Yes, it is THAT Joe Pesci! The same one murdering people in Goodfellas and Casino, but here he's doing covers of the pop hits of the day (i.e., the late 60s). He was a singer long before he had his breakthrough as an actor in Raging Bull. He actually introduced members of the Four Seasons to each other (all were from Newark, New Jersey, an hour north of me, haha). I heard Joe's cover of "Got To Get You Into My Life" on satellite radio yesterday. It was quite... different... Too bad that Black Sabbath Paranoid reissue isn't the quadraphonic version! I don't know if anyone still has the proper lathe to cut those super-high-frequency CD-4 signals, though.
@@top5records796 No, it is a rare one. Went unnoticed until he got famous decades later. I have never seen one in almost two decades record-hunting in his home state! Not in a store or anywhere else.
Bill Evans is going on my list too. And The Doors, but the CD set rather than the vinyl. I'm not a big fan of spending lots for live albums on vinyl. Just those two for me this year ☺
@@top5records796No, it was released as a single in 1994, on CD, 7" and 12". Even hit the top 20 in the UK I think. It was also included in the 2nd singles box Morrissey put out in 2001. Are you sure he was talking about this track in his bio? I have the bio, but found it incredibly hard to get into.

That is just incredible! I’m going to take a listen to that record. Do you know if an OG is easy to find?

I agree! I hope the The Doors vinyl will be too expensive.
Interlude was released as a single and has been available for years?
Didn’t know that! Was that after the autobiography was written?
