow. You are the first I've been able to follow and have it actually look like what you have drawn! Well done! Thanks so much!
