The levels automatically get reduced as soon as it is completed, same you can observe in this video, if your machine not functioning this then please connect to customer care and raise service request.
Hi,l thank you. i revisited the video. Unfortunately, the only thing captured is the rinsed level reduced to 1st level after the 1st rinse. The spin level light was not shown if it's reduced to 1st level after the 1st spin.

Watter pressure motor is recommended for this machine. I had to install for full presure. Low normal water pressure pe machine kaam nahi karti.

How does it operate with the lid open?
It stops suddenly when lid is open without pausing machine. Always press pause button before opening lid for anything and then after closing lid press same button to resume working.

One time for single rinse. Drains dirty water of washing then takes fresh water to rinse the cloths and drain that water. Rinse meaning removing detergent from cloths.

You can not increase water speed, 1. check if there is dirt in machine pipe inlet filter(small round one). 2. use super speed mode. 3. add water externally it also works before machine start washing cloths.

There is no soak option button separately. Machine soaks all cloths in washing cycle.

Press water level + wash for 3 seconds, it will unlock the control buttons. Door dont have any locking system or mechanism, you can open door at any time.

Use water pressure pump for loft tank, if the tank is located below hight of 20ft.Pump will costs around rs 4000
many thanks. pressure pump is installed. However it means that the new technology is creating problems rather than solving the old issues. Does that means that companies are not interested to sell machines to people staying in chawls, or old buildings where loft tanks are used ? water pressure is available in new buildings only. other people have to buy pressure pump compulsorily which will increase the costing. Even the gyesers are working with zero water pressure, then why not washing machines ?
@@anantaubhale2380 We have to understand here that geysers dont need washer to be in pressure but the it must ne in pressure to successfully wash the cloths, still if companies remove this condition and put normal pressure motor inside washing machine then that washing will take minimum 2 hours, so slow washing will result in cloths dirty. Also machines are designed for minimum water pressure to clean the cloth very well. Below this pressure you need external pressure pump. I suggest you to please buy more water capacity loft tank as machines consumes little more water.

I want to clear that my previous washing machine of Samsung (non inverter model) was taking water at more faster speed than the new washing machine. And it was taking normal time to wash the clothes. So we expect that new technology should atleast intake that much water or little bit more. But new machine compulsory requires pressure pump to intake water, which increases the initial cost of buyers.
How to use baby care mode
Power on machine-Put the cloths-press cycle button until red light goes to baby care-set the water/wash/rinse/spin level manually if required-press super speed mode button on right side-start machine.

Little noise from drum while cloth washing is normal, but you if feel too much lound and sound is not like washing, please Contact Samsung customer care, they will send agent, free if in warranty 1 year, rs 450 something if out of warranty
How to time setting
You can not set time directly/manually. Depending upon the cycle and levels of washing, rinse and spin on the cloths added in drum, machine automatically calculates the time(water inlet time not included)

Keep the button rinse and spin pressed for 5 seconds, it activates only this cycle

It does not count time for water filling in the drum. In any cycle use "superspeed" mode. Still 30min. is minimum time a washing machine need

Use cycle"quick wash" or in normal cycle select superspeed mode, this then reduces the washing time to 1 hour. Also you must change the water, wash, rinse ans spin level manually to reduce time. check my other video on same

2-3 cloths more you can add, as it will increase drum size more for 1 kg. In 7 kg you can add 7-8 cloths, shirt, tshirt, jeans and other normal cloths at a time

Yes, its definitely good option, as technology or features does not changes more in one year gap. Still if you find better option than this you can consider that also. Please note minimum washing time on this machine/model is 1 hour.

You can not set time but you can try reduce it, once the machine shows total time, so before it starts washing , press pause button and set the required levels of, water, wash, rinse and spin, also press superspeed button at right side, it will then reduce time from 30 min. to 60 min. depend on cloths level in drum
Please matt purchase karna. 2 hours may be clothes nahi dhoti hi. Ess may water tank 15 meter hight may hona chaia. Nahi too no wash.

Dont put all heavy cloths at a time like shirts at bottom and blankets at top, if you want to full the drum for washing, cloths must be added in small small pieces. Wash longer cloths in separate wash so run washing machine 2 times. And for your information all top load washing has motor at bottom so use the machine correctly, always keep drum little empty from top.

I found samsung machines body is good than LG. also the button panel on samsung machine is looks new type, so i chose samsung. Its been 2 years, no problem in my samsung machine till date. I suggest always have a look in shops on the actual model you want to buy, service by brand in your area, prices and specifications of both brand models, dont be in hurry. when you are 100% confident then only buy one of the machine/model.

Can we connect sometime? I have got a similar model, however water entering the drum is very slow. Samsung technicians says it to be a design issue from Samsung for which the water is comming slow into the machine..
