For Solo, I'd prefer :
1. Longfin as approach vehicle.
2. Main dock as infiltration point, drainage tunnel as compound entry.
3. Once started, go to main dock, and park your longfin just towards the outer sand beach.
4. Just run towards the looting area and get the secondary target in the main dock as displayed in this video. (You'll only need to kill the guard and or camera near the loot area you will going into, no need to kill other guards).
5. Back to your longfin, and proceed to the main target through drainage tunnel.
6. Once you've finished and exit through the main gate, kill the guard just outside the main gate and take the bike, take left and run towards El Rubio's helicopter to the edge of the cliff, and swim to escape.
Note: Swim to escape by the route above, will take less time, so you only need to swim for the shortest amount of time.
What should I do if loot at main dock is trash but airstrip is good?

@@thogdonotcare then go to airstrip instead, time consumed just slightly difference, so that will be fine. Sometimes I do main dock, sometime airstrip. Others, don't. Only between those two as secondary target.
I do it myself like this
The beginning of the heist like the author of the video, then I kill practically everyone including the juggernaut. I take the cash from the hidden safe, perform two glitches to get to the lockers. I take the main target that the vault and escape by motorcycle to the water. It takes me 10 minutes and I have 2 million minimum for it.
Great beginner tutorial! of course not the fastest but explained well enough, that as you keep playing it, you can apply your own strats as you see fit, and make sure you're leaving the island with the loot bags filled

@@wyattallison566 yes im doing something like in the video named {NAJLEPSZY NAPAD SOLO, LEPSZY NIŻ TUNEL - PORADNIK CAYO PERICO #4 GTA ONLINE} but im using 5:33 entrance cause its faster you must master it and you will do it in like 7 or 6 minutes

Thank you so much!! I was having issues getting a full loot bag as not enough secondary loot was spawning in the main dock, but the route to the airstrip really helps. You're a lifesaver!!!
If there is a disguise at the airport - use the plane to get to the island, take the secondary loot at the airport. Don't forget to hide your weapons in the hangar before you begin!
If there is a climbing hook, take it as well (three possible locations near the airport). Then you go to the estate like home.
Swim escape. To be done in 13-14 minutes.

@@bannerlordtv what's the point of rushing it? Just full the bag for more money and make sure you'll complete the elite challenge.
Honestly I better if you select the Velum, disable the lights & cameras, then the aerial defenses then the uniforms and grab all secondary targets before the main objective. Them escape using the Velum at the end of the runway.
Also If you're on pc have your game in windowed mode and have networks settings on. then go to air plane mode. At the end of the heist once the screen flashes "mission passed" activate air plane mode. Once that is done you will be sent to story mode. All you have to do from there is turn off air plane mode and load back in. You get the money and you get to replay the heist without doing any preps. can't get banned for this
@Usman Bamgbola you won't get banned but if you get caught, they will take back the total sum of the cash you glitched. when you log-in it will say "We have taken $x,xxx,xxx from your account". Remember that the money you glitched won't register as cash earned in stats. so if you kept spending the cash you glitched, cash spent will rise with your cash earned being left behind. (can be traced if rockstar looks into ur account)

I just did my first ever solo cayo heist with my own sub, I solo set up and accomplished. Thanks so much
What I like to do is grab the secondary loot first with the longfin if I have guard outfits at either north dock or main dock, or the airstrip if I have loot at the hangar approaching with the velum. Reason why is because you avoid el rubios helicopter at the end once you grab the primary target, ofc this is with me doing it solo with elite challenge of 10mins but if I were to do it with a friend then I would approach with the kosatka, my friend would find the held keycard, and I would push office to grab the gate key and the placed keycard on the desk, then we would grab the gold, and the primary target, grab the bikes, and leave from behind the compound off to the left because it's a shorter distance from the cliff to the point of exit on the heist finishing with a time of 9mins.
But it is a good tutorial:)

I don’t know if this gets you in risk of getting banned but for the secondaries I would worry more on the compound and do the glitch to get the gold solo and then just exit the island by swimming. The glitch to enter the gold locations is tricky but it’s very worth it and time saving when you master it, even if it costs your elite bonus, but you will be exchanging 50k for more than 100k in profit. But either way this is a very good guide if you want to play this heist legitimately
Nah, there are better ways, like using the longfin to go to the main port, getting the weed/drugs, then going to the drainage tunnel with the longfin.
Then do what you said, without the gold glitch.
Or with if you like.
The new update sucks as if you're bad at the glitch and have a friend it will take WAY longer as you won't have the keycards, unless you kill the guards to the right and the left of the spawn.
If you do it alone you will get a 3 in game timeout, each day being 48 mins long.

@@georgianaplesa8119 there is a replay glitch, after doing it, the game skips prep missions and you can do cayo heist immedeatly with the same setup, also gold is much more worth than drugs, im doing cayo perico in like 7 minutes per run. ~10mil per hour
Look for guard disguise on island. If you wear it, you can go anywhere on the island without alerting guards except compound.
Just don't stay too long in cone of vision either guard or camera.
This help a lot trying it solo for the first time thank you a lot
U could also just get in the water and swim away for like 2 min and it will get u to the end of the mission
Kosatka as an exit instead of the docks is easier escape if you know the quick way
Remember if you need to kill two guards while stealthing, you need to do so within 2 seconds or the general alarm will go off. The hivemind is real
I followed this guide since I was a beginner and I like dis, I know theres more faster strats out there but I might stick with this one.
Heres a tip from my experience when following this strat
There are times where a weaponized dinghy spawn beside the dinghy in the main dock, not near the 2 dudes looking at each other, use the weaponized dinghy if you need to go to the airstrip because (im not sure if this statement is correct but I know its correct iiiiiif)THE WEAPONIZED DINGHY WILL NOT DESPAWN unless you didn’t choose the main dock as escape point.

if u wanna do it with door and vault glitch it pays better and its way faster. i got the diamond on hard mode which is 1.43 mil and looted gold all by myself with these 2 door and vault glitches. escaped via water holding 2 mil. i did the heist in like 7.30 minutes. now its all about being legit or doing these bugs
Can you do glitch on Xbox?
The Glitch is very hard to do on Console So they have no choice but to do it like this.
I have my own route and it only takes me 8-9 minutes full loot bag no glitches

To me its faster.....Then when u get outside of the compound u get the bike and drive off to the left side hill then swim to the 3 bombs shape like a triangle(U can search a tutorial for that too)Thats what i do
tbh i always go kosatka west beach, get everything in the airstrip, go to a boat (i don't remember where the area is called) go drainage tunnel, up the stairs, kill the guard, left through the garden kill the guard comming, go to the wall and then left where you went through with the 2 guards talking about keys, wait for tf2 heavy to go by, go left till you reach the gym, kill the guy thats in your way to the building, kill possible guard with keycard, go up the stairs, kill the other 2, hack the thing, once you're done getting the loot go up again, down the stairs and to the right to the gate, kill the guard and escape through main gate, then just go right then right again, jump into the ocean and just swim enough to finish the mission (you don't need to get to the kosatka)
I always take the Longfin to the west side of the airfield first. To prevent the Longfin from drifting, I park it at the rock formation that is parallel to the hangar. Then I clear the hangar and possibly the garage of the airport and run back to the Longfin. Because it's still there. With the Longfin it's easy to go around the island to the sewage pipe. The rest is then like you, only that I then jump with the bike directly from the property into the water and leave the island swimming along the water mines.

Take the velum to the airstrip and get all those secondary targets first. Fill your loot bag, put on a disguise and walk into the compound. So much easier
Omg i found it how to glitch west storage.When we first rotate the mouse a little and then rotate the mouse a lot, it happens on both sides (when we are climbing) :DDDDD

Wish I found this guide when I was starting to do this lol I got caught a lot during the 1st 2nd and 3rd times doing this ;D (always kill myself with grenade and quick restart lol) now I just off them with silenced assault shotgun at close-medium range (don't even have to bother trying to headshot them, that's mainly my problem lol always panicked and miss. just shoot them until the 25RP appear xD) or run fast behind them and melee them to death lol these guards are a joke, when I was about to do cayo for the 1st time I was wondering why ppl were joking about the guards so much hahaha
edit: 3:55 so the guards won't keep being alert outside as long as you press the E first? that always concerns me, good to know. 👍
The other inhabitants do a way better job at getting alerted by silenced gunfire too

my main tip for cayo perico: when walking look at your mini map not your screen
you dont need to kill anyone else for the gatekeys other than the 3 red guards kn the map. there is a low chance they ront contain the key✅

I have never had my boat dissappear by the airstrip, you have to make sure the boat doesn't drift to far away or it will despawn

So you can turn around once inside the compound go up the stairs and when u get to the gazebo part you can use the pistol to line up and climb to the roof and get to the main room very fast and ez too

The most efficient way for SOLO players on Cayo is to grab the Main Target on the Basement then the Secondary on the Main Dock. Tho I have a different way on the main house. Can be done in 10mins.
yeah but it depends on what you got during scope, sometimes the main dock has just a single cash

I grab coke with the speedboat, burn the grate, path to office, hit the print scanner up top after the wall safe, bust the primary, exit main gate drop the dude a few yards out, yeet the motorcycle off the ledge to the left and swim for a minute or less. Last 2 runs were 11 and 13 mins elite complete.

Starting out you can go the opposite direction. Face the ocean turn left then run fast past the pool. None of those guys turn around. You only need to worry about 3 guys heading into the building. Also, highly recommend using the longfin to search the airport for secondary loot prior to going to the compound. You only have to worry about 1 guys y. My lame non gaming a$$ can do it in about 13 minutes.
If doing glitch less and solo, do secondary loot first using guard clothes if you can. Longfin approach + supply truck is the best.

I’m trying to get this done and I literally can’t stop getting caught, at first it was through the compound taking too long, and then now I got out and tried taking the same route and got caught by guards

It was a great explanation but it was too long me personally i just go drainage kill the guards at the steps take cover behind lookout then kill the guard that walks past that area then walk past the centre taking out the camera and the 1 guard near there cross towards the office kill the guard near the locked gate and the one at the bottom of the steps then carry on as you showed and then escape via sub so i just drive into the water and swim down untill text is gone
This video is longer than I spend in the finale coming from the airstrip.
