Hope everyone is holding up as best as possible during these difficult times. Thanks for watching the video and let us know if you want more in the future from Arma 3.
I’m now genuinely curious if it will lock onto people irl. In theory it should as it lock onto infrared signatures, but idk if there’s a minimum target size
According to my friend who spent time as a reserve at CFB Petawawa the US Army couldn't care less what they leave behind. One story is that a patrol found an intact AH-64 sitting under camouflage netting some after an E&E exercise with some helicopter crews from Fort Hood. After a few phone calls the relevant unit commander's response was "Oh, thanks, we'd wondered where it went".
Always remember, boys. If you get in trouble for firing a $175,000 Javelin guided missile at a single enemy soldier, you were not specifically firing it at the enemy soldier. You were attempting to destroy enemy equipment and were aiming for his radio, rifle, and helmet.
With ACE the mod we use for this... it is very over-exaggerated on back blast. You can even see a couple times in the video I knicked myself on the blast hitting objects 5 to 10 feet behind me. Even things like a M72 LAW will kill the person behind them. Just how the modder made these things.
@@botimegaming The M72 LAW should actually have a stronger backblast that the Javelin, since the Javelin uses a two stage rocket to reduce backblast. It ofc doesn't remove it entirely
Big Bro Bo coming out with this great content! I've never really said anything before, but on the off chance you do see this is just like to say thank you for the content you've made. It's gotten me though some tough times a few years ago! From the warthunder and il2 content, and the occasional other games you played here and there, it gave me hope for the future. I'm glad to say that now that hope came to be. Being able to spend my time watching your content while playing similar games made me feel less alone in the world! Just over all thank you, you've been such a great idol to me and I'm sure many more of your viewers.
On this op, we are going to see how many times we can say "FOB" The answer is "too many times" Thanks to all the hard work and hundreds of combined hours that people put into these videos Bo et al.!
The Arma videos have been great, and this in no exception. The little edits and the cast of characters the bunch of you have created are just a joy to watch and are just so funny.
I love Bo's love for overkill with the Javelin and Lacyus's Reggie character :D More Arma 3 videos like this one would be amazing! Also, Stick, be careful with Georgetta.
00:32 "What are we doing here today sir? We have, we have no clue, we were just woken up and told to come here" That aged remarkably well, is even a little bit prophetic, considering the reports on how clueless 🇷🇺 grunts are about what they are doing in 🇺🇦.
Great to see Arma content show it's head again. I love the way you balance fun and seriousness in these. I don't even want to know how much time it takes to edit these, what I do know though, is that I would love to see more of them in the future.

For retro: eating 100 bananas is enough to get potassium poisoning, nvm 1000. (I know somebody who as a student got 100 bananas for £5 and reaped the rewards of eating them all in a few days)
At 7:52 Stick: hey no, what would happen if you ate 1000 bananas Bo: you would die from the potassium radiation poisoning Me: Nonononono, that's where your wrong, if you manage to eat 40,000 bananas in 10 minutes, then you would die from the radiation poisoning
kind of feel that the cumulative radiation effect of 40000 bananas would not be the biggest issue your going to have if you manage to eat them all in 10 mins.

Sorry for the confusion, Yes I had a Javelin, Dgaff had a Metis. We carried two different systems because the Javelin is more suited for long-range and he took the stuff under 1000 Meters. If you see us side by side you can see the difference in the two launchers.

As soon as Bo found out he could lock on to people with Javelins, I knew this was going to be a great video… I was definitely not disappointed!

@@vthegoose It will lock a human size target (AKA a human) out to around 2km per promotional materials.
