There are some examples likes Turner's Syndrome where meiosis fails to do it's job properly resulting in the deletion of one of the sex chromosomes. If Meiosis doesn't occur at all, gamete formation is not possible, and without the gametes, sexual reproduction is infeasible through natural means.
