Just remember if you are using the watch beta 5.0 it will not work with your phone anymore because you need IOS 12 to use the watch OS 5.0 beta and there is no way I am aware that you can downgrade your watch. Just a little info for all you noob beta testers.

You don’t need to go to the I PSW website. You just need to put your phone into recovery mode, and then iTunes will automatically detect eight, and give you the option to restore. No I PSW file required.

Not without shsh blobs and jailbreaking. If you found a way then please let us know how as un signed versions so far have been impossible to downgrade to without what I mentioned.
@@repairaholic4858 It is not possible unless it is signed. You may have gotten lucky and downgraded while it was still being signed by Apple. If you have a way to do it then please share it as the Jailbreak community has tried for years and cannot do it.

i used ReiBoot, its legit dont worry. use that to put your phone into Restore mode, then go to itunes and click restore :)
