As for my team, it gets so hard for a cryptic and mythos fan to only choose six of all the amazing designs you come up with. Thank you for all your hard work ! - Zabbit (I love the mid-evo stage better, it really remind me of the Jackalope, which I once saw during my childhood so I can never chose another starter). - Itl (our lord and savior) evolved into a Foalil, evolved into Griponif ! I would named him Icarus because of the candle flying situation xD - Tubulott (it's pronounced Dovahr Koo xD I've taken Gaelic classes while in Ireland, and learned there about the cryptid you based it from ! It's a must have in my team as well xD Can't wait for the evolution !). He'd be named Cú. - Torshed named Bartimeus (kuddos for those who know where the name is from). A demon, found in a museum, who loves to cook... Didn't know I could be a Pokémon xD - Cubesque, evolved into Gargerge, and I want the last stage so bad xD Big fan of the cathedrals architecture and of all the gargoyles and Chimera hidden in their heights ! - Bukuvant, I can't wait to see the dragon monster it will become ! A big fan of the typing. I've posted before but I figure I sort them here too. :D My full team thus far: Flambilli - Bleheat - Kideevul (Bonkers, male ): Starter. Loves to ram into everything but is the best boi. After gaining flying type, always ends up crashing into Dexter the Dweebip. Unce Unce (Shiny) (Raves, male) : A very happy and fun member. Loves to dance and is able to normally dodge Bonkers when Starter is flying around. Best buds with Dexter the Dweebip and often the one that cheers up the group. Tintis - Iseedron - Manterris (Lenses, male) : First ever caught member and a very reliable fighter. Very loyal and after final evolution, a very eager combatant. Loves to sharpen claws during combat and gets angry if someone interrupts. Sprootama - Stukabowt (Shiny) (Mystery, female) : Very shy member who sticks near Trainer. Often runs and hides when Bonkers is flying around in fear that she will get hit. Fauxline (Shiny) (Swaps, female) : Big sister of the group and the one that keeps the other members safe when Bonkers starts flying around. Often is the one getting Dexter the Dweebip out of the crater that Bonkers causes. Is the subject of a one-sided rivalry with Boris the Ketteatuf. Dweebip (Dexter, Male) : A kind if silly member. Always ends up being the target of Bonkers landings. Surprisingly resilient and best buds with Raves the Unce Unce. And here are the Reserves: Ketteatuf (Boris, male) : A proud but kind member. Has a one-sided rivalry with Swaps the Fauxline. Due to rivalry, doesn't get used as often so it can learn to behave (has not learned lesson) Liskwid - Luskare (Shiny) (Octavia, female) : Rather grumpy member who only likes Trainer touching them. Often tries to snuggle but it is more difficult now due to evolution. Lilurk - Visalurk (Logan, Male) : Early member who was swapped to Lenses. Shy and surprisingly talented at being sneaky. Flungunk (Smells, male) : Nasty member who loves to play pranks. Often has a laugh at poor Dexter the Dweebip's expense. Azeboon (Origami, Male) : Recent capture and an adorable critter, has bad habit of taking things that doesn't belong to it. Borka (Bounce. Male) : A good boi like Bonkers that loves to jump around. Loves to snuggle with Trainer but forgets how cold it is.
Squaddles’ beast merge form could be based on the episode where Waddles became a genius, becoming a pure psychic type with the new ability Mind Over Matter: the user’s physical attack and defense are averaged with special attack and defense before being used

Honestly this video was really what I needed to remember all the pokemons. Especially because I am doing two team. One for me, and one for canon Dipper, because I was wondering which pokemon he would catch/bond with. For now Dipper possibile pokemons are: Coybra->Hissmisti->Conspectre Lylurk->Visalurk Itle->Doplob Capnary Spokeeli Atmosleek->Atmostratus Krinkap->Smeltip Frozoe Mushimind Bittibat Kakurusai Borka Jangilam (I think I spelt some of them wrong).

here is my team: Conspectre (Boston): First ever member of the team. Great mentor for the team, although he has a friendly rivalry with Screecher the Vidjolta. Visalurk (Miranda): Loves battling, loves playing pranks, does not like listening to people, unless if a treat is involved. She sometimes gets a bit too caught up in battling that she will attack the air after winning. Snooton (Trunks): Very shy, but absolutely loves to take down Beastmerge forms. He dug up a large crater and found his little friend Courage the Trismoid. Griponif (Flamie): Narcissistic, but righteous. Her weakness is male Pokemon, doing anything to help them. Ultra Beast battles are just not for her. Vidjolta (Screecher, shiny): my Beastmerge form. Found in the arcade, the team could not find a suitable Pokemon to Beastmerge with, until a Cipher Grunt used the necklace on Vidjolta, almost wiping out the entire team. when the Grunt unfused, Screecher almost went back to Ultra Space, but luckily my Pokeball was able to catch him first. Screecher is the "Big Sibling" of the team, making sure that they are all okay. he also happens to be a music lover, but will get way too distracted by sparkling things. Has a friendly rivalry with Boston the Conspectre. Trismoid (Courage): dug up by Trunks the Snooton, this mysterious being does not want to evolve so that the trainers of Hoh'Ax can find her cute. Will hold on to the Everstone for the entire adventure. she seems to have an unkown power...

My Team! Keeping in mind I'm going with my personal playthrough tradition of keeping everything un-evolved until after the Elite 4: Coybra! Numorn! Tauresto! Look, Ma! I'm a Motorbike! Atmosleek! Borka! And finally Azeboon! But... y'know. This was a super hard list to compile because I'd also want to train Wrappit, Squarrow, Tragikarp, Bukuvant Reznik and like... seven others. I feel like this team would be changing a lot so I'd wind up with a veritable army of trained Ho'ax Monsters to pick from before the E4.
Notes: I find it interesting that interactions between the starters go in the opposite direction of the type matchup. Skeptilop is more respected than Kideevul, Kideevul sees through Conspectre, Conspectre fools Skeptilop. I’m glad the Klept line eventually gets Flying back. I honestly wasn’t sure it would. I have a Foalil currently. I’m thinking I might use Mininow’s item on it if that’d result in a sort of kelpie. Otherwise, the obvious centaur. Stitchem and Reznik, eh? I feel like that’s a hint at what the evolutions will be like, but I’m not well-versed enough in cryptids to tell how exactly. For Gortesque’s Beast Merge, maybe the trainer could go in one mouth and out the other, while wearing the arms as sleeves.
I'm sure Bill will be a legendary but I'm kinda hoping the mythical is the grand Axolotl. And I wonder if there will be other legends as well, like maybe Time Baby?
My team would be: - Conspectre (water/ghost) - Visalurk (dark/flying) - Googantun (poison/electric) - Venospar (poison/bug) - Bukuvant (dragon/bug) - Borka (ice) Bittibat and Foalil stays in the box til we get more evos. Well the team I have so far is skelptilop Venospar. Kleptinest Azeboon. Borka. And. Natietale And I can’t wait to see the rest of what’s in story watching this series has been helping me through some things so I always enjoy seeing it so thank you and keep up the great work
As a fellow Frillow fan (and especially the shiny form) I've got an idea for a beast-merge form. I'm Playing on the fact it's a pillow case, with feather and snowflakes. How there can be light playing on snow and ice. It can became a cape that goes big behind the trainer wearing it, and also be used as a screen for Chinese shadow puppet show. The trainer can use the malleable snow to make the puppets and you can add some feather-like ice as a tool to carve the snow. (Or be other props) I'm not sure for the typing, I'm going on a Fairy/Shadow (because you can tell fairy tales, and shadow puppet show) or maybe a Dark/psy type because it's using the shadow to play tricks. Its new ability would be either shadow tag (because the Pokémon's are drawn to the story they cannot leave) ; or illuminate (because it wants to draw people to their show). It's good with hypnosis and tricks of the mind. Maybe another ability would fit better with that. Also big fan of Oogoo, he's so damn cute normal color palette and shiny all the same 🤩
I always start with the water type, so I went with Coybra this time. My team so far consists of Conspectre, one of Itle's evolutions (haven't committed to one yet, but probably Meramiji), Giffinno, and Borbkact so far. For the final two slots, I'm thinking about either the evolutions for Pacicry, Frozoe, or Smeltip, with the last slot being left open for future mons down the road.

My team (so far): Conspectre: He is my first starter Pokemon in this region. He starts as a scary cat snake who does not want to fight, but as he gets stronger, he is ready for any challenge. Fauxline: My first (somewhat) Ultra Beast in this region. He is silent and sometimes sleeps next to some shade. He is also, Doplob’s mentor in mastering his mimicking abilities, and Azeboon’s younger brother. When he steps onto the battlefield he can get serious, however when it comes to an ultra beast he wants to destroy it at all costs. Luckily I helped it out with its Ultra Beast rivalry, and together with me, we became an unstoppable team. Doplob: My second encounter in this region. I first encounter him as an Itle and he just wants to find a trainer to be with. Luckily, I am willing to take any Pokemon who wants to come with me. As he looks at other trainers Itle their evolutions, and the items we have been collecting, he is struggling with what he wants to become. His mentor Fauxline asks, who do you want to be, and what evolution would you like to be? After thinking, he decided to use the “Familiar Figure” to become Doplob. However, it has struggled with its new form, but he quickly mastered it thanks to Fauxline. Soon enough, Doplob even helps a Shiny Itle to come join us in choosing who he wants to be. And I can’t help myself to be proud of it. Capnary: My unpredictable Fire-type of this Region. I encountered him in the Crystal Grotto, and he helped me to get through some dark places, such as the weird Spacecraft, the Swamp, and the Underground Bunker. Capnary may be small, but is he incredibly strong, and resilience to the team Kleptinest: My Flying-type of this Region. I encountered him as a Kelptikept in the snowy hills, and he stole my phone, I sent out Faxuline to get it back, but it was too quick and kept on firing “Bolt Toss” (Steel-Type Move). However, Faxuline caught it with Confusion sent it back to Kelptikept, and then slammed it down with its tentacles. With this capture, he becomes my navigator in the skies helping on on where we need to go. Kelptikept helps us with finding materials we need, defeating Pokemon that are bigger than him, and using his Luck Bolt to take to Rock-type Pokemon. However, once he evolves into Kleptinest he feels sad. And it turns out Kleptinest loves to fly around in the sky to grab more iron, but since he is too heavy he can’t fly anymore, making him think he is useless in my team. However, after hours of training thanks to Bittibat, Faxuline, and Visalurk, we helped him to make him fly again (sort of) and he learned Brave Bird. Despite, no longer being able to fly, he will find another way to learn to separate his wings. Oogoo: My goof-ball Posion-type of this Region. I encounter him in the forest splashing around the water. I was about to catch it, but it went into the Pokeball itself. Oogoo is the most cheerful and kind-hearted of the team because he is also optimistic when things are getting bad, he’ll find ways to cheer me up or my Pokemon. In battle, Oogoo is a surprisingly good battler he went up against Googantun (Beast Merger) with his new move “Potion Bomb” (Normal-Type Move “Toss a potion at the opponents causing them to either Paralysis, Poison, Burn, Sleep, Confuse, or Freeze). After the battle, McHardon sees the potential in Oogoo hoping to see this Pokemon to become a stronger than his Googantun, and I can not wait to see how strong he is going to get when he evolves into Googantun. This is what my current team looks like. Conspecture, Ittle, Borka, Fazbagore (shiny), Diajem, Vidjolta This lineup will absolutely go through some drastic changes as are introduced to more Pokémon.
I actually went with the water starter and I love how you made the final evolution, the other team members would have at the moment is uglorn's evolution, the two pseudo legendaries, hirschatch and bittibat and it's evolution. (Side note it would make more sense if the stink monkey pokemon was a dark type since throwing gunk at someone is pretty mean)
Beast Merge ideas: Manterris: (Stinging Xeno?; Psychic/Poison): Distorts into an acidic whip. Trainer gains the instincts of an expert hunter. References the Xenomorph as opposed to the Predator. Snooton: (Charming ?: Psychic/Flying) Distorts into a flute and carpet for Trainers to ride on. References the idea of snake charmers and Arabian elephants. Snooton Alt: (Gusty Trunk?; Ghost/Flying) Distorts into a vacuum ala Luigi's Mansion. Trainers become afraid of all Ghost-types and, strangely, mice pokemon such as Maushold, Pikachu, etc. Candivore: (Great Tempter; Poison) Distorts into a serpentine glob of goo that envelops the Trainer. Side effects include increased impulsiveness. References both the Serpent from the Garden of Eden and Mabel's Weirdmageddon bubbles, which was based on temptation. Azeboon: (Polka Party; Normal) Distorts into an accordion for the trainer to play, using a repertoire of sound-based moves. Trainers become wisecracking bards that tease opponents (referencing Weird Al Yankovic).
I like how the team is coming out so far, and I look forward to seeing what new Evolutions & DLC Pokemon we get later on. My team so far Conspectre, Ceratouka, Venospar, Griponif, Bittibat and Bukuvat. I can't wait to see what the last two evolve into. But who knows there are plenty of other Pokemon coming so maybe my team will change. Manterris, Visalurk, Googantun, Snootan, Frillow, Fayxline, and Diajem being reserves.
In actuality I’d probably change my team around a lot, but I’m mainly going with: Kideevul, Googantun, Manterris, Hoh’axian Trubbish, Smeltip, and Borbkact. Although there are certainly a lot more Pokémon I would be using outside of these main six.
Think I'd have to go with Kideevul, Visalurk, Manterris, Googantun (my preferred merge so far), Borbkact, and... Gosh, maybe Molundir. Lots of tempting choices, though.
I havent decided which starter i like more the water type or the fire type, so i will a team for both. I only used the fully evolved pokemon so i could change my team when the pokedex is complete. Kideevil, Manterris, Googantun, Meramiji, Candivore and Azeboon. Conspectre, Manterris, Googatun, Griponif, Candivore and Azeboon. Others I also like are Venospar, Fauxline, Atmostratus and Dirjum. I dont choose between the non fully evolved because i want to wait to see their final evolutions.
So far, I don't have a finalized team idea (will hold off until I see all the undisclosed 'Mons) but right now, the line up I have is: Conspectre (he looks awesome... but I don't appreciate digs at Intellion). Googantun Hoh'Axian Garbodor Atomostratus Also, enjoying the number of Ice-types your region has. Ice-Typing needs more love.

IRL I'm very much a 3 starter kinda gal, but in fiction I'd say I probably stuck with Shrubbun and went from there. Skeptilop (TBH it's the pockets that do it for me. Really really fun) Tubulott (I really love otters) Bukuvant (Gotta have the regional 3-stage dragon) Borka (It's so cute dude. Pseudo or no it's so CUTE) Trismoid (See Borka with added interest in prisms and light mechanics) and either Frozoe (CURIOUS about that evolution) or Narietale (I hope he turns into a Kamen Rider-esque form, the pumpkin would make a sick helmet) Then once the side quest opens up, definitely going for Azeboon, especially if I can shiny hunt for it. There are a lot of really good shinies in the dex but that one takes the cake for me.

K, so there are a lot of Pokémon I’d like to catch so I’m going to put my box (as if I had emptied my team into there too) and then my team afterwards I will put the names, genders, and traits with some but not all also, I have caught all the Pokémon but am only showcasing favorites (this is ordered in Pokédex order) Box 1: Pockets (septilop) Male, curious and kinda snobby sometimes he’s got a bit of morbid curiosity but it’s a sweetheart at his core. Poppyseed (visalurk) female, timid and sleepy she’s quite good at landing surprise attacks when no one’s expecting it (even me!). Cottonball (stitchem) female , a kind, loving soul who is an enjoyer of sharp objects. Soda (googantun) male, the goofiest, dumbest Pokémon I have, he’s quite clumsy and reckless so, he ends up destroying things in closed spaces. Snooton, male, I recently bonded with this guy and he’s still a bit of a mystery to me. Bucket (Hoax’ian Dudunsparce) female, I have absolutely no idea about personality, all I know is that she deal way too much damage and gives great “hugs”. Nope (venospar) male, he spends entire days just watching me, I think he’s plotting something…. Soundbox (kakurusai) female, she’s extraordinarily sassy and loves causing trouble. Maple (shiny kleptinest) silly goober and all-around pickpocket. Aroura (shiny frillow) female, exetreamly morbid and goth, gets along well with Pockets. Numorn, no gender, very, very shy. Mudpie (squoddles) male, a very happy-go-lucky boi, wishes he could fly. Ember (fichix) female,a feisty lil buddy, she loves a good fight. Holes (foalil) male, strange, very strange, loves running. Red Jelly (doplob) male, loves to copy my every movement. Oranges (merrmiji) male, loves music and food, he will eat anything! Candle (griponif) male, very polite and very proud, he holds a grudge. Cages, (capnary) female, quiet, and calm, always waiting. Minka (loodraloo) male, loves to sing, a bit timid, hates the dark

How about some details on my Pokemon? Let's do it! Kipsy [Conspectre-M] He is quiet and stoic. He also wasn't very social, but this changed when he became a Conspectre. I can easily compare him to Goh's Inteleon from Journeys. A man of few words, and much action. Duffy [Visalurk-F] She's awfully timid. She'd get spooked easily when someone came up to her. This happened a lot more when she was a Lilurk though. Now after evolving, she's confident enough to fly! Or at least try to... Willo [Capnary-M] He is inquisitive, often lighting up whenever he found interested in something. His flame moves independently on occasion. He's also a smaller variety of Capnary, small enough to fit on my shoulder. Cosmo [Fauxline-?] The most mysterious of the crew, Cosmo rarely speaks. Despite this, they're good at interpreting thoughts and body movements. They're also aware of their Merge's abilities, and worry a little when using them. Ivan [Tragikarp-?] Having been alone for so long, they have a desire to protect me at all costs! Though they fought a few of them, Ivan thinks that, after Azeboon, Ultra Beasts can live peacefully with other Pokemon. Breezy [Atmostratus-M] Although he spent most of his time with Mayor Terry, he's quite attached to me and gets anxious if I ever disappear. Since meeting Breez and Skyler, he wears a red handkerchief around one of his wings. Bindi [Snooton-F] One of the more seasoned fighters, Bindi is a tough cookie to crack! Though she's weary of others thanks to an incident with Team Cipher. In spite of this, Duffy sees her as her big sister. Pedro [Desmort-M] The new kid in town, Pedro's similar to Ivan and Duffy. Scared of everything, including being out on his own. He likes giving people hugs though! And he's also my only non Hoh'ax native!

- Itl (our lord and savior) evolved into a Foalil, evolved into Griponif ! I would named him Icarus because of the candle flying situation xD
- Tubulott (it's pronounced Dovahr Koo xD I've taken Gaelic classes while in Ireland, and learned there about the cryptid you based it from ! It's a must have in my team as well xD Can't wait for the evolution !). He'd be named Cú.
- Torshed named Bartimeus (kuddos for those who know where the name is from). A demon, found in a museum, who loves to cook... Didn't know I could be a Pokémon xD
- Cubesque, evolved into Gargerge, and I want the last stage so bad xD Big fan of the cathedrals architecture and of all the gargoyles and Chimera hidden in their heights !

Flambilli - Bleheat - Kideevul (Bonkers, male ): Starter. Loves to ram into everything but is the best boi. After gaining flying type, always ends up crashing into Dexter the Dweebip.
Unce Unce (Shiny) (Raves, male) : A very happy and fun member. Loves to dance and is able to normally dodge Bonkers when Starter is flying around. Best buds with Dexter the Dweebip and often the one that cheers up the group.
Tintis - Iseedron - Manterris (Lenses, male) : First ever caught member and a very reliable fighter. Very loyal and after final evolution, a very eager combatant. Loves to sharpen claws during combat and gets angry if someone interrupts.
Sprootama - Stukabowt (Shiny) (Mystery, female) : Very shy member who sticks near Trainer. Often runs and hides when Bonkers is flying around in fear that she will get hit.
Fauxline (Shiny) (Swaps, female) : Big sister of the group and the one that keeps the other members safe when Bonkers starts flying around. Often is the one getting Dexter the Dweebip out of the crater that Bonkers causes. Is the subject of a one-sided rivalry with Boris the Ketteatuf.
Dweebip (Dexter, Male) : A kind if silly member. Always ends up being the target of Bonkers landings. Surprisingly resilient and best buds with Raves the Unce Unce.
And here are the Reserves:
Ketteatuf (Boris, male) : A proud but kind member. Has a one-sided rivalry with Swaps the Fauxline. Due to rivalry, doesn't get used as often so it can learn to behave (has not learned lesson)
Liskwid - Luskare (Shiny) (Octavia, female) : Rather grumpy member who only likes Trainer touching them. Often tries to snuggle but it is more difficult now due to evolution.
Lilurk - Visalurk (Logan, Male) : Early member who was swapped to Lenses. Shy and surprisingly talented at being sneaky.
Flungunk (Smells, male) : Nasty member who loves to play pranks. Often has a laugh at poor Dexter the Dweebip's expense.
Azeboon (Origami, Male) : Recent capture and an adorable critter, has bad habit of taking things that doesn't belong to it.
Borka (Bounce. Male) : A good boi like Bonkers that loves to jump around. Loves to snuggle with Trainer but forgets how cold it is.
Squaddles’ beast merge form could be based on the episode where Waddles became a genius, becoming a pure psychic type with the new ability Mind Over Matter: the user’s physical attack and defense are averaged with special attack and defense before being used

Conspectre (Boston): First ever member of the team. Great mentor for the team, although he has a friendly rivalry with Screecher the Vidjolta.
Visalurk (Miranda): Loves battling, loves playing pranks, does not like listening to people, unless if a treat is involved. She sometimes gets a bit too caught up in battling that she will attack the air after winning.
Snooton (Trunks): Very shy, but absolutely loves to take down Beastmerge forms. He dug up a large crater and found his little friend Courage the Trismoid.
Griponif (Flamie): Narcissistic, but righteous. Her weakness is male Pokemon, doing anything to help them. Ultra Beast battles are just not for her.
Vidjolta (Screecher, shiny): my Beastmerge form. Found in the arcade, the team could not find a suitable Pokemon to Beastmerge with, until a Cipher Grunt used the necklace on Vidjolta, almost wiping out the entire team. when the Grunt unfused, Screecher almost went back to Ultra Space, but luckily my Pokeball was able to catch him first. Screecher is the "Big Sibling" of the team, making sure that they are all okay. he also happens to be a music lover, but will get way too distracted by sparkling things. Has a friendly rivalry with Boston the Conspectre.
Trismoid (Courage): dug up by Trunks the Snooton, this mysterious being does not want to evolve so that the trainers of Hoh'Ax can find her cute. Will hold on to the Everstone for the entire adventure. she seems to have an unkown power...

I find it interesting that interactions between the starters go in the opposite direction of the type matchup. Skeptilop is more respected than Kideevul, Kideevul sees through Conspectre, Conspectre fools Skeptilop.
I’m glad the Klept line eventually gets Flying back. I honestly wasn’t sure it would.
I have a Foalil currently. I’m thinking I might use Mininow’s item on it if that’d result in a sort of kelpie. Otherwise, the obvious centaur.
Stitchem and Reznik, eh? I feel like that’s a hint at what the evolutions will be like, but I’m not well-versed enough in cryptids to tell how exactly.
For Gortesque’s Beast Merge, maybe the trainer could go in one mouth and out the other, while wearing the arms as sleeves.

As a fellow Frillow fan (and especially the shiny form) I've got an idea for a beast-merge form.
I'm Playing on the fact it's a pillow case, with feather and snowflakes. How there can be light playing on snow and ice. It can became a cape that goes big behind the trainer wearing it, and also be used as a screen for Chinese shadow puppet show. The trainer can use the malleable snow to make the puppets and you can add some feather-like ice as a tool to carve the snow. (Or be other props)
I'm not sure for the typing, I'm going on a Fairy/Shadow (because you can tell fairy tales, and shadow puppet show) or maybe a Dark/psy type because it's using the shadow to play tricks.
Its new ability would be either shadow tag (because the Pokémon's are drawn to the story they cannot leave) ; or illuminate (because it wants to draw people to their show). It's good with hypnosis and tricks of the mind. Maybe another ability would fit better with that.
Also big fan of Oogoo, he's so damn cute normal color palette and shiny all the same 🤩
Animations of the pokemon are smooth and the designs are great too.

My team so far consists of Conspectre, one of Itle's evolutions (haven't committed to one yet, but probably Meramiji), Giffinno, and Borbkact so far. For the final two slots, I'm thinking about either the evolutions for Pacicry, Frozoe, or Smeltip, with the last slot being left open for future mons down the road.

My team (so far):
Conspectre: He is my first starter Pokemon in this region. He starts as a scary cat snake who does not want to fight, but as he gets stronger, he is ready for any challenge.
Fauxline: My first (somewhat) Ultra Beast in this region. He is silent and sometimes sleeps next to some shade. He is also, Doplob’s mentor in mastering his mimicking abilities, and Azeboon’s younger brother. When he steps onto the battlefield he can get serious, however when it comes to an ultra beast he wants to destroy it at all costs. Luckily I helped it out with its Ultra Beast rivalry, and together with me, we became an unstoppable team.
Doplob: My second encounter in this region. I first encounter him as an Itle and he just wants to find a trainer to be with. Luckily, I am willing to take any Pokemon who wants to come with me. As he looks at other trainers Itle their evolutions, and the items we have been collecting, he is struggling with what he wants to become. His mentor Fauxline asks, who do you want to be, and what evolution would you like to be? After thinking, he decided to use the “Familiar Figure” to become Doplob. However, it has struggled with its new form, but he quickly mastered it thanks to Fauxline. Soon enough, Doplob even helps a Shiny Itle to come join us in choosing who he wants to be. And I can’t help myself to be proud of it.
Capnary: My unpredictable Fire-type of this Region. I encountered him in the Crystal Grotto, and he helped me to get through some dark places, such as the weird Spacecraft, the Swamp, and the Underground Bunker. Capnary may be small, but is he incredibly strong, and resilience to the team
Kleptinest: My Flying-type of this Region. I encountered him as a Kelptikept in the snowy hills, and he stole my phone, I sent out Faxuline to get it back, but it was too quick and kept on firing “Bolt Toss” (Steel-Type Move). However, Faxuline caught it with Confusion sent it back to Kelptikept, and then slammed it down with its tentacles. With this capture, he becomes my navigator in the skies helping on on where we need to go. Kelptikept helps us with finding materials we need, defeating Pokemon that are bigger than him, and using his Luck Bolt to take to Rock-type Pokemon. However, once he evolves into Kleptinest he feels sad. And it turns out Kleptinest loves to fly around in the sky to grab more iron, but since he is too heavy he can’t fly anymore, making him think he is useless in my team. However, after hours of training thanks to Bittibat, Faxuline, and Visalurk, we helped him to make him fly again (sort of) and he learned Brave Bird. Despite, no longer being able to fly, he will find another way to learn to separate his wings.
Oogoo: My goof-ball Posion-type of this Region. I encounter him in the forest splashing around the water. I was about to catch it, but it went into the Pokeball itself. Oogoo is the most cheerful and kind-hearted of the team because he is also optimistic when things are getting bad, he’ll find ways to cheer me up or my Pokemon. In battle, Oogoo is a surprisingly good battler he went up against Googantun (Beast Merger) with his new move “Potion Bomb” (Normal-Type Move “Toss a potion at the opponents causing them to either Paralysis, Poison, Burn, Sleep, Confuse, or Freeze). After the battle, McHardon sees the potential in Oogoo hoping to see this Pokemon to become a stronger than his Googantun, and I can not wait to see how strong he is going to get when he evolves into Googantun.

I actually went with the water starter and I love how you made the final evolution, the other team members would have at the moment is uglorn's evolution, the two pseudo legendaries, hirschatch and bittibat and it's evolution. (Side note it would make more sense if the stink monkey pokemon was a dark type since throwing gunk at someone is pretty mean)

Beast Merge ideas:
Manterris: (Stinging Xeno?; Psychic/Poison): Distorts into an acidic whip. Trainer gains the instincts of an expert hunter. References the Xenomorph as opposed to the Predator.
Snooton: (Charming ?: Psychic/Flying) Distorts into a flute and carpet for Trainers to ride on. References the idea of snake charmers and Arabian elephants.
Snooton Alt: (Gusty Trunk?; Ghost/Flying) Distorts into a vacuum ala Luigi's Mansion. Trainers become afraid of all Ghost-types and, strangely, mice pokemon such as Maushold, Pikachu, etc.
Candivore: (Great Tempter; Poison) Distorts into a serpentine glob of goo that envelops the Trainer. Side effects include increased impulsiveness. References both the Serpent from the Garden of Eden and Mabel's Weirdmageddon bubbles, which was based on temptation.
Azeboon: (Polka Party; Normal) Distorts into an accordion for the trainer to play, using a repertoire of sound-based moves. Trainers become wisecracking bards that tease opponents (referencing Weird Al Yankovic).
I like how the team is coming out so far, and I look forward to seeing what new Evolutions & DLC Pokemon we get later on.

I havent decided which starter i like more the water type or the fire type, so i will a team for both. I only used the fully evolved pokemon so i could change my team when the pokedex is complete.

IRL I'm very much a 3 starter kinda gal, but in fiction I'd say I probably stuck with Shrubbun and went from there.
Skeptilop (TBH it's the pockets that do it for me. Really really fun)
Tubulott (I really love otters)
Bukuvant (Gotta have the regional 3-stage dragon)
Borka (It's so cute dude. Pseudo or no it's so CUTE)
Trismoid (See Borka with added interest in prisms and light mechanics)
and either Frozoe (CURIOUS about that evolution) or Narietale (I hope he turns into a Kamen Rider-esque form, the pumpkin would make a sick helmet)
Then once the side quest opens up, definitely going for Azeboon, especially if I can shiny hunt for it. There are a lot of really good shinies in the dex but that one takes the cake for me.

K, so there are a lot of Pokémon I’d like to catch so I’m going to put my box (as if I had emptied my team into there too) and then my team afterwards I will put the names, genders, and traits with some but not all also, I have caught all the Pokémon but am only showcasing favorites (this is ordered in Pokédex order)
Box 1: Pockets (septilop) Male, curious and kinda snobby sometimes he’s got a bit of morbid curiosity but it’s a sweetheart at his core. Poppyseed (visalurk) female, timid and sleepy she’s quite good at landing surprise attacks when no one’s expecting it (even me!). Cottonball (stitchem) female , a kind, loving soul who is an enjoyer of sharp objects. Soda (googantun) male, the goofiest, dumbest Pokémon I have, he’s quite clumsy and reckless so, he ends up destroying things in closed spaces. Snooton, male, I recently bonded with this guy and he’s still a bit of a mystery to me. Bucket (Hoax’ian Dudunsparce) female, I have absolutely no idea about personality, all I know is that she deal way too much damage and gives great “hugs”. Nope (venospar) male, he spends entire days just watching me, I think he’s plotting something…. Soundbox (kakurusai) female, she’s extraordinarily sassy and loves causing trouble. Maple (shiny kleptinest) silly goober and all-around pickpocket. Aroura (shiny frillow) female, exetreamly morbid and goth, gets along well with Pockets. Numorn, no gender, very, very shy. Mudpie (squoddles) male, a very happy-go-lucky boi, wishes he could fly. Ember (fichix) female,a feisty lil buddy, she loves a good fight. Holes (foalil) male, strange, very strange, loves running. Red Jelly (doplob) male, loves to copy my every movement. Oranges (merrmiji) male, loves music and food, he will eat anything! Candle (griponif) male, very polite and very proud, he holds a grudge. Cages, (capnary) female, quiet, and calm, always waiting. Minka (loodraloo) male, loves to sing, a bit timid, hates the dark

Kipsy [Conspectre-M]
He is quiet and stoic. He also wasn't very social, but this changed when he became a Conspectre. I can easily compare him to Goh's Inteleon from Journeys. A man of few words, and much action.
Duffy [Visalurk-F]
She's awfully timid. She'd get spooked easily when someone came up to her. This happened a lot more when she was a Lilurk though. Now after evolving, she's confident enough to fly! Or at least try to...
Willo [Capnary-M]
He is inquisitive, often lighting up whenever he found interested in something. His flame moves independently on occasion. He's also a smaller variety of Capnary, small enough to fit on my shoulder.
Cosmo [Fauxline-?]
The most mysterious of the crew, Cosmo rarely speaks. Despite this, they're good at interpreting thoughts and body movements. They're also aware of their Merge's abilities, and worry a little when using them.
Rose [Candivore-F]
Befitting of a shiny, Rose is ever confident! She became the popular girl once she was first to evolve. Though like any of those girls, she is concerned about her scent and looks.
Ivan [Tragikarp-?]
Having been alone for so long, they have a desire to protect me at all costs! Though they fought a few of them, Ivan thinks that, after Azeboon, Ultra Beasts can live peacefully with other Pokemon.
Breezy [Atmostratus-M]
Although he spent most of his time with Mayor Terry, he's quite attached to me and gets anxious if I ever disappear. Since meeting Breez and Skyler, he wears a red handkerchief around one of his wings.
Bindi [Snooton-F]
One of the more seasoned fighters, Bindi is a tough cookie to crack! Though she's weary of others thanks to an incident with Team Cipher. In spite of this, Duffy sees her as her big sister.
Pedro [Desmort-M]
The new kid in town, Pedro's similar to Ivan and Duffy. Scared of everything, including being out on his own. He likes giving people hugs though! And he's also my only non Hoh'ax native!

I haven't figured which ones, but yeah. There would be priority given to things already based on cryptids and myths like Sableye and Mawile.
