Wow! Wow! Wow! This is MIND-BOGGLING!!! I know these are two different people, but when they played that Liszt duet, they became one person with four hands!!! My jaw dropped right after it started, and stayed that way till the end. What a stunning, dazzling performance!!! Everything in this concert was a supreme pleasure to see and hear! I enjoy the comments and chat almost as much as the music. It was fun to hear that Jonathan and Tom received their very fine haircuts from their own mother, right in the garden! What a beautiful garden too, and it is a pleasure to see parts of it during the slower, dreamy pieces. Tom's animations are so clever, whimsical and charming, that I definitely want to see more! I am a new subscriber, now catching up with past concerts, and didn't see this until today, Feb. 26, 2021. I can't believe I was unaware of the Scott Brothers until recently! So glad I have found them! Thank you, Jonathan and Tom, for generously sharing your music with the world via RUclips!
I planned to listen to your performance while reading a book, but it was far too fascinating to take my eyes off the screen. That animation was awesome. Thanks for sharing your passion with the world!!
WONDERFUL! ABSOLUTELY! YOU INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG MUSICIANS TO TRANSPOSE THE LIMITS OF READ-AND-PLAY CULTURE STABLISHED ON CLASSICAL CONTEXT. TALENT AND SENSIBILITY ON REARRANGEMENTS AND ADAPTATIONS. ROBERTO OVALLE, RIO DE JANEIRO, BRASIL
Wonderful Home Concert! It's great to see two such kind brothers performing together! Tom, congratulations on your animation (I love animations), Jonathan you are very good at explaining! Everything is wonderful! Thank you for everything!
I listen to the at home concerts every day and they help me during this traumatic time. Thanks to both of you. How blessed you are with such enormous talent. I can just imagine how proud your parents are of both of you. You both are a musical gift to the world, especially at this time! Bellmore, NY USA
You compose, transpose and brilliantly perform great music, animate and film concerts with excellent sound quality, you grow beautiful flowers, which makes me wonder--do you both cook, sew, make furniture, write computer programs, teach? It seems that there is no limit to your talents! Thanks so much for sharing your talents with our troubled world. It means so much to so many and we are totally indebted to you both for the hours of enjoyment that you are providing for so many! God bless you both!
I haven't laughed in a long time; however, watching the trolls and listening to the charming music made me laugh. Thank you, Tom, I needed that. Bellmore, NY USA
I can not believe that i am listening in South Australia only a few hours after your concert. How things have changed in only a few short weeks. Not only is your mum a good barber but not a bad gardener. Loved the trolls too. Look forward to concert No 3. God bless your God given talents.
Even by your standards this was exceptional. The Schubert should be released as a single - simply sublime - I'm definitely learning that myself now! The Liszt was impeccable and the co-ordination between the two of you far too natural to have been taught. Looking forward to whatever's next - not sure I want lock down to end now!
Oooh I would like these to continue after lockdown. Wonderful music and a great variety, the garden looks stunning. Thanks for this and for thinking of us all. God bless you both, take care and stay safe.
Thank you so much for the gift of this youtube. It was wonderful to see your home and garden, to hear about your haircuts - thank you for the humour you have brought to your program as well as your many skills and talents which you share so generously with the rest of the world. Wishing you every blessing from Australia!
A M A Z I N G ! ! ! Are there no ends to your guys talents? Virtuoso organ/harmonium and piano playing, skillful and sympathetic arrangements, wonderful photography/filming/editing and now animations??? You are the Corona gift that keeps on giving! Thanks so much
That was FABULOUS! Loved every piece, the Ave Maria had me in tears and the finale, Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody was magnificent! What a gift! Thank you Jonathan and Tom 💝
Oh boys, that's the best one yet. Loved the garden, laughed hilariously at the cartoon and well done Mum, the haircuts are Brill. Thank you so very much. Can't wait for the next one.
I listen to your performances for hours. During this Pandemic, your amazing virtuosity has helped me deal with it. What incredible talent! PLEASE, after the Pandemic is over, schedule a concert in the USA. I guarantee it will be sold out in days! Gina Dodds, Bellmore, NY USA
A while back, I was lucky enough to travel to Norway with my mom and step-father. He was born in Bergen, and was a big fan of Grieg. So, we took a trip out to Edvards' home. I can still remember walking up the lane to that lovely place. I did notice though, that the vegetation along that lane, covering the rocks as it did, reminded me of trolls, and esp. at night. So, if they don't exist, I think they live in the imaginations of all who travel there. You two are the greatest! Goodby from Michigan(US).x
Regards from Guadalajara, Jalisco, MEXICO..... Absolutely Fantastic, I really enjoy all your interpretations and Concerts, The Scott Brothers Due is just Incredible, performed with such master.... Congratulations both of you.
I look forward to every home concert. You have helped me through the pandemic and I am always amazed by the amazing talent of both of you. Your parents must be on "Cloud 9" having two such amazing musicians!!! Bellmore, NY USA
Having Chronic Renal Failure I've been shielding inside alone for 8 weeks now; there's nothing like a Scott brothers concert to keep me sane and to lift my spirits. I'm very much grateful, thanks guys. :)
Locked down and locked IN just to enjoy every minute of this wonderful music from these two truly dedicated and brilliant. And after lockdown whether in blighty or as an expat here in Spain or any other part of the globe surely Jonathan and Tom know how much they would be missed if they abandon us. Many many thanks to you both.
Just found you guys. Absolutely stunning. I'm a pianist/organist and truly appreciate all the time and talent to present such a marvelous concert. Very nice animations and garden photos as well. Listening at work from Michigan. Stay well!
Thanks a lot! Lovely combi of piano and harmonium playing!I love your rendition of Meditation(Ave Maria) by Gounod (to singing along). And this 🔥Hungarian Rhapsody💥! And new animation! Thank you Jonathan and Tom !!! And .....we're looking forward to your next 'Home Concert'.
Always look forward to their concerts! Let's see if we can get them to do the 4 hands Schubert Fantasia in F minor (a truly great piece of music -- and perfectly suited to these two talented siblings!)
What an amazing program! So much fun hearing what the harmonium can do and how it works, and seeing the world premiere of the troll animation. And so on.
I omitted to say that apart from the wonderful music I never cease to wonder at the imagination of people. The Trolltog animation is sublime Tom and your commentaries unequalled.
What a wonderful birthday present you have given me! Many thanks. I will send a link to my daughter whose children will love the animation. Superb playing as always.
Thank you for another great concert. Schubert: beautiful, simply beautiful. I am the spinning blue troll because it is finally warm! Well done, Tom, perfect interpretation of the music! Lupines. Lupines! And a Manchester bee 🐝 all for reflection during Meditations. And during the Liszt, I was drawn to watching your fingers in the piano's reflection. All so enjoyable! 👏👏💖💖🎹🎶
So enjoyed this concert. I just found you, now I am a subscriber. What a great production, with videos and all. The garden flowers were the perfect touch for Ave Maria. You are both such find musicians. I'll be back. Thank you.

Yet ANOTHER triumph for you guys!! Exquisite tiny rubatos in the Ave (and loved the garden shots). Couldn't remain seated during the Liszt - had to get up and dance around. Are the instruments mic-ed separately? Might have preferred one notch more on the organ. Do you fellows have a PayPal account or the equivalent? You certainly deserve a big tip for these events. They do have a new "Support Us" page on their website for PayPal (seems people were asking about digital tickets), so, if CDs are not an option for whatever reason, then you can always donate through that!
I REALLY enjoyed your concert! What talent you both have and are so willing to share it with the world. Thank you so much! Jonathan, I would like to see what you can do with a Johannus Live III (as I have one myself and it's a blessing). Indeed, you should have one in your home for the next pandemic! Cheers...
