I used Verina and Yangyang to pair with X.Yao, they actually feel better to play than using Jianxin (I love both Jianxin and Yangyang, but using Jianxin is just too hard)
i use changli for my yao in a quickswap team. really fun. i wanna get yinlin but a birdie says jihnsi is right around the corner, and i wanna secure the big shot DPS first. besides, yao can manage with changli
i do it with yao, yangyang and baizhi back then for my overdrive hahahaha.. try it like 10 time with a lot of strategy changing. now i got yinlin.. my life is ease

I've been trying many times and it's though clean in 6 minutes 4 waves of level 100 echoes. I used abbys surges and Yinlin with her sig and Verina with variation
Iirc double element bonus is always the right answer, even with sig. But swapping out one for attack is probably only 1-3% drop in DMG, so if your attack% echo has better substats, go for it
