Makes sense. Like you said.. Disney’s biggest goal is to monetize. I think the reason their focus is so big on gaming is because they see it as a much much bigger money pool than before.
I love this game. It's definitely one of my favorite games of 2023 right along side Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, KartRider: Drift, and Resident Evil 4. I think this game would be in my top 5 kart racers, but that might change for me when Lego 2K Drive and The Karters 2: Turbo Charged comes out. I feel like people slept on Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway. It was pretty good. Wish it had crossplay. That's pretty much the reason why the game died. I do still find some people online sometimes though.

kartrider drift is that game where you need to throw water balloons for a licence? if yes you must be 12 or younger since you enjoy crap. it almost feels like mortal kombat press release.. button combinations.. it's a racing game then wtf are they asking in licence..
IGN gave this a bad rating and I absolutely love this game more than Mario Kart. At first it doesn’t seem great but the deeper you get in the game with different characters you realize this is a really deep and action packed game that takes a lot of strategy. With every character you have to drive a different style
The thing is, a lot of these video game journalists and most gamers hate other kart racing games. Every kart racer is inferior to Mario Kart to them. I just don't see how you can only like one game in a whole genre. Seems boring asf to me. I don't get how they don't get burnt out from just playing Mario Kart. What's weird to me is how people love saying all these kart racing games are clones when none of them really play like Mario Kart lol.
@@tvgamerstan6180 this I agree with I always come in first on Mario Kart with the CPU and the gameplay is so basic and easy. It’s king to play at home with a group of fans but Solo by myself I mostly prefer CTR & this because of the challenge, strategy, and story adventure missions they kinda have and not just the same repetitive tours over and over again. I will say though the new Mario Kart DLC did help the game a lot
@Andre Billups I wish Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled was mainstream tbh. That game is amazing. I get why it's not because that game has a big learning curve for casual players. Most people wouldn't know what to do when hopping on it for the 1st time. Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed is another great kart racer. It's weird how Sonic fans don't seem to care about it though. It's like all they care about is Sonic's mainline series of games. His spin-off games aren't important to a lot of them.

ranking makes no sense, the difficulty make no sense, leveling up make no sense since a level 25 is not 10x faster then a level 1 (if you played the mulan event you know what i mean) the way you unlock characters, i spend 69.99 for what reason? 2 weeks later beauty and the beast still locked mogli also locked
@@mojochay well this is a racing game, nobody plays this for years and years unless they give a lot updates.. and right now this is a demo and i don't think we get 100 characters to.. since they waste many as support. would you play a game for 1 year if you only have 30 characters and 20 tracks? then i mean different tracks ofcourse.. not me even mario kart on the snes had 25 tracks and 8 has a lot now (i wait till all dlc is released because i never want to play shit tracks like moo moo meadows again only the new 1's)
