hey, just wanna stop by a second while watching this video, to tell you a big big thank you, you seem a really nice person who's faced tough times, and I'm sorry for that. I really appreciate your delicacy and gentleness explaining how you felt and how you became this new and bright version of yourself. I don't know you but I'm glad you feel better now and that you shared your experience with us, in order to help others. Thank you so much for all you have done and for your kind soul

I currently struggle with another depressive episode (they're chronic for 10 years) and each time I'm hitting a depressive episode, I feel like I'm thrown into a healing crisis, it's layer after layer. Depression is a tough teacher and it ironically teached me about the most valuable things in life. I always say depression takes away each distraction, so you finally turn inwards to dig yourself out. Before I opened youtube after working the entire day, I thought "I need to overcome depression completely" and this was the first video that popped up. Healing isn't linear, everything comes to set us free, even if it comes in forms of mental imprisonment.

Hi Taylor. What a beautiful comment. I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling with depression for so long. The fact that you have an open mind about it and look at it as something to learn from is amazing. I'm sure you have all the strength you need inside of you to recover and find the happiness you deserve. Thank you for sharing this with me and others so openly. The universe brought my video to you! I hope you got something valuable out of it. Sending you lots of love!

Please please do a video on how you recovered from a word is and bulimia as I’m really deep in both of them right now and need to get out by myself because external help hasn’t worked I would appreciate it so much as I find all your tips and knowledge incredibly helpful and relatable xx

Hi Helena, I will make sure to make a video like that! You can always have a look on my website if maybe coaching is more your thing. I've helped girls with e.d. before and maybe it helps to talk to someone that has experienced the same thing and has recovered. My website is www.spiritcoaching.be/en/
I do a free intake session first. Let me know if this seems something that could help you! Much love and good luck to you ❤️
