Foundation is a grid-less, laidback medieval city-building game with a focus on organic development, monument construction and resource management.

With the portcullis for the stone bridge you need to use the non crenellated archway. The portcullis then snaps to the inside of the arch.
You need to train your troops by building a training ground in your keep. It’s basically dummies for the soldiers to hit.

In the labour estate tab you will find a privilage that reduces negative impact between labour and kingdom. There is also a clergy one that does clergy and kingdom. Those will really help!
When building the barracks you can see how much each individual piece adds to the capacity.
You can go to the villager tab and sort by status to see how many brothers and sisters you have, ill have a look and see if there is anywhere you can see the actual number at a glance

A thought I had: to "raise" the walls on your main island, perhaps a second upper tier of wall could give the perception of a higher wall? Since the island has quite a bit of elevation, maybe a second inner loop of wall would make it seem taller and have a nice tiered look ?

You can have all unlocks for all factions. With your privileges there are ones that will halve the penalty for each faction. Unlock them and replace a previously chosen privilege via the balliff.
Hi Jonti, Great video as always. I do love your building style. Incase you haven't found them yet there are clergy and labour edicts (unless they are privilages), that effects kingdom. look for the ones with the dove on them.

Your kingdom rating will go up with every kingdom building you place. The bigger the build, the more it will increase. As it increases your ratings for clergy and labour will decrease, that’s why you need the privileges.
