@@Funnyshorts12721 Yes dry, but his is the limit when these gets wet by water, otherwise drum will hit the side walls of machine. Please note you put cloths, then they gets wet and drum also has water to wash and rinse, so i said earlier is the cloths limit for 7kg machine.
I have 10 kgs model of this but I have an issue that this washer is not filling water till white ring of the drum even I have set water level to 10, but my old wobble washer is filling water till white ring and they both have inverter motor. Do you have the same issue?

Washing machines dont fill water at tap water flow speed, these have motor to control the flow, you will find same flow speed in all top load washing machines. always control the washing time by levels manually and use superspeed button. If required you can add water manually as well. then machine starts next process
Hello, I have a 11kg machine that functions like yours. Problem is that when I select 3 wash and 3 Rince under normal mode, it always wash and rince 4 times. The machine is 2 month old. Please assist.
After the machine estimates the complete washing time and just before it starts the operation, pause and check if the levels you set previously are same or not, sometimes it changes the level. But this moment you can set again the levels you want and resume the machine. If still the same problem, call service center they will check with software for any issue. If the machine old is then other method is, if you want level 3 and your machine taking level 4 then, next time you select level 2 machine will take level 3, like wise.

Yes, this machine is good for low to moderate cloth washing, not for heavy stains like we wash by hour hand. It takes average 1 hour to complete washing.
This is a serious problem if the machine not holding the water same time when water coming into the drum to wash the cloths. Only solution is to contact Samsung service centre, so the service person will identify the problem and correct it. I think software/program might be the problem, because software controls the opening and closing of these parts to inlet and drain water. They have a machine check via software, it then indicates the problem in there device connected via cable to washing machine.

Inlet water pressure must be 20 to 150 psi and not less than 20 psi by any means

Hygiene steam itself is a washing cycle. So it can not run at normal cycle. As it heats the water 4 hours is a default time

Filling the tap takes a long time, and the water flow is very small, even though the tap is fast.
Washing machines dont fill water at tap water flow speed, these have motor to control the flow, you will find same flow speed in all top load washing machines. always control the washing time by levels manually and use superspeed button.
If required you can add water manually as well. then machine starts next process
Hello, I have a 11kg machine that functions like yours. Problem is that when I select 3 wash and 3 Rince under normal mode, it always wash and rince 4 times. The machine is 2 month old. Please assist.
After the machine estimates the complete washing time and just before it starts the operation, pause and check if the levels you set previously are same or not, sometimes it changes the level. But this moment you can set again the levels you want and resume the machine. If still the same problem, call service center they will check with software for any issue. If the machine old is then other method is, if you want level 3 and your machine taking level 4 then, next time you select level 2 machine will take level 3, like wise.

This is a serious problem if the machine not holding the water same time when water coming into the drum to wash the cloths. Only solution is to contact Samsung service centre, so the service person will identify the problem and correct it. I think software/program might be the problem, because software controls the opening and closing of these parts to inlet and drain water. They have a machine check via software, it then indicates the problem in there device connected via cable to washing machine.
Pick up hose to top of washer height. On the ground siphoning out of machine.

Es normal, pero se recomienda no sobrecargar el tambor de la máquina con paños y siempre poner los paños en el centro y no aquí y allá en el tambor, así evita daños severos al tambor y a la máquina.

It is self cleaning cycle of machine. Put special cleaning powder and let it take water and clean itself, process will take 1-2 hours
