I like your intelligent approach to the subject.
Instead of discouraging people like other tutors, you said:
'Start learning it and you'll develop your own way'
And after that you show the way you do it with details slowly and precisely.
    Really appreciate this tutorial!

I started playing in 3rd grade and until i was 19...then I became a rave D.J. for a little over a decade. I know; completely different. But in my defense i was a turntablist. I skratched (supposed to be spelled that way) and beat juggled. I did DMC. Now I'm back to my roots... I got an ESP KH-2 and a Randall amp...keep up the great work!!!

This is the video that got me to subscribe. I appreciate how thorough your tutorials are, and your editing skills are there too no unnecessary info which is great. You should do videos that cover extreme basics too like go through sets of chords which could be easily looked up, it would be a project. Or maybe even tablature for certain songs with an overlay on the video that displays the tab or go over each note in the tab, it would be tedious and slow going but surely you'd be able to handle it. Those things will get more subscribers for sure and increase the size of your audience.

Oh, You got to Love the Little Dude,I been playing since I was 10 and I'm 40 know, So 30 years I been playing, and I'm an Old Dog Learning those New and Few extra Tricks to Try and Blend in with the Rest of the Generation.I DO KNOW HOW TO SWEEP, But Not Crazy all over the Neck With Lightening Speed like Michael Angelo Batio or Malmsteen. I can hold my Own..But I really like this Kid and his attitude..His humility is a little Dry,But he gets his point across.Like c'mon you guys don't want to learn the theory behind sweeping,You want to do it to show off to your friends and other Musicians and CHICKS!!!!!!LOL.... Sad but so True for so many People... Keep 'em coming Bro.!

I love sweeping, don't know why, not even for show off or anything I just love the motion and sound lol, in the year that I've been playing it's probably the most I've practiced.

Having trigger finger in my ring and index fingers sure make it difficult to sweep pick, but at least I can be happy to know that after months of rehabilitation I can do the medium speed sweep! Sometimes I have dreams of faster sweeps, ah, good times. Steve came out of the womb with a 26 string, glad to see he's still keeping the sweeping and shred alive

1st- Escape the Fate- This War is Ours
    2nd- Buckethead- Jordan
3rd- I've heard Andy James play that lick, so I believe it was a lick from John Petrucci.

This video was mostly helpful and I really like the way you broke down the technique. The only thing missing is a clear explanation of all the notes being played, but I guess you saved that for another video, which I will now try to find.
