Same output of light just different form factor, convenience and price…I chose the coins when I was starting because of price and got locked in to the ape labs ecosystem…looking to get some cans hopefully soon
I have to agree, three together don't seem to make much difference, but I'm waiting on mine to arrive, along with a CoinBank and an ApeStick. I think the time that three will "look different" is when they're in Music Mode. The set of 2 Coins I bought includes a power bank, but I don't know yet what brand it is. (Getting a third coin from another source, plus a CoinBank.) Thanks for the mention of the Getihu power bank. Do you know if it will fit in a CoinBank? I thought the 10° lens was included, then after I bought mine saw that it was an optional extra. I think there's one with the "Table Tube" that I also purchased. I'm looking forward to firing these little guys up at gigs.
@@lavishlifedjs Pretty good, thanks. Still haven't found a power bank that fits in the CoinBank, but I can work around it. I usually just set the CoinBank on top of the power bank, and so far, so good. It fit nicely on a window sill at a local restaurant where I was running karaoke. I've also used a couple of Ape Coins inside the scrims over totem-style speaker stands. I just put one coin on the base of each totem stand, shining upward, but might try one attached to the top plate of the totem, too. 😎

Yeah these lights go hard. Love them ! Did you get the 10 degree lens ? They make a huge difference if you want to use them for uplighting
great video sir. Just wondering what the metal mounts are for? Couldn't you just place the coin on the power banks without them?
Thanks. You sure can use them without the metal mounts. The mounts allow for a more presentable and compact form factor in my opinion.
