Idk if u still need help but for the app, u just scan the qr code on the display and then turn on bluetooth. It should show up instantly in the app

Can someone help me? My EV10Z scooter won’t go past 16 in sport mode, even though it should be going at least 18.

Hey how much do you weigh? Im around 210 amd when i bought it on Walmart it said the capacity was 330.. i found out that its only 220 and mine arrives tomorrow.. worried that i weigh too much now
Hey man, just so you know scooter manufacturers usually understate the weight capacity. Most scooters can handle way more weight than whats listed so you should be good
@@MalikMoon sweet, I was worried and a little mad bc of the false advertising on Walmarts site, but I'm still pumped for the scooter. If I can get close to the 19mph I'm cool with that

@@ponyslaystation44yea I hit 19, for the price this scooter is actually a beast, gets me up bridges in eco mode, drive mode and obviously speed mode. Looking into getting one a little faster with more range but there's just too many options lol idk what to go with
