    Hi mate, just found your channel, great vids. I only been to Monduran once and that's obviously not the main ramp, is that a better launch spot and where on the dam is that one? thank Mick

      Hi Brett mate I use the edge black widow 708 alot for targeting mulloway ,it's a beautiful spin rod and suits the task perfectly in my books

    crack'a clips as always mate. you'd be a barra lord if we caught them down here

  • @zacn2817
    @zacn2817 2 года назад

    Looks unreal! Shame the old fella didn't get any but thats what keeps us coming back for more.
    How do you go about finding barra at mondy?
    Do you just pick a wind blown point, spot lock and keep casting until you hook up? Or move from point to point until you sound up barra and then cast on them?
    Heading up there for my first time in a couple of weeks so keen to get any insight into how to find them
    Cheers

    • @fishing_with_stewy5103
      @fishing_with_stewy5103  2 года назад +1

      Hey Zac, cheers man , when I go hunting them mate I use the side scan on my humminbird and putt around just in gear on the petrol motor checking any wind blown points or bays sometimes even flat edges to , once a few barra are located (obviously the more the better), I just like to spot lock up with the minnkota and cast in the likely looking areas they may be feeding , sitting my boat in depths from 10 to 25 ft works for me and casting to the weed edges / lillies or timber . Hope that helps and good luck 👍.

    Why can't ya talk about how good they are and what ya caught em on after you've put em back? Talk about how much ya love catching em yet let em sit there on a hot deck while ya talk about what lure ya caught it on , not to mention the time you took taking stills no doubt.
