Smells perfect!! Used it on my Dodge Charger and smells like when I first purchased it with the whole upgraded trim features back in 2018. Highly recommended!!

I've found that spraying davidoff's cool water gives it overtime that new car smell too

I didn’t read the instructions and sprayed it into my vent and hear my my front defrost so it’s coming out strong. Hopefully not too much damage.

I tried this before but I can say it only comes close to about 75% to a new car smell…I’m still looking for the perfect chemical smell match out there 😂
I've always heard that it's a proprietary smell with the manufactures. My thought is if they can make a jelly bean taste like popcorn they can recreate that smell 🤣
@@Trig242 its the smell of all the new materials in the cars it could probably be recreated but i doubt it would be safe to breathe in due to the kind of stuff youd need to recreate it
new car smell is basically neoprene rubber.
@@ghostsparta13 No it ain`t , I´ve purchased used cars before , the closest to new has been 4 years, and they all have had that lovely new car smell that lasts at least 5-6 weeks , its sprayed into the fabrik and mats

Brought the Black frost from chemical guys two days back. Smells amazing but isn't long lasting at all. Flushed the air vents with it but lasted for only about an hour or so
I heard tou can spray on a rag and put it under your seat and it will last about 2 weeks
Well, the new car is pretty much smell of freshly molded plastic and glue
If you don't have a dedicated mic, don't use background music.
I'm using morning wood and black frost. I like the smell but it doesn't last long. Only couple of hours.

Just bought this from Walmart cuz I don't trust Amazon since ik most of there products aren't checked for fakes but it actually smells like a new car ,like clean plastic but doesn't smell bad at all

Can you pls. Explain which air vent setting to have on during the recirculating AC flush spray.
I noticed that it looked like you you had your air vent setting on the uppertop vent but I have a setting in my car that has a top and bottom airvent setting so just wondering which you recommend to make sure its recirculating correctly..
I also have a max AC setting but should I just use the regular setting?
I use a similar product and i just leave all the vents open and voila.. !!!!
Honestly I purchased it and for what it’s supposed to be it just ain’t it. It’s a good smell for the exterior of the car, not the interior. The best way to put it is if I purchased new tires and they smelled like this “Chemical Guys New Car Smell” I’d be happy. But it’s not that iconic and particular new interior car smell that we are looking for. Smells more like the degreaser the car wash guys from down the street use that smells like lemon with one drop of pine. The Chemical Guys Leather Scent is more accurate for what it’s supposed to be, but their New Car Smell just aint it. Overall it’s not a smell that you are attracted to, whereas new cars have that smell that you are attracted to. Honestly wouldn’t recommend.

I finally got it and it's been leaking out of the bottle and gets all over my hands....I've cleaned it off like 3 times and still leaks...super annoying. But it smells hella good!

Bought some two days ago. It was leaking, too, but I turned the nozzle to OFF. That stopped the leak.
spray on a cloth and leave it in he car under a seat or any hidden spot where it cannot be visible, the smell does stay abit longer and not too intense
Man, i have bought this and it was a disaster!! Latterly like toilets cheap cleaning chemicals…

@@oidris sorry to hear that buddy, /i have a very sensitive sinus issue and such intense smells messes up with my head hence not spraying it into material which helped a lot , also check if its the original as labelled a lot of fake ones out there

Nah honestly I sprayed one shot in the drivers side one in the passenger repeated in the back 3 days later still smells nice after testing in my gf’s car which is a great little kick after detailing a customers vehicle
Why not just spray the cabin filter directly
You don’t want a wet air filter trust me

I dont notice a leather like smell coming from this so I would lean towards the fabric seats new car smell.

Don't spray it on mats that will ne touched or stepped on. It gets a little sticky.
I use Bounce dryer sheets. I buy the Sports scent. Lace them under the seats door pockets even the windshield visors. Where ever you want. Cheap money at Walmart. 80 sheets in a box. Store them in plastic bread bag underneath the my kitchen sink

everything in existence smells like a chemical lol. the smell of various foods are chemicals... Unless you mean cleaning chemical? That is what some people want. I havent tried this one yet though but I dont know if i need any.
Everyone says "it smells like chemicals" they're LITERALLY called CHEMICAL GUYS. They are THE chemical guys. Lol why wouldn't it smell that way!

It does not smell like a new car. Your car is only new once, and after the sealers all cure your new car smell is gone. This stuff smells like a bad deodorizer.
