3 years ago, I was a very unhappy person. Sad in general.. Had just moved and got a bad start in school, was even worse it was my first year in middle school.. Then, while driving to school one day, heard this song and really liked it and it started my day off right. I listened to it in school when I got the chance and fell in LOVE.. I have never really liked music but after hearing this song it put me in such a good mood and lifted my spirits. And to this day I continue to listen to this band and this special group got me into music and has helped me become such a happier person. They have gone through so much they don't deserve all the hate and pain they have to go through. G.R.L., thank you so much for everything you have done for me and I'm sure a bunch of others, I will forever be a true G.R.L. fan!

No sé si seré la única latina aquí pero sinceramente, está canción al igual que muchas otras representan la mejor etapa de mi vida. Aquella etapa donde iniciaba la adolescencia, y cada día que venía de clases siempre colocaba está canción en mi casa.
Simplemente es inolvidable, tenía años sin ver el vídeo y escuchar la canción. La última vez estaba en 6to grado cuando recuerdo haberla escuchado y actualmente estudio mi carrera universitaria.
Tantas experiencias vividas, y no puedo creer que está canción en cuestión de minutos me haya vuelto regresar al pasado recordando a mi yo niña emocionada por la adolescencia.

I only just found out Simone passed away and omg my heart💔. I learnt G.R.L off of my aunty who absolutely adored their music, but she only played the songs of which before Simone died and i used to wonder "dont they make more songs?". Now i know why. Me and my cousins would always say who we are in the group and we would all mostly want to be Simone 😅. R.I.P Angel ❣ and I hope all the girls are doing well
