Horizontal Stabilizer Build - Part 1/7

Welcome back, fellow aircraft builders and aviation enthusiasts! Here is part 1 of my horizontal stabilizer build. In this video I talk about rivet layout, parts location and basic assembly. I also talk about a few of the mistakes I made along the way.

This is a multi-part series covering everything from parts layout, parts alignment, match-drilling, deburring, jigging, priming to assembly. Because this is the first major assembly, the videos cover more detail on simple tasks than future videos will cover. You will see my mistakes, difficulties, tips and other various aspects of building this part of the plane. Once this video series is complete, I'll move on to the elevator, firewall and wings. Stay tuned for more segments of the horizontal stabilizer and additional substructures.
