Tecnomatix Process Simulate - Event Based OLP

From the collective experience of the engineers at ADA, we noticed that a lot of integrators, although value the idea of the digital twin and understand the benefits of digital validation, they rarely validate the simulation in an event based manner.
These are some of the following scenarios where an event based simulation is useful:
- Robot interferences;
- Communication with toolings and PLC;
- Safety scenarios, especially in areas where human operators are involved;
- Implement, test and validate complex programming structures;
- Greatly reduce the time spent on-site for robot setup and programming;

Can we use SCL to create LB , for servos and VFD i am facing some challenges

Hi,
You can use the SCL editor in order to program a specific behaviour for a resource. SCL 'blocks' are usually used in a separate manner from the Logic Blocks, as they are a snippet of code that you can use from the PLC project. You can try an copy the what's contained in the FB for the drive or the encoder and use it inside of Process Simulate.

Yes. Event-based OLPs aren't locked to a specific robot brand. PS will output a different program depending on the robot language used.
