ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I think 🤔 Hasbro could have included a extra pair of white atennas for Hank Pym, But still, Janet looks so cool with those wings and Hank aka Ant Man despite the mask head sculpt being a little big, I will try to get the Astonishing Ant Man figure from Amazon because I do only have the 2018 retro carded vintage collection Ant Man figure from Hasbro

Unreal Wasp. Their female figures are getting so good. Very glad they waited until the face printing was better, really elevates the figure
I had GIANT 🐜expectations and this blew it out of the water amazing figures I may need to buy them. Also great review as always keep it up!

I love how fast I got this set! I also just bought the Marvel Universe pack of the original Avengers to complement it.
The mini let down spider man was a nice twist
It could be recency bias talking, but I legitimately think this new helmeted Wasp head sculpt is my absolute favorite head in the line!
The likeness is fantastic, the paint is on point, and Gasnro wasn’t afraid to go all in and honor the goofy source materials. It’s supposed to look goofy, and that’s why it’s awesome!
I can only speak for myself, but I’m tired of modern design la trying to done everything down and make it feel tactical. That approach almost feels like you’re embarrassed by the source material. Give me wacky character designs!
I agree! Can’t stop looking at it. Closest competition is the angry head on 20th Hulk (which others disliked for some reason) So stoked at the recent face improvements
I can see Hasbro including a white antenna Giant-Man head as an accessory with a Goliath or Yellowjacket release. Kinda like what they did with the Onslaught head with Kitty Pride.

I've always preferred the white antenna, but recently finally think the black makes more sense
I still feel like the regular sized Giant Man should have come with the Haslab Giant Man, but my opinion aside, I am super excited to cross off another pair of classic heroes and it makes me want the Haslab Giant Man on my doorstep right now!
The legends community is getting to used to not having ab articulation. I’ve seen plenty of people make excuses for the lack of ab articulation for wasp. It’s unacceptable. It’s been a standard kind of articulation for decades.
This is a great year for the line overall. Criticism is absolutely important, but praise is just as important. I think the community as a whole wants to appreciate for a sec before doing what we do and start (rightfully) telling Hasbro what improvements they should make
@@juansanchez209sure. It’s a decent offer. I don’t really care to be excited about a figure just because the community wants the figures to be good. If hasbro gives out an objectively good product, we will all be happy. It’s not the entire community’s job to get others excited. It’s hasbros job to do that.
Have you heard anyone in the action figure community not sing the praises of Jada toys street fighter line? I doubt it. It’s because every single release of there’s is damn near perfect and they sell for $25 a figure. That’s what I expect from my action figures. That is what will get the entire community excited.
We shouldn’t be getting used to poor engineering and cost cutting. The fact that they are so proud of their “super articulated” female bucks (only 2 figures so far) when it’s been industry standard for years now is ridiculous. And they’re making those figures exclusives.
Sure Hasbro is getting better but it’s 1 step forward and 2 steps back with them.
I think the new Tombstone not having any head articulation is unacceptable, they could have totally given him a separate neck peice
We definitely need more torso articulation. But ab crunches are not the way to go. Double diaphragms are much better if done properly. I feel like mcfarlane has given double diaphragms a bad reputation tho since most of them suck
They made Hank's antenna black because the Has-Lab Giant-Man has black antenna (and white lines on the sides of his head), so they wanted this figure to match that. Makes sense.

I'm curious if the Wasp unmasked head fits on the Quantumania body. Always preferred the yellow body and I'd love to have a solid comic head for it
I think this is a great set! It would have made the giant man haslab extra special if it would have been included though. I really like this set. I do wish the torso and neck articulation would be better on wasp though. And the hank pym headsculpt is a bit big for the sunfire body mold. My biggest nitpick is the mismatching shades of red on wasp's boots. Is it just mine?? One boot is darker than the other one, not to mention messy paint.

I'm surprised they didn't give was same shoulder things as x-men "97 Jean grey though I'm not a fan of the waist ball joint unless they decided to pair it with a diaphragm joint.

However, I feel we've had enough Giant Man now, and with regard to your comment about a 12" Giant Man - I'd rather have a 12" Clint Barton Goliath; something new and very cool!
