The group was campy which set it apart from Little Mix and at the time 5H. I don't typically listen to bubblegum pop, but as a guilty pleasure, it was great. Neon Jungle is also a girl group that didn't last long if anyone wants to listen to there stuff, they're EDM influenced, but they both disbanded at a similar time.

Alpha Storm actually that’s not true after Simone died Paula and Emmalyn left. Natasha and Lauren stayed and added another girl called Jazzy joined the group in 2016 a year later x

I can’t believe anyone could have the audacity to say she’s being punished as suicide is a “sin.” Can’t we just have compassion for a beautiful 25 year old woman with the world at her feet whose internal problems were too much for her and death was her only solution? Watching in 2024. It's still so sad to think and know that Simone passed away. I'm the same age now that she was when she took her life. My boyfriend and several of my friends suffer from depression. It is extremely hard for anyone to handle in their daily life and I'm not saying this is every case but being famous and having your personal life constantly in the spotlight with pressure from millions of people doesn't help. In this day and age we need to be more supportive and understanding to everyone no matter what they are going through.

I can't wrap my head around that in a few short months it will be ten years since we lost Simone, but Simone's memory lives on and will continue to!
It's so hard to comprehend how we lost an incredible light beyond too soon, but unfortunately it's the ones who are suffering the most who find it the best.
I wish she hadn't felt she had to be so strong and suffer in silence, no one should ever feel that way
Simone Battle would have been 30 this year (17 June) 3 days after my birthday (14 June) I seriously cant believe it’s been 5 years since she tragically lost her battle with mental health (I’ve been battling it for over 10 years and i still find it hard to talk to people about it! On a plus note this song is the best tribute to a former artist and group member there could have ever been have been listing to G.R.L for two days straight and I don’t care where I am or who I am with I will always shed a tear for her lost soul!!
Rest in piece angel you will be sadly missed and I’m sure your groupies, fans and group members will never stop thinking and reminiscing the good times you have to the group!!

I just wanna cry when I watch and listen to the video. Simone was such a talented, driven, and lovely girl. It's always sad to think that we won't watch her in motion anymore. She once had a chance to live in the dream she's been working hard on. It's just too short. RIP, Simone.

I'm not really a GRL fan but hearing the news of her death was still quite shocking, considering how big they were starting to get, which is such a huge achievement and so horrible to hear someone struggling so much with themselves that it ultimately outweighed the positives. This is a beautiful tribute song, the world did not deserve Simone’s love and kindness but it is so sad she felt she had to take her own life.. I can never not cry to this. As someone who deals with wanting to end it all everyday, and nearly doing it before.. I get it. The pain is so overwhelming and tbh sometimes you just want to sleep for as long as possible just for all the pain, the thoughts, the suffering. Unfortunately that can’t happen without .. yah. @Yunita Fauzia The tragedy of Simone's suicide goes to show that it's a mistake to assume what is going on in anyone else's mind. A person can be the most beautiful &talented, with the most potential for a successful career (and what looked to the rest of the world like what was about to be a world-wide breakthrough as the best singer in one of the best singing groups there has ever been). But Simone must have seen al of this differently, or she'd never have done what she did. Without knowing her personally, I am sure Simone never meant to hurt her family or friends by doin what she did. I can only assume that Simone was so unhappy that she saw no other option, and her beauty, talent, and career potential wasn't enough to cancel out the terrible sadness she felt. It's too late now, but I wish Simone had known how much she was loved (and still is loved, after these years without her). Just wish Simone had picked up a phone or had gone to a hospital to help her get through her depression, instead of leaving everyone (since what she did cannot be undone)... and she left behind so many people who are still mourning her to this day!!

I only finish crying before watching this but I know I'll end up crying later but that's not the point. I was already feeling like giving up today and I saw my friend post this video on Facebook and I had to watch it because when I heard about Simone commiting suicide and was dealing with depression I was crying my eyes out and I just wanted to be on my own. That week I was doing some charity stuff for my family and I remember telling my Nan I was just gonna have a quick break after doing a parade when actually I spent most of the day sat in a van listening to Ugly Heart. I may have only became a fan when Wild Wild Love came out but it was the thought that not everyone can cope being depressed and that makes me really sad, so Simone you'll always be with us no matter where you are and I hope anyone that feels like giving up can stay strong and I know it's easier said than done but it's nice to know someone is there for you even if it's through a RUclips comment.
