GG Well played . . . Perfect Macro for Platinum by having Max supply at the 11min mark 👍 Though it got maxed fast because it was Mostly Mech. Having a lot of Helions against RoachHydra is actually a bad call, Tanks would have been better. But fortunately he wasn't lying for being a noob, Not using those Biles properly was his mistake 😊. Tip: "Standard BioMech" For reference this the common way to use BioMech: 1. [1-1-1] Harass: using the 1st 3-bldgs (1Rax-1Factory-1Starport) to get that Harassment Units. Any composition that involves with Helions. Limit to only approximately 8-helions 2. First Push: Using that Harassment Units to DistractEnemy or Defend, NonStop Pumping Tanks and use the Extra Money Pump Buffers (Bio). Push if U have a lots tanks or at Max Supply 3. [5-3-1] NonStop Production: During the Pushes at 5Rax-3Factory-1Starport, NonStop Pumping Tanks. As U Notice Your Minerals is overflowing (like whats happening in this video), it because Mech depends more on Gas. Use those extra minerals to Pump More Bio & Expansions (for players who wants to transition to mech its hellbats)😊
Dude, firstly, thanks for the kind words. I think my best time for maxing out is like 10:38, but I have been working at getting my average down for sure. And I love how every comment you give me some solid advice and options. I really appreciate that man. I know I suck at using the advice sometimes and I learn really slow, but I wanted to make sure you knew I valued it 👍
GG 😊 Now for what you didn't do in this game. Besides not switching back your factory to start tank production once you saw the Roach Warren: 1. Did not research Blue Flame for extra Hellion/Hellbat damage 2. Did not research Drilling Claws for faster mine burrowing AND invisble mines while reloading 3. Did not transform Hellions at frontline into Hellbats once Armory was done. 4. Where's that early bunker in the wall? 😝 Other than that, GG. 😊
Thanks Jan. Didn’t even think about blue flame 😂 Literally first time I’ve ever heard about drilling claws too. Yeah I don’t know if I would have transformed the helions in all honesty. But then again what do I know right now
Might not have mattered in this game but your composition was far from perfect. Having more unit variety doesn't always mean a stronger army. In the beginning, you scouted a fairly early roach warren with your reaper and even said to yourself that it's probably going to be roach ravager. If that's the info you acquired with your scouting, then your composition should follow in that direction. Hellions + mines are great against lings/banes but not against roach ravager. Against a roach ravager type army, you'd want tanks as the main factory unit instead.
Yeah totally man. I can’t remember if it was the next fame scheudled or the one before, but I got the double factory, one with tech lab, to bang out those tanks
@@VoidspacealphaI agree completely on his comment, but I'd like to add a few tips: It's seems BioMech is what your going for (emphasis on more Mech). So the better production should be 5-3-1 (5Rax-3Factory-1Starport). That style is more like a Semi-Mech slow but powerful (Less powerful than Mech). But the focus is more on mech Bio is just to buff the army (Like Protoss Ball). Your focus should whether you should get more Tanks or more HellBats or more Thors. This style will eventually transition you into Mech, which is the better choice for you're near to Lategame at this point. But it can also enable you to Transition back into pure Bio and win with pure aggression, however Not advisable due to enemy is already preparing for Lategame at this stage

Could have poked in and out with the hellions, just to test what defenses you are against.
Yeah fair point. I didn’t really use their mobility to scout, just to kite.

Didn’t even know biotech was a thing. Going to read up on it now.
