What’s the 7/23?
@@unknowngames4424 the channel Hersheypark Enthusiast will reveal something on 7/23.
great ranking eric hershey park looks like a fun park i wish i went there for my pa trip instead of dorney park cause i just liked two coasters there but if ya go to it and make a ranking no worrys if ya get to some i dont agree on though only coasters i liked at dorney were talon and steel force hershey i gotta get to
I agree with this I haven’t been
Great Ranking My Friend! And it was awesome hanging out with you for a bit when you were there!
Thanks! It was really cool to meet you in person.
This is hilarious timing since I’m going today
Perfect. Hope you get on everything.
Samee
Same I have a season pass
Overall great video. I expected more controversy than that. Honestly number one and number two are switched for me. for me storm runner is the best roller coaster for the sake of thrill and satisfaction all at once and it never gets old.Candymonium I do agree it is the most fun.
Thanks. I’m glad it was less controversial than you expected.
nice list I adore Fahrenheit as i rode it the first year it opened and loved the unique intense layout! also Twister is my favorite ride at Knoebels
Awesome!
I’m disappointed that no one ranks Fahrenheit super high. It was my favorite. My top 5 is Fahrenheit, Candymonium, Great Bear, Skyrush(reason I have it here is that it was very smooth but not as intense as I was hoping), Storm runner(reason it is here is that it was a little rough for me). That could change if I come back here again. Which I hope I will.
Fahrenheit is awesome.
When I went as an enthusiast a lot of the coasters were closed sadly, so I can't rank all of them, but my current favorite is Candymonium.
Candy rocks
@@ThemeParkAvenue It's my third favorite coaster overall.
Sure candymoanium is good, but it is the fourth best hyper in Pennsylvania (out of 4)
My ranking for the pa hypers go no.1 phantom no. 2 skyrush no.3 steel curtain no.4 candymonium
@@Kennywood_Fanatic Phantom does look to be the better ride. I haven't been on it.
Nice rankings. I hope to get here in a few years.
It is a great park.
Great video! I hope you get to 4 K subs soon!
Thanks! It could happen soon.
@@ThemeParkAvenue You're welcome! Hopefully!
Rode everything when coming from the UK apart from great bear and candymonium as it wasn’t built. Fahrenheit is one of the most underrated coasters ever imo
Fahrenheit is indeed underrated.
I agree with this list although I couldn’t go on storm runner because I didn’t have time when I went there earlier this month, for skyrush when I went the restraints really hurt my legs and thighs even though it was really fast. Also completely agree with candymonium me and my friends went at 1pm and there was almost no line. We got the first row and it was awesome.
Candymonium is a great ride and I'm glad I caught it at a quiet time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Np
Hershey is my home park I’ve been going here since I was 1 and how I’m 14 that’s 13 years
I enjoy how Airtime Thrills calls Sky Rush as Thigh Crush! Hahaha
It’s a funny name and sadly fits for me.
@@ThemeParkAvenue I definitely need to go to Hershey Park one of these days!
I agree with everything but 1, 3, and 4
Nice.
Honestly the restraints on Skyrush didn't really bother me until I was on the brake run, and even then it wasn't unbearable. I also didn't mind the short ride time, because every element delivered, and it felt like there was no filler track at all.
Here's my ranking ( I couldn't ride Storm Runner, because I went in 2020.)
1. Skyrush
2. Candymonium
3. Fahrenheit
4. Great Bear
5. Wild Mouse
6. Laff Track
7. Comet
8. Lightning Racer
9. Trailblazer
10. Wildcat
11. Sidewinder
Good ranking, though I’m intrigued by the Wild Mouse ranking.
@@ThemeParkAvenue I didn't find the ride uncomfortable or painful at all. Plus the hills and drops in the second half gave me some janky airtime that was kinda fun.
Super dooper looper: am I a joke to you?
@@WaterIsCooI That ride was also closed when I went. I forgot to mention that.
@@TB_2006 oh ok
The top 4 is so good!! I agree but I think i would swap candymonium and storm runner.
That’s fair, both are pretty great.
I think candymonium is also my favorite. It’s just fun and enjoyable even though it’s not as scary. I think the restraints on sky rush are an issue for a lot of people.
Absolutely. It is such a blast and I’m glad there are others who really enjoy it.
I rode skyrush like 6 times, i used to hate the lap restraints but they provide so much freedom
@@ThemeParkAvenue Candymonium is my second favorite but its a great ride that pulls decent forces but my favorite is Wildcats Revenge
@@mythicgamingmk1105 I’d love to get on Wildcat’s Revenge.
I was mistaken for a Cedar Point employee at CoasterMania. But I quickly cleared the whole thing up.
Fahrenheit is my favorite. The first drop is so simple yet so unique.
Nice choice.
Just got back from Hershey Park last week (My first visit was before Super Dooper Looper was buillt) The RMC remake of Wildcat is definitely an improvement, although a bit shorter than Iron Gwazi and a lot shorter than Steel Vengeance. It's well paced, fun, and that 2 seconds of up side down air time is a blast! So move it up above lightning racer. (IMHO).
Also Skyrush is less about the restraints than the design, the lift hill is like 200 ft and the rest of the ride is maximum 100 feet. The "air time" is typically be something like 0G to -1G, the pops seem much greater than -2G, forcing thighs up into the restraints make them uncomfortable. Lowering the lift hill to 150 feet, or putting in a nice soft 150 ft air time hill and a bit of loss of speed 'could' make the ride spectacular. Over the shoulder restraints may solve the issue with the least amount of cost (those nice soft one like on Gatekeeper at cedar point.)
Hershey Park has always had a great mix of rides, from kiddy to those crazy roller coaster. That continuous mix from those first year of tentative steps, through years of increased adventure!
And don't knock trailblazer, it's the only coaster I ever road with my mother who didn't like coasters!
Also remember that Comet was designed long before computers... that design was all in the creators mind and is still a great wooden coaster!
Glad you can enjoy Trailblazer and I hope to ride Wildcat’s Revenge someday.
Candy minimum was fun, but I wouldn’t say it’s better than sky rush, I haven’t been on many roller coasters here yet and hopefully I get the chance to go on storm runner next week… Fahrenheit was amazing… I’m sure storm runner will make candymonium num 4 in my list
I hope you enjoy Storm Runner.
I only rode Laff Trakk once and it was during ERT in the pitch black and it was super creepy hearing clown laughing in the pitch black 😂
I imagine it would be
I'm really starting to wonder why people say that all the rough rides aren't that bad, and all the smooth rides are rough.
It’s all personal preference and experience. Which rides were you surprised I found rough?
@@ThemeParkAvenue it certainly is personal preference. When I rode trailblazer last year, I thought it was pretty smooth. I am glad to see someone who appreciates Fahrenheit as much as I do, though. I can't stand the roughness on wildcat, but maybe it's something that grows on you. Rip wildcat lol
@@KeatonKnippel RIP Wildcat indeed.
Wild cat is smooth and lightning racer is rough
I'm in no position to tell other people that they aren't experiencing what they say they experience. That said, when I disagree about the roughness or discomfort of a ride I can usually at least understand where people are coming from if we disagree. But I'll be honest, the first time I rode Skyrush I was very nervous that it would be uncomfortable but I was very pleasantly surprised. I can't tell you or anyone that Skyrush is comfortable if you find it uncomfortable. But I genuinely have not found even a hint of discomfort from the restraints. I don't know if it is related to my particular build or what's going on but I find it to be very comfortable. I'm an adult with kids and my 9 year old daughter felt the same way. Maybe I'm must lucky or something.
I'm not sure what it is, but the airtime really did hurt my thighs. I know that is not the case for everybody, and I really wanted to come off loving the restraints, but I didn't.
4. Fahrenheit
3. Candymonium
2. Storm Runner
1. Skyrush
Yes I'm an intamin fanboy 😂
That’s a fair list and probably the one I expected to have going in.
14 cocoa
13 laff
12 trailblazer
11 wild mouse
10 sdl
9 lightening racer
8 jolly rancher
7 wildcat
6 comet
5 candy
4 great bear
3 fahrenheit
2 storm runner
1 Skyrush
Nice to see another person give Wildcat a decent ranking.
@@ThemeParkAvenue it honestly has never bothered me much, i wish they woulda just did some titan track and re profiling in some areas to give a few more air time pops and rmc lightening racer, lightening had more potential I think as an rmc too
personally for me skyrush is 14th I cant handle how painful the airtime is. I have been on some very rough coasters and i like rough but skyrush isnt rough its purely painful
I totally get that and some of my family would agree.
Im not even mad about skyrush but Im mad about two things..
1. Great bear did worse than fahrenheit😔
2. Also you called it ursa minor😭😭😭 that was a hit in the heart
Jokes aside though Im glad you got to go to hersheypark this summer! And something i found out about skyrush is that you need to ride it at least 5 times to actually like it. Of course people don't do that because they do one ride and hate it.
Interesting. I got 3 rides and while they were different, I didn’t think the later ones were better. Honestly I kind of thought the opposite.
Also, the Ursa Minor joke was too good to pass up.
@@ThemeParkAvenue I know🤣🤣
I actually AGREE with Theme Park Avenue, but I may be even less of a fan than him.🙁
Skyrush at number 4 is already absurd, but putting Fahrenheit above it is just bizarre. In my opinion, Fahrenheit is rougher than wildcat. I actually enjoyed wildcat, and Fahrenheit is one of the roughest coasters I've been on. Fahrenheit isn't even top 5 in the park imo.
Fahrenheit has the drop and airtime hill. The ride is kinda stupid otherwise, and has a terrible rattle, and the layout is pretty bad imo. I have an extreme tolerance for roughness, so I don't know what happened with fahrenheit. Maybe I just got unlucky lol. I really just can't get over Skyrush at number 4
Even though I disagree, I love hearing your videos and your unpopular opinion. Love the vids bro!
Thanks! I respect your views, though I’m surprised to hear you found Fahrenheit rough. That just wasn’t the case for me and I don’t hear anybody call it rough.
I understand your sentiment on Skyrush's restraints, but Magnum XL-200 is my home hyper and I'm used to the pain so....
I see. Magnum has the similar issue as Skyrush for me, but I enjoy both overall.
@@ThemeParkAvenue They used to not be padded at all so I don't complain about Skyrush's restraints, or at least with the rides I had on it
Do most coasters regularly need to warm up in the morning even if the temperature is high?
It is my understanding that Skyrush needs to warm up, but others are fine in the morning on a hot day.
Look......you got a God ride on Wildcat and I told you that 😂
That was best I've ever seen it run before and this was the day that I rode every row to say goodbye 😂
This coaster has a bad and IT'S BAD 😂
You did indeed tell me that, and I’m sure it has bad days, but with that being the only day I went I will only ever know the ride as good.
The trailblazer renovation was replacing the handbrakes with automatic brakes
Got it. Thanks for the information.
great job for putting wildcat over comet
Assuming this comment is genuine, thank you.
Yeah wildcat is super over hated
Complains about length of ride on skyrush but number 2 storm runner is only like 45 seconds.
7:15 u mention Immelmann not Cobra Roll right 🤨
Dang it! Why did I say that? I knew what I meant and I love that Immelmann, but I did say the wrong thing.
Why would anyone’s coaster list be considered controversial in the least? I don’t understand that sentiment. Different opinions is what’s what makes the discussion fun.
You’re right, but there are some general consensuses that I particularly go against. I also do it more frequently than others.
@@ThemeParkAvenue Yeah I understand that but since everyone’s body is different we will encounter rides in different ways. Example my favorite ride is Tatsu and most of my friends don’t agree with that.
everytime i’ve been triggered
also spoiler alert
1. laff trakk over sdl i don’t really understand cause laff trakk is a fun ride with themeing and can honestly be relaxing or really fun depending on the mood while sdl is just one loop and the rest sucks
2. you called twister fantastic in the wildcat section which is the most triggering thing ever, oh and you also said wildcat isn’t bad but the roughness no matter what row is absolutely horrible
3. you rank wildcat and lightning racer above comet
4. SKYRUSH NUMBER 4? WTF, there is also more then 3 airtime moments and the restraints are only bad on the brake run
5. you rank fahrenheit, storm runner and candymonium above it
6. you rank storm runner above fahrenheit
Quite a list. Thanks for watching!
I’ve never been too Hershey park so I won’t be triggered
Nice
Hershey must have a bad lineup if the weakest B&M hyper (in the states) is the best ride in the park.
Of the ones I've ridden my ranking is (if it's not on the list I didn't ride it for one reason or another)
#10 Laff Track (it's Steel Dragon at Waldameer, but inside and with longer lines because it's at Hershey and not Waldameer)
#9 Wild Mouse
#8 Trailblazer
#7 Sidewinder (haven't been since they renovated it)
#6 Comet
#5 SooperDooperLooper
#4 Wildcat
#3 Candymonium
#2 Lightning Racer
#1 Skyrush (I find the restraints just fine, probably because I get legroom unlike another type of train which will soon infect this park)
I probably enjoyed Candymonium much more than the average person, but I definitely think the layout is hyped up a bit too much.
